But they did not listen or give heed to Me," declares the Lord.(nasb) Zec 1:4 καὶ μὴ γίνεσθε καθὼς οἱ πατέÏες ὑμῶν οἷς á¼Î½ÎµÎºá½±Î»ÎµÏƒÎ±Î½ αá½Ï„οῖς οἱ Ï€Ïοφῆται οἱ ἔμπÏοσθεν λέγοντες τάδε λέγει κύÏιος παντοκÏá½±Ï„Ï‰Ï á¼€Ï€Î¿ÏƒÏ„Ïέψατε ἀπὸ τῶν á½Î´á¿¶Î½ ὑμῶν τῶν πονηÏῶν καὶ ἀπὸ τῶν á¼Ï€Î¹Ï„ηδευμάτων ὑμῶν τῶν πονηÏῶν καὶ οὠπÏοσέσχον τοῦ εἰσακοῦσαί μου λέγει κύÏιος (lxx) Zec 1:4 Ne sitis sicut patres vestri, ad quos clamabant prophetæ priores, dicentes: Hæc dicit Dominus exercituum: Convertimini de viis vestris malis, et de cogitationibus vestris pessimis: et non audierunt, neque attenderunt ad me, dicit Dominus.(vulgate) Zec 1:4 Seid nicht wie eure Väter, welchen die vorigen Propheten predigten und sprachen: So spricht der HERR Zebaoth: Kehret euch von euren bösen Wegen und von eurem bösen Tun! aber sie gehorchten nicht und achteten nicht auf mich, spricht der HERR.(dhs) Zec 1:4 Do not be like your fathers, to whom the former prophets preached, saying, 'Thus says the Lord of hosts: "Turn now from your evil ways and your evil deeds." ' But they did not hear nor heed Me," says the Lord.(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 1:5 ============ Zec 1:5 "Your fathers, where are they? And the prophets, do they live forever?(nasb) Zec 1:5 οἱ πατέÏες ὑμῶν ποῦ εἰσιν καὶ οἱ Ï€Ïοφῆται μὴ τὸν αἰῶνα ζήσονται (lxx) Zec 1:5 Patres vestri, ubi sunt? et prophetæ numquid in sempiternum vivent?(vulgate) Zec 1:5 Wo sind nun eure Väter? Und die Propheten, leben sie auch noch?(dhs) Zec 1:5 "Your fathers, where are they? And the prophets, do they live forever?(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 1:6 ============ Zec 1:6 But did not My words and My statutes, which I commanded My servants the prophets, overtake your fathers? Then they repented and said, 'As the Lord of hosts purposed to do to us in accordance with our ways and our deeds, so He has dealt with us.'"'"(nasb) Zec 1:6 πλὴν τοὺς λόγους μου καὶ τὰ νόμιμά μου δέχεσθε ὅσα á¼Î³á½¼ á¼Î½Ï„έλλομαι á¼Î½ πνεύματί μου τοῖς δούλοις μου τοῖς Ï€Ïοφήταις οἳ κατελάβοσαν τοὺς πατέÏας ὑμῶν καὶ ἀπεκÏίθησαν καὶ εἶπαν καθὼς παÏατέτακται κύÏιος παντοκÏá½±Ï„Ï‰Ï Ï„Î¿á¿¦ ποιῆσαι κατὰ τὰς á½Î´Î¿á½ºÏ‚ ὑμῶν καὶ κατὰ τὰ á¼Ï€Î¹Ï„ηδεύματα ὑμῶν οὕτως á¼Ï€Î¿á½·Î·ÏƒÎµÎ½ ὑμῖν (lxx) Zec 1:6 Verumtamen verba mea, et legitima mea, quæ mandavi servis meis prophetis, numquid non comprehenderunt patres vestros, et conversi sunt, et dixerunt: Sicut cogitavit Dominus exercituum facere nobis secundum vias nostras, et secundum adinventiones nostras, fecit nobis?]~(vulgate) Zec 1:6 Ist's aber nicht also, daß meine Worte und meine Rechte, die ich durch meine Knechte, die Propheten, gebot, haben eure Väter getroffen, daß sie haben müssen umkehren und sagen: Gleichwie der HERR Zebaoth vorhatte uns zu tun, wie wir gingen und taten, also hat er uns auch getan?(dhs) Zec 1:6 Yet surely My words and My statutes, Which I commanded My servants the prophets, Did they not overtake your fathers? And the angel who was speaking with me said to me, "I will show you what these are."(nasb) Zec 1:9 καὶ εἶπα τί οὗτοι κύÏιε καὶ εἶπεν Ï€Ïός με ὠἄγγελος ὠλαλῶν á¼Î½ á¼Î¼Î¿á½· á¼Î³á½¼ δείξω σοι τί á¼ÏƒÏ„ιν ταῦτα (lxx) Zec 1:9 Et dixi: Quid sunt isti, domine mi? Et dixit ad me angelus qui loquebatur in me: Ego ostendam tibi quid sint hæc.(vulgate) Zec 1:9 Und ich sprach: Mein HERR, wer sind diese? Und der Engel, der mit mir redete, sprach zu mir: Ich will dir zeigen, wer diese sind.(dhs) Zec 1:9 Then I said, "My lord, what are these?" So the angel who talked with me said to me, "I will show you what they are."(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 1:10 ============ Zec 1:10 And the man who was standing among the myrtle trees answered and said, "These are those whom the Lord has sent to patrol the earth."(nasb) Zec 1:10 καὶ ἀπεκÏίθη á½ á¼€Î½á½´Ï á½ á¼Ï†ÎµÏƒÏ„ηκὼς ἀνὰ μέσον τῶν á½€Ïέων καὶ εἶπεν Ï€Ïός με οὗτοί εἰσιν οὓς á¼Î¾Î±Ï€á½³ÏƒÏ„αλκεν κύÏιος τοῦ πεÏιοδεῦσαι τὴν γῆν (lxx) Zec 1:10 Et respondit vir qui stabat inter myrteta, et dixit: Isti sunt quos misit Dominus ut perambulent terram.(vulgate) Zec 1:10 Und der Mann, der unter den Myrten hielt, antwortete und sprach: Diese sind es, die der HERR ausgesandt hat, die Erde zu durchziehen.(dhs) Zec 1:10 And the man who stood among the myrtle trees answered and said, "These are the ones whom the Lord has sent to walk to and fro throughout the earth."(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 1:11 ============ Zec 1:11 So they answered the angel of the Lord who was standing among the myrtle trees and said, "We have patrolled the earth, and behold, all the earth is peaceful and quiet."(nasb) Zec 1:11 καὶ ἀπεκÏίθησαν τῷ ἀγγέλῳ κυÏίου τῷ á¼Ï†ÎµÏƒÏ„ῶτι ἀνὰ μέσον τῶν á½€Ïέων καὶ εἶπον πεÏιωδεύκαμεν πᾶσαν τὴν γῆν καὶ ἰδοὺ πᾶσα ἡ γῆ κατοικεῖται καὶ ἡσυχάζει (lxx) Zec 1:11 Et responderunt angelo Domini, qui stabat inter myrteta, et dixerunt: Perambulavimus terram, et ecce omnis terra habitatur, et quiescit.(vulgate) Zec 1:11 Sie aber antworteten dem Engel des HERRN, der unter den Myrten hielt, und sprachen: Wir haben die Erde durchzogen, und siehe, alle Länder sitzen still.(dhs) Zec 1:11 So they answered the Angel of the Lord, who stood among the myrtle trees, and said, "We have walked to and fro throughout the earth, and behold, all the earth is resting quietly."(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 1:12 ============ Zec 1:12 Then the angel of the Lord said, "O Lord of hosts, how long will You have no compassion for Jerusalem and the cities of Judah, with which You have been indignant these seventy years?"(nasb) Zec 1:12 καὶ ἀπεκÏίθη ὠἄγγελος κυÏίου καὶ εἶπεν κύÏιε παντοκÏá½±Ï„Ï‰Ï á¼•Ï‰Ï‚ τίνος οὠμὴ á¼Î»Îµá½µÏƒá¿ƒÏ‚ τὴν ΙεÏουσαλημ καὶ τὰς πόλεις Ιουδα ἃς ὑπεÏεῖδες τοῦτο ἑβδομηκοστὸν ἔτος (lxx) Zec 1:12 Et respondit angelus Domini, et dixit: Domine exercituum, usquequo tu non misereberis Jerusalem, et urbium Juda, quibus iratus es? iste jam septuagesimus annus est.(vulgate) Zec 1:12 Da antwortete der Engel des HERRN und sprach: HERR Zebaoth, wie lange willst du denn dich nicht erbarmen über Jerusalem und über die Städte Juda's, über welche du zornig bist gewesen diese siebzig Jahre?(dhs) Zec 1:12 Then the Angel of the Lord answered and said, "O Lord of hosts, how long will You not have mercy on Jerusalem and on the cities of Judah, against which You were angry these seventy years?"(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 1:13 ============ Zec 1:13 The Lord answered the angel who was speaking with me with gracious words, comforting words.(nasb) Zec 1:13 καὶ ἀπεκÏίθη κύÏιος παντοκÏá½±Ï„Ï‰Ï Ï„á¿· ἀγγέλῳ τῷ λαλοῦντι á¼Î½ á¼Î¼Î¿á½¶ ῥήματα καλὰ καὶ λόγους παÏακλητικούς (lxx) Zec 1:13 Et respondit Dominus angelo qui loquebatur in me verba bona, verba consolatoria.(vulgate) Zec 1:13 Und der HERR antwortete dem Engel, der mit mir redete, freundliche Worte und tröstliche Worte.(dhs) Zec 1:13 And the Lord answered the angel who talked to me, with good and comforting words.(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 1:14 ============ Zec 1:14 So the angel who was speaking with me said to me, "Proclaim, saying, 'Thus says the Lord of hosts, "I am exceedingly jealous for Jerusalem and Zion.(nasb) Zec 1:14 καὶ εἶπεν Ï€Ïός με ὠἄγγελος ὠλαλῶν á¼Î½ á¼Î¼Î¿á½· ἀνάκÏαγε λέγων τάδε λέγει κύÏιος παντοκÏá½±Ï„Ï‰Ï á¼Î¶á½µÎ»Ï‰ÎºÎ± τὴν ΙεÏουσαλημ καὶ τὴν Σιων ζῆλον μέγαν (lxx) Zec 1:14 Et dixit ad me angelus qui loquebatur in me: Clama, dicens: [Hæc dicit Dominus exercituum: Zelatus sum Jerusalem et Sion zelo magno,(vulgate) Zec 1:14 Und der Engel, der mit mir redete, sprach zu mir: Predige und sprich: So spricht der HERR Zebaoth: Ich eifere um Jerusalem und Zion mit großem Eifer(dhs) Zec 1:14 So the angel who spoke with me said to me, "Proclaim, saying, 'Thus says the Lord of hosts: "I am zealous for Jerusalem And for Zion with great zeal.(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 1:15 ============ Zec 1:15 But I am very angry with the nations who are at ease; for while I was only a little angry, they furthered the disaster."(nasb) Zec 1:15 καὶ á½€Ïγὴν μεγάλην á¼Î³á½¼ á½€Ïγίζομαι á¼Ï€á½¶ τὰ ἔθνη τὰ συνεπιτιθέμενα ἀνθ᾽ ὧν á¼Î³á½¼ μὲν á½ Ïγίσθην ὀλίγα αá½Ï„οὶ δὲ συνεπέθεντο εἰς κακά (lxx) Zec 1:15 et ira magna ego irascor super gentes opulentas, quia ego iratus sum parum, ipsi vero adjuverunt in malum.(vulgate) Zec 1:15 und bin sehr zornig über die stolzen Heiden; denn ich war nur ein wenig zornig, sie aber halfen zum Verderben.(dhs) Zec 1:15 I am exceedingly angry with the nations at ease; For I was a little angry, And they helped--but with evil intent."(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 1:16 ============ Zec 1:16 Therefore thus says the Lord, "I will return to Jerusalem with compassion; My house will be built in it," declares the Lord of hosts, "and a measuring line will be stretched over Jerusalem."'(nasb) Zec 1:16 διὰ τοῦτο τάδε λέγει κύÏιος á¼Ï€Î¹ÏƒÏ„Ïέψω á¼Ï€á½¶ ΙεÏουσαλημ á¼Î½ οἰκτιÏμῷ καὶ ὠοἶκός μου ἀνοικοδομηθήσεται á¼Î½ αá½Ï„ῇ λέγει κύÏιος παντοκÏá½±Ï„Ï‰Ï ÎºÎ±á½¶ μέτÏον á¼ÎºÏ„αθήσεται á¼Ï€á½¶ ΙεÏουσαλημ ἔτι (lxx) Zec 1:16 Propterea hæc dicit Dominus: Revertar ad Jerusalem in misericordiis, et domus mea ædificabitur in ea, ait Dominus exercituum, et perpendiculum extendetur super Jerusalem.](vulgate) Zec 1:16 Darum so spricht der HERR: Ich will mich wieder zu Jerusalem kehren mit Barmherzigkeit, und mein Haus soll darin gebaut werden, spricht der HERR Zebaoth; dazu soll die Zimmerschnur in Jerusalem gezogen werde.(dhs) Zec 1:16 'Therefore thus says the Lord: "I am returning to Jerusalem with mercy; My house shall be built in it," says the Lord of hosts, "And a surveyor's line shall be stretched out over Jerusalem." '(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 1:17 ============ Zec 1:17 Again, proclaim, saying, 'Thus says the Lord of hosts, "My cities will again overflow with prosperity, and the Lord will again comfort Zion and again choose Jerusalem."'"(nasb) Zec 1:17 καὶ εἶπεν Ï€Ïός με ὠἄγγελος ὠλαλῶν á¼Î½ á¼Î¼Î¿á½· ἀνάκÏαγε λέγων τάδε λέγει κύÏιος παντοκÏá½±Ï„Ï‰Ï á¼”Ï„Î¹ διαχυθήσονται πόλεις á¼Î½ ἀγαθοῖς καὶ á¼Î»Îµá½µÏƒÎµÎ¹ κύÏιος ἔτι τὴν Σιων καὶ αἱÏετιεῖ ἔτι τὴν ΙεÏουσαλημ (lxx) Zec 1:17 Adhuc clama, dicens: [Hæc dicit Dominus exercituum: Adhuc affluent civitates meæ bonis, et consolabitur adhuc Dominus Sion, et eliget adhuc Jerusalem.]~(vulgate) Zec 1:17 Und predige weiter und sprich: So spricht der HERR Zebaoth: Es soll meinen Städten wieder wohl gehen, und der HERR wird Zion wieder trösten und wird Jerusalem wieder erwählen.(dhs) Zec 1:17 "Again proclaim, saying, 'Thus says the Lord of hosts: "My cities shall again spread out through prosperity; The Lord will again comfort Zion, And will again choose Jerusalem." ' "(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 1:18 ============ Zec 1:18 Then I lifted up my eyes and looked, and behold, there were four horns.(nasb) Zec 1:18 καὶ ἦÏα τοὺς ὀφθαλμούς μου καὶ εἶδον καὶ ἰδοὺ τέσσαÏα κέÏατα (lxx) Zec 1:18 Et levavi oculos meos, et vidi, et ecce quatuor cornua.(vulgate) Zec 1:18 Und ich hob meine Augen auf und sah, und siehe, da waren vier Hörner.(dhs) Zec 1:18 Then I raised my eyes and looked, and there were four horns.(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 1:19 ============ Zec 1:19 So I said to the angel who was speaking with me, "What are these?" And he answered me, "These are the horns which have scattered Judah, Israel and Jerusalem."(nasb) Zec 1:19 καὶ εἶπα Ï€Ïὸς τὸν ἄγγελον τὸν λαλοῦντα á¼Î½ á¼Î¼Î¿á½· τί á¼ÏƒÏ„ιν ταῦτα κύÏιε καὶ εἶπεν Ï€Ïός με ταῦτα τὰ κέÏατα τὰ διασκοÏπίσαντα τὸν Ιουδαν καὶ τὸν ΙσÏαηλ (lxx) Zec 1:19 Et dixi ad angelum qui loquebatur in me: Quid sunt hæc? Et dixit ad me: Hæc sunt cornua quæ ventilaverunt Judam, et Israël, et Jerusalem.(vulgate) Zec 1:19 Und ich sprach zu dem Engel, der mit mir redete: Wer sind diese? Er sprach zu mir: Es sind Hörner, die Juda samt Israel und Jerusalem zerstreut haben.(dhs) Zec 1:19 And I said to the angel who talked with me, "What are these?"
