Nah.1:2 Der HERR ist ein eifriger Gott und ein Rächer, ja, ein Rächer ist der HERR und zornig; der HERR ist ein Rächer wider seine Widersacher und der es seinen Feinden nicht vergessen wird.

Nah.1:12 So spricht der HERR: Sie kommen so gerüstet und mächtig, wie sie wollen, so sollen sie doch umgehauen werden und dahinfahren. Ich habe dich gedemütigt; aber ich will dich nicht wiederum demütigen.

Nah.1:14 Aber wider dich hat der HERR geboten, daß deines Namens kein Same mehr soll bleiben. Vom Hause deines Gottes will ich dich ausrotten, die Götzen und Bilder will ich dir zum Grab machen; denn du bist zunichte geworden.

Nah.2:1 Es wird der Zerstreuer wider dich heraufziehen und die Feste belagern. Siehe wohl auf die Straße, rüste dich aufs beste und stärke dich aufs gewaltigste!

Nah.2:3 Die Schilde seiner Starken sind rot, sein Heervolk glänzt wie Purpur, seine Wagen leuchten wie Feuer, wenn er sich rüstet; ihre Spieße beben.

Nah.2:8 Denn Ninive ist wie ein Teich voll Wasser von jeher; aber dasselbe wird verfließen müssen. "Stehet, stehet!" werden sie rufen; aber da wird sich niemand umwenden.

Nah 2:13 Behold, I am against thee, saith the LORD of hosts, and I will burn her chariots in the smoke, and the sword shall devour thy young lions: and I will cut off thy prey from the earth, and the voice of thy messengers shall no more be heard.(kjv)

Nah 2:13 "Behold, I am against you," declares the Lord of hosts. "I will burn up her chariots in smoke, a sword will devour your young lions; I will cut off your prey from the land, and no longer will the voice of your messengers be heard."

Nah.3:4 Das alles um der Hurerei willen der schönen, lieben Hure, die mit Zauberei umgeht, die mit ihrer Hurerei die Heiden und mit ihrer Zauberei Land und Leute zu Knechten gemacht hat.

Nah 3:17 Your guardsmen are like the swarming locust. Your marshals are like hordes of grasshoppers Settling in the stone walls on a cold day. The sun rises and they flee, And the place where they are is not known.

Nah.3:17 Deiner Herden sind so viel wie Heuschrecken und deiner Hauptleute wie Käfer, die sich an die Zäune lagern in den kalten Tagen; wenn aber die Sonne aufgeht, heben sie sich davon, daß man nicht weiß, wo sie bleiben.

Nah 3:18 Your shepherds are sleeping, O king of Assyria; Your nobles are lying down. Your people are scattered on the mountains And there is no one to regather them.

Nah.3:18 Deine Hirten werden schlafen, o König zu Assur, deine Mächtigen werden sich legen; und dein Volk wird auf den Bergen zerstreut sein, und niemand wird sie versammeln.

Nah 3:19 There is no healing of thy bruise; thy wound is grievous: all that hear the bruit of thee shall clap the hands over thee: for upon whom hath not thy wickedness passed continually?(kjv)

Nah 3:19 There is no relief for your breakdown, Your wound is incurable. All who hear about you Will clap their hands over you, For on whom has not your evil passed continually?

Nah.3:19 Niemand wird deinen Schaden lindern, und deine Wunde wird unheilbar sein. Alle, die solches von dir hören, werden mit ihren Händen über dich klatschen; denn über wen ist nicht deine Bosheit ohne Unterlaß gegangen?
