Projecit, et versa est in colubrum, ita ut fugeret Moyses.(vulgate) Exo 4:3 Er sprach: Wirf ihn vor dir auf die Erde. Extendit, et tenuit, versaque est in virgam.(vulgate) Exo 4:4 Aber der HERR sprach zu ihm: Strecke deine Hand aus und erhasche sie bei dem Schwanz. Quam cum misisset in sinum, protulit leprosam instar nivis.(vulgate) Exo 4:6 Und der HERR sprach weiter zu ihm: Stecke deine Hand in deinen Busen. Und er steckte seine Hand in seinen Busen und zog sie wieder heraus; siehe, da war aussätzig wie Schnee.(dhs) Exo 4:6 Furthermore the Lord said to him, "Now put your hand in your bosom." So he put his hand into his bosom again, and when he took it out of his bosom, behold, it was restored like the rest of his flesh.(nasb) Exo 4:7 καὶ εἶπεν πάλιν εἰσένεγκε τὴν χεῖÏá½± σου εἰς τὸν κόλπον σου καὶ εἰσήνεγκεν τὴν χεῖÏα εἰς τὸν κόλπον αá½Ï„οῦ καὶ á¼Î¾á½µÎ½ÎµÎ³ÎºÎµÎ½ αá½Ï„ὴν á¼Îº τοῦ κόλπου αá½Ï„οῦ καὶ πάλιν ἀπεκατέστη εἰς τὴν χÏόαν τῆς σαÏκὸς αá½Ï„οῦ (lxx) Exo 4:7 Retrahe, ait, manum tuam in sinum tuum. Retraxit, et protulit iterum, et erat similis carni reliquæ.(vulgate) Exo 4:7 Und er sprach: Tue sie wieder in deinen Busen. Und er tat sie wieder in seinen Busen und zog sie heraus; siehe, da ward sie wieder wie sein anderes Fleisch.(dhs) Exo 4:7 And He said, "Put your hand in your bosom again." So he put his hand in his bosom again, and drew it out of his bosom, and behold, it was restored like his other flesh.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 4:8 ============ Exo 4:8 "If they will not believe you or heed the witness of the first sign, they may believe the witness of the last sign.(nasb) Exo 4:8 á¼á½°Î½ δὲ μὴ πιστεύσωσίν σοι μηδὲ εἰσακούσωσιν τῆς φωνῆς τοῦ σημείου τοῦ Ï€Ïώτου πιστεύσουσίν σοι τῆς φωνῆς τοῦ σημείου τοῦ á¼ÏƒÏ‡á½±Ï„ου (lxx) Exo 4:8 Si non crediderint, inquit, tibi, neque audierint sermonem signi prioris, credent verbo signi sequentis.(vulgate) Exo 4:8 Wenn sie dir nun nicht werden glauben noch deine Stimme hören bei dem einen Zeichen, so werden sie doch glauben deine Stimme bei dem andern Zeichen.(dhs) Exo 4:8 "Then it will be, if they do not believe you, nor heed the message of the first sign, that they may believe the message of the latter sign.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 4:9 ============ Exo 4:9 But if they will not believe even these two signs or heed what you say, then you shall take some water from the Nile and pour it on the dry ground; and the water which you take from the Nile will become blood on the dry ground."(nasb) Exo 4:9 καὶ ἔσται á¼á½°Î½ μὴ πιστεύσωσίν σοι τοῖς δυσὶ σημείοις τούτοις μηδὲ εἰσακούσωσιν τῆς φωνῆς σου λήμψῃ ἀπὸ τοῦ ὕδατος τοῦ ποταμοῦ καὶ á¼ÎºÏ‡ÎµÎµá¿–Ï‚ á¼Ï€á½¶ τὸ ξηÏόν καὶ ἔσται τὸ á½•Î´Ï‰Ï á½ƒ á¼á½°Î½ λάβῃς ἀπὸ τοῦ ποταμοῦ αἷμα á¼Ï€á½¶ τοῦ ξηÏοῦ (lxx) Exo 4:9 Quod si nec duobus quidem his signis crediderint, neque audierint vocem tuam: sume aquam fluminis, et effunde eam super aridam, et quidquid hauseris de fluvio, vertetur in sanguinem.~(vulgate) Exo 4:9 Wenn sie aber diesen zwei Zeichen nicht glauben werden noch deine Stimme hören, so nimm Wasser aus dem Strom und gieß es auf das trockene Land, so wird das Wasser, das du aus dem Strom genommen hast, Blut werden auf dem trockenen Lande.(dhs) Exo 4:9 And it shall be, if they do not believe even these two signs, or listen to your voice, that you shall take water from the river and pour it on the dry land. And the water which you take from the river will become blood on the dry land."(nkjv) ======= Exodus 4:10 ============ Exo 4:10 Then Moses said to the Lord, "Please, Lord, I have never been eloquent, neither recently nor in time past, nor since You have spoken to Your servant; for I am slow of speech and slow of tongue."(nasb) Exo 4:10 εἶπεν δὲ Μωυσῆς Ï€Ïὸς κύÏιον δέομαι κύÏιε οá½Ï‡ ἱκανός εἰμι Ï€Ïὸ τῆς á¼Ï‡Î¸á½²Ï‚ οá½Î´á½² Ï€Ïὸ τῆς Ï„Ïίτης ἡμέÏας οá½Î´á½² ἀφ᾽ οὗ ἤÏξω λαλεῖν τῷ θεÏάποντί σου ἰσχνόφωνος καὶ βÏαδύγλωσσος á¼Î³á½½ εἰμι (lxx) Exo 4:10 Ait Moyses: Obsecro, Domine, non sum eloquens ab heri et nudiustertius: et ex quo locutus es ad servum tuum, impeditioris et tardioris linguæ sum.(vulgate) Exo 4:10 Mose aber sprach zu dem HERRN: Ach mein HERR, ich bin je und je nicht wohl beredt gewesen, auch nicht seit der Zeit, da du mit deinem Knecht geredet hast; denn ich habe eine schwere Sprache und eine schwere Zunge.(dhs) Exo 4:10 Then Moses said to the Lord, "O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither before nor since You have spoken to Your servant; but I am slow of speech and slow of tongue."(nkjv) ======= Exodus 4:11 ============ Exo 4:11 The Lord said to him, "Who has made man's mouth? Or who makes him mute or deaf, or seeing or blind? Is it not I, the Lord?(nasb) Exo 4:11 εἶπεν δὲ κύÏιος Ï€Ïὸς Μωυσῆν τίς ἔδωκεν στόμα ἀνθÏώπῳ καὶ τίς á¼Ï€Î¿á½·Î·ÏƒÎµÎ½ δύσκωφον καὶ κωφόν βλέποντα καὶ τυφλόν οá½Îº á¼Î³á½¼ ὠθεός (lxx) Exo 4:11 Dixit Dominus ad eum: Quis fecit os hominis? aut quis fabricatus est mutum et surdum, videntem et cæcum? nonne ego?(vulgate) Exo 4:11 Der HERR sprach zu ihm: Wer hat dem Menschen den Mund geschaffen? Oder wer hat den Stummen oder Tauben oder Sehenden oder Blinden gemacht? Habe ich's nicht getan, der HERR?(dhs) Exo 4:11 So the Lord said to him, "Who has made man's mouth? Have not I, the Lord?(nkjv) ======= Exodus 4:12 ============ Exo 4:12 Now then go, and I, even I, will be with your mouth, and teach you what you are to say."(nasb) Exo 4:12 καὶ νῦν ποÏεύου καὶ á¼Î³á½¼ ἀνοίξω τὸ στόμα σου καὶ συμβιβάσω σε ὃ μέλλεις λαλῆσαι (lxx) Exo 4:12 Perge, igitur, et ego ero in ore tuo: doceboque te quid loquaris.(vulgate) Exo 4:12 So geh nun hin: Ich will mit deinem Munde sein und dich lehren, was du sagen sollst.(dhs) Exo 4:12 Now therefore, go, and I will be with your mouth and teach you what you shall say."(nkjv) ======= Exodus 4:13 ============ Exo 4:13 But he said, "Please, Lord, now send the message by whomever You will."(nasb) Exo 4:13 καὶ εἶπεν Μωυσῆς δέομαι κύÏιε Ï€ÏοχείÏισαι δυνάμενον ἄλλον ὃν ἀποστελεῖς (lxx) Exo 4:13 At ille: Obsecro, inquit, Domine, mitte quem missurus es.(vulgate) Exo 4:13 Mose sprach aber: Mein HERR, sende, welchen du senden willst.(dhs) Exo 4:13 But he said, "O my Lord, please send by the hand of whomever else You may send."(nkjv) ======= Exodus 4:14 ============ Exo 4:14 Then the anger of the Lord burned against Moses, and He said, "Is there not your brother Aaron the Levite? I know that he speaks fluently. And moreover, behold, he is coming out to meet you; when he sees you, he will be glad in his heart.(nasb) Exo 4:14 καὶ θυμωθεὶς á½€Ïγῇ κύÏιος á¼Ï€á½¶ Μωυσῆν εἶπεν οá½Îº ἰδοὺ ΑαÏων ὠἀδελφός σου ὠΛευίτης á¼Ï€á½·ÏƒÏ„αμαι ὅτι λαλῶν λαλήσει αá½Ï„ός σοι καὶ ἰδοὺ αá½Ï„ὸς á¼Î¾ÎµÎ»Îµá½»ÏƒÎµÏ„αι εἰς συνάντησίν σοι καὶ ἰδών σε χαÏήσεται á¼Î½ ἑαυτῷ (lxx) Exo 4:14 Iratus Dominus in Moysen, ait: Aaron frater tuus Levites, scio quod eloquens sit: ecce ipse egreditur in occursum tuum, vidensque te lætabitur corde.(vulgate) Exo 4:14 Da ward der HERR sehr zornig über Mose und sprach: Weiß ich denn nicht, daß dein Bruder Aaron aus dem Stamm Levi beredt ist? und siehe, er wird herausgehen dir entgegen; und wenn er dich sieht, wir er sich von Herzen freuen.(dhs) Exo 4:14 So the anger of the Lord was kindled against Moses, and He said: "Is not Aaron the Levite your brother? I know that he can speak well. And look, he is also coming out to meet you. When he sees you, he will be glad in his heart.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 4:15 ============ Exo 4:15 You are to speak to him and put the words in his mouth; and I, even I, will be with your mouth and his mouth, and I will teach you what you are to do.(nasb) Exo 4:15 καὶ á¼Ïεῖς Ï€Ïὸς αá½Ï„ὸν καὶ δώσεις τὰ ῥήματά μου εἰς τὸ στόμα αá½Ï„οῦ καὶ á¼Î³á½¼ ἀνοίξω τὸ στόμα σου καὶ τὸ στόμα αá½Ï„οῦ καὶ συμβιβάσω ὑμᾶς ἃ ποιήσετε (lxx) Exo 4:15 Loquere ad eum, et pone verba mea in ore ejus: et ego ero in ore tuo, et in ore illius, et ostendam vobis quid agere debeatis.(vulgate) Exo 4:15 Du sollst zu ihm reden und die Worte in seinen Mund legen. Und ich will mit deinem und seinem Munde sein und euch lehren, was ihr tun sollt.(dhs) Exo 4:15 Now you shall speak to him and put the words in his mouth. And I will be with your mouth and with his mouth, and I will teach you what you shall do.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 4:16 ============ Exo 4:16 Moreover, he shall speak for you to the people; and he will be as a mouth for you and you will be as God to him.(nasb) Exo 4:16 καὶ αá½Ï„ός σοι Ï€Ïοσλαλήσει Ï€Ïὸς τὸν λαόν καὶ αá½Ï„ὸς ἔσται σου στόμα σὺ δὲ αá½Ï„á¿· ἔσῃ τὰ Ï€Ïὸς τὸν θεόν (lxx) Exo 4:16 Ipse loquetur pro te ad populum, et erit os tuum: tu autem eris ei in his quæ ad Deum pertinent.(vulgate) Exo 4:16 Und er soll für dich zum Volk reden; er soll dein Mund sein, und du sollst sein Gott sein.(dhs) Exo 4:16 So he shall be your spokesman to the people. And he himself shall be as a mouth for you, and you shall be to him as God.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 4:17 ============ Exo 4:17 You shall take in your hand this staff, with which you shall perform the signs."(nasb) Exo 4:17 καὶ τὴν ῥάβδον ταύτην τὴν στÏαφεῖσαν εἰς ὄφιν λήμψῃ á¼Î½ τῇ χειÏá½· σου á¼Î½ á¾— ποιήσεις á¼Î½ αá½Ï„ῇ τὰ σημεῖα (lxx) Exo 4:17 Virgam quoque hanc sume in manu tua, in qua facturus es signa.(vulgate) Exo 4:17 Und diesen Stab nimm in deine Hand, mit dem du die Zeichen tun sollst.(dhs) Exo 4:17 And you shall take this rod in your hand, with which you shall do the signs."(nkjv) ======= Exodus 4:18 ============ Exo 4:18 Then Moses departed and returned to Jethro his father-in-law and said to him, "Please, let me go, that I may return to my brethren who are in Egypt, and see if they are still alive." And Jethro said to Moses, "Go in peace."(nasb) Exo 4:18 á¼Ï€Î¿Ïεύθη δὲ Μωυσῆς καὶ ἀπέστÏεψεν Ï€Ïὸς Î™Î¿Î¸Î¿Ï Ï„á½¸Î½ γαμβÏὸν αá½Ï„οῦ καὶ λέγει ποÏεύσομαι καὶ ἀποστÏέψω Ï€Ïὸς τοὺς ἀδελφούς μου τοὺς á¼Î½ Αἰγύπτῳ καὶ ὄψομαι εἰ ἔτι ζῶσιν καὶ εἶπεν Î™Î¿Î¸Î¿Ï ÎœÏ‰Ï…Ïƒá¿‡ βάδιζε ὑγιαίνων (lxx) Exo 4:18 Abiit Moyses, et reversus est ad Jethro socerum suum, dixitque ei: Vadam et revertar ad fratres meos in Ægyptum, ut videam si adhuc vivant. Cui ait Jethro: Vade in pace.~(vulgate) Exo 4:18 Mose ging hin und kam wieder zu Jethro, seinem Schwiegervater, und sprach zu ihm: Laß mich doch gehen, daß ich wieder zu meinen Brüdern komme, die in Ägypten sind, und sehe, ob sie noch leben. Jethro sprach zu ihm: Gehe hin mit Frieden.(dhs) Exo 4:18 So Moses went and returned to Jethro his father-in-law, and said to him, "Please let me go and return to my brethren who are in Egypt, and see whether they are still alive." And Jethro said to Moses, "Go in peace."(nkjv) ======= Exodus 4:19 ============ Exo 4:19 Now the Lord said to Moses in Midian, "Go back to Egypt, for all the men who were seeking your life are dead."(nasb) Exo 4:19 μετὰ δὲ τὰς ἡμέÏας τὰς πολλὰς á¼ÎºÎµá½·Î½Î±Ï‚ á¼Ï„ελεύτησεν ὠβασιλεὺς Αἰγύπτου εἶπεν δὲ κύÏιος Ï€Ïὸς Μωυσῆν á¼Î½ Μαδιαμ βάδιζε ἄπελθε εἰς Αἴγυπτον τεθνήκασιν Î³á½°Ï Ï€á½±Î½Ï„ÎµÏ‚ οἱ ζητοῦντές σου τὴν ψυχήν (lxx) Exo 4:19 Dixit ergo Dominus ad Moysen in Madian: Vade, et revertere in Ægyptum, mortui sunt enim omnes qui quærebant animam tuam.(vulgate) Exo 4:19 Auch sprach der HERR zu ihm in Midian: Gehe hin und ziehe wieder nach Ägypten; denn die Leute sind tot, die nach deinem Leben standen.(dhs) Exo 4:19 And the Lord said to Moses in Midian, "Go, return to Egypt; for all the men who sought your life are dead."(nkjv) ======= Exodus 4:20 ============ Exo 4:20 So Moses took his wife and his sons and mounted them on a donkey, and returned to the land of Egypt. Moses also took the staff of God in his hand.(nasb) Exo 4:20 ἀναλαβὼν δὲ Μωυσῆς τὴν γυναῖκα καὶ τὰ παιδία ἀνεβίβασεν αá½Ï„á½° á¼Ï€á½¶ τὰ ὑποζύγια καὶ á¼Ï€á½³ÏƒÏ„Ïεψεν εἰς Αἴγυπτον ἔλαβεν δὲ Μωυσῆς τὴν ῥάβδον τὴν παÏá½° τοῦ θεοῦ á¼Î½ τῇ χειÏá½¶ αá½Ï„οῦ (lxx) Exo 4:20 Tulit ergo Moyses uxorem suam, et filios suos, et imposuit eos super asinum: reversusque est in Ægyptum, portans virgam Dei in manu sua.(vulgate) Exo 4:20 Also nahm Mose sein Weib und seine Söhne und führte sie auf einem Esel und zog wieder nach Ägyptenland und nahm den Stab Gottes in seine Hand.(dhs) Exo 4:20 Then Moses took his wife and his sons and set them on a donkey, and he returned to the land of Egypt. At that time she said, "You are a bridegroom of blood--because of the circumcision.(nasb) Exo 4:26 καὶ ἀπῆλθεν ἀπ᾽ αá½Ï„οῦ διότι εἶπεν ἔστη τὸ αἷμα τῆς πεÏιτομῆς τοῦ παιδίου μου (lxx) Exo 4:26 Et dimisit eum postquam dixerat: Sponsus sanguinum ob circumcisionem.(vulgate) Exo 4:26 Da ließ er von ihm ab. Then he did the signs in the sight of the people.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 4:31 ============ Exo 4:31 So the people believed; and when they heard that the Lord was concerned about the sons of Israel and that He had seen their affliction, then they bowed low and worshiped.(nasb) Exo 4:31 καὶ á¼Ï€á½·ÏƒÏ„ευσεν ὠλαὸς καὶ á¼Ï‡á½±Ïη ὅτι á¼Ï€ÎµÏƒÎºá½³ÏˆÎ±Ï„ο ὠθεὸς τοὺς υἱοὺς ΙσÏαηλ καὶ ὅτι εἶδεν αá½Ï„ῶν τὴν θλῖψιν κύψας δὲ ὠλαὸς Ï€Ïοσεκύνησεν (lxx) Exo 4:31 et credidit populus. Audieruntque quod visitasset Dominus filios Israël, et respexisset afflictionem illorum: et proni adoraverunt.(vulgate) Exo 4:31 Und das Volk glaubte.
