Rut 1:1 Now it came about in the days when the judges governed, that there was a famine in the land. And a certain man of Bethlehem in Judah went to sojourn in the land of Moab with his wife and his two sons. Und ein Mann von Bethlehem-Juda zog wallen in der Moabiter Land mit seinem Weibe und seinen zwei Söhnen. Rut 1:1 καὶ ἐγένετο ἐν τῷ κρίνειν τοὺς κριτὰς καὶ ἐγένετο λιμὸς ἐν τῇ γῇ καὶ ἐπορεύθη ἀνὴρ ἀπὸ Βαιθλεεμ τῆς Ιουδα τοῦ παροικῆσαι ἐν ἀγρῷ Μωαβ αὐτὸς καὶ ἡ γυνὴ αὐτοῦ καὶ οἱ υἱοὶ αὐτοῦ ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 1:2 The name of the man was Elimelech, and the name of his wife, Naomi; and the names of his two sons were Mahlon and Chilion, Ephrathites of Bethlehem in Judah. Now they entered the land of Moab and remained there. Rut 1:4 And they took them wives of the women of Moab; the name of the one was Orpah, and the name of the other Rut and they dwelled there about ten years. (kjv) Rut 1:4 Die nahmen moabitische Weiber; eine hieß Orpa, die andere Rut Und da sie daselbst gewohnt hatten ungefähr zehn Jahre, Rut 1:4 καὶ ἐλάβοσαν ἑαυτοῖς γυναῖκας Μωαβίτιδας ὄνομα τῇ μιᾷ Ορφα καὶ ὄνομα τῇ δευτέρᾳ Ρουθ καὶ κατῴκησαν ἐκεῖ ὡς δέκα ἔτη ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 1:5 Then both Mahlon and Chilion also died, and the woman was bereft of her two children and her husband. Rut 1:5 And Mahlon and Chilion died also both of them; and the woman was left of her two sons and her husband. (kjv) Rut 1:5 starben sie alle beide, Mahlon und Chiljon, daß das Weib überlebte beide Söhne und ihren Mann. Rut 1:5 καὶ ἀπέθανον καί γε ἀμφότεροι Μααλων καὶ Χελαιων καὶ κατελείφθη ἡ γυνὴ ἀπὸ τοῦ ἀνδρὸς αὐτῆς καὶ ἀπὸ τῶν δύο υἱῶν αὐτῆς ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 1:6 Then she arose with her daughters-in-law that she might return from the land of Moab, for she had heard in the land of Moab that the Lord had visited His people in giving them food. Rut 1:6 Then she arose with her daughters in law, that she might return from the country of Moab: for she had heard in the country of Moab how that the LORD had visited his people in giving them bread. (kjv) Rut 1:6 Da machte sie sich auf mit ihren zwei Schwiegertöchtern und zog wieder aus der Moabiter Lande; denn sie hatte erfahren im Moabiterlande, daß der HERR sein Volk hatte heimgesucht und ihnen Brot gegeben. Rut 1:6 καὶ ἀνέστη αὐτὴ καὶ αἱ δύο νύμφαι αὐτῆς καὶ ἀπέστρεψαν ἐξ ἀγροῦ Μωαβ ὅτι ἤκουσαν ἐν ἀγρῷ Μωαβ ὅτι ἐπέσκεπται κύριος τὸν λαὸν αὐτοῦ δοῦναι αὐτοῖς ἄρτους ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 1:7 So she departed from the place where she was, and her two daughters-in-law with her; and they went on the way to return to the land of Judah. Rut 1:7 Wherefore she went forth out of the place where she was, and her two daughters in law with her; and they went on the way to return unto the land of Judah. (kjv) Rut 1:7 Und sie ging aus von dem Ort, da sie gewesen war, und ihre beiden Schwiegertöchter mit ihr. Und da sie ging auf dem Wege, daß sie wiederkäme ins Land Juda, Rut 1:7 καὶ ἐξῆλθεν ἐκ τοῦ τόπου οὗ ἦν ἐκεῖ καὶ αἱ δύο νύμφαι αὐτῆς μετ᾽ αὐτῆς καὶ ἐπορεύοντο ἐν τῇ ὁδῷ τοῦ ἐπιστρέψαι εἰς τὴν γῆν Ιουδα ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 1:8 And Naomi said to her two daughters-in-law, "Go, return each of you to her mother's house. May the Lord deal kindly with you as you have dealt with the dead and with me. Rut 1:8 And Naomi said unto her two daughters in law, Go, return each to her mother's house: the LORD deal kindly with you, as ye have dealt with the dead, and with me. (kjv) Rut 1:8 sprach sie zu ihren beiden Schwiegertöchtern: Geht hin und kehrt um, eine jegliche zu ihrer Mutter Haus. Der HERR tue an euch Barmherzigkeit, wie ihr an den Toten und mir getan habt! Rut 1:8 καὶ εἶπεν Νωεμιν ταῖς νύμφαις αὐτῆς πορεύεσθε δὴ ἀποστράφητε ἑκάστη εἰς οἶκον μητρὸς αὐτῆς ποιήσαι κύριος μεθ᾽ ὑμῶν ἔλεος καθὼς ἐποιήσατε μετὰ τῶν τεθνηκότων καὶ μετ᾽ ἐμοῦ ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 1:9 May the Lord grant that you may find rest, each in the house of her husband." Then she kissed them, and they lifted up their voices and wept. Rut 1:9 The LORD grant you that ye may find rest, each of you in the house of her husband. Then she kissed them; and they lifted up their voice, and wept. (kjv) Rut 1:9 Der HERR gebe euch, daß ihr Ruhe findet, eine jegliche in ihres Mannes Hause! Und küßte sie. Da hoben sie ihre Stimmen auf und weinten Rut 1:9 δῴη κύριος ὑμῖν καὶ εὕροιτε ἀνάπαυσιν ἑκάστη ἐν οἴκῳ ἀνδρὸς αὐτῆς καὶ κατεφίλησεν αὐτάς καὶ ἐπῆραν τὴν φωνὴν αὐτῶν καὶ ἔκλαυσαν ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 1:10 And they said to her, "No, but we will surely return with you to your people." Rut 1:10 And they said unto her, Surely we will return with thee unto thy people. (kjv) Rut 1:10 und sprachen zu ihr: Wir wollen mit dir zu deinem Volk gehen. Rut 1:10 καὶ εἶπαν αὐτῇ μετὰ σοῦ ἐπιστρέφομεν εἰς τὸν λαόν σου ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 1:11 But Naomi said, "Return, my daughters. Why should you go with me? Have I yet sons in my womb, that they may be your husbands? Rut 1:11 And Naomi said, Turn again, my daughters: why will ye go with me? are there yet any more sons in my womb, that they may be your husbands? (kjv) Rut 1:11 Aber Naemi sprach: Kehrt um, meine Töchter! warum wollt ihr mit mir gehen? Wie kann ich fürder Kinder in meinem Leibe haben, die eure Männer sein könnten? Rut 1:11 καὶ εἶπεν Νωεμιν ἐπιστράφητε δή θυγατέρες μου καὶ ἵνα τί πορεύεσθε μετ᾽ ἐμοῦ μὴ ἔτι μοι υἱοὶ ἐν τῇ κοιλίᾳ μου καὶ ἔσονται ὑμῖν εἰς ἄνδρας ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 1:12 Return, my daughters! Go, for I am too old to have a husband. If I said I have hope, if I should even have a husband tonight and also bear sons, Rut 1:12 Turn again, my daughters, go your way; for I am too old to have an husband. If I should say, I have hope, if I should have an husband also to night, and should also bear sons; (kjv) Rut 1:12 Kehrt um, meine Töchter, und geht hin! denn ich bin nun zu alt, daß ich einen Mann nehme. Und wenn ich spräche: Es ist zu hoffen, daß ich diese Nacht einen Mann nehme und Kinder gebäre, Rut 1:12 ἐπιστράφητε δή θυγατέρες μου διότι γεγήρακα τοῦ μὴ εἶναι ἀνδρί ὅτι εἶπα ὅτι ἔστιν μοι ὑπόστασις τοῦ γενηθῆναί με ἀνδρὶ καὶ τέξομαι υἱούς ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 1:13 would you therefore wait until they were grown? Would you therefore refrain from marrying? No, my daughters; for it is harder for me than for you, for the hand of the Lord has gone forth against me." Rut 1:13 Would ye tarry for them till they were grown? would ye stay for them from having husbands? nay, my daughters; for it grieveth me much for your sakes that the hand of the LORD is gone out against me. (kjv) Rut 1:13 wie könntet ihr doch harren, bis sie groß würden? wie wolltet ihr verziehen, daß ihr nicht Männer solltet nehmen? Nicht, meine Töchter! denn mich jammert euer sehr; denn des HERRN Hand ist über mich ausgegangen. Rut 1:13 μὴ αὐτοὺς προσδέξεσθε ἕως οὗ ἁδρυνθῶσιν ἢ αὐτοῖς κατασχεθήσεσθε τοῦ μὴ γενέσθαι ἀνδρί μὴ δή θυγατέρες μου ὅτι ἐπικράνθη μοι ὑπὲρ ὑμᾶς ὅτι ἐξῆλθεν ἐν ἐμοὶ χεὶρ κυρίου ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 1:14 And they lifted up their voices and wept again; and Orpah kissed her mother-in-law, but Rut clung to her. Rut 1:14 And they lifted up their voice, and wept again: and Orpah kissed her mother in law; but Rut clave unto her. (kjv) Rut 1:14 Da hoben sie ihre Stimme auf und weinten noch mehr. Und Opra küßte ihre Schwiegermutter; Rut aber blieb bei ihr. Rut 1:14 καὶ ἐπῆραν τὴν φωνὴν αὐτῶν καὶ ἔκλαυσαν ἔτι καὶ κατεφίλησεν Ορφα τὴν πενθερὰν αὐτῆς καὶ ἐπέστρεψεν εἰς τὸν λαὸν αὐτῆς Ρουθ δὲ ἠκολούθησεν αὐτῇ ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 1:15 Then she said, "Behold, your sister-in-law has gone back to her people and her gods; return after your sister-in-law." Rut 1:15 And she said, Behold, thy sister in law is gone back unto her people, and unto her gods: return thou after thy sister in law. (kjv) Rut 1:15 Sie aber sprach: Siehe, deine Schwägerin ist umgewandt zu ihrem Volk und zu ihrem Gott; kehre auch du um, deiner Schwägerin nach. Rut 1:15 καὶ εἶπεν Νωεμιν πρὸς Ρουθ ἰδοὺ ἀνέστρεψεν ἡ σύννυμφός σου πρὸς λαὸν αὐτῆς καὶ πρὸς τοὺς θεοὺς αὐτῆς ἐπιστράφητι δὴ καὶ σὺ ὀπίσω τῆς συννύμφου σου ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 1:16 But Rut said, "Do not urge me to leave you or turn back from following you; for where you go, I will go, and where you lodge, I will lodge. Your people shall be my people, and your God, my God. Rut 1:16 And Rut said, Intreat me not to leave thee, or to return from following after thee: for whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge: thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God: (kjv) Rut 1:16 Rut antwortete: Rede mir nicht ein, daß ich dich verlassen sollte und von dir umkehren. Wo du hin gehst, da will ich auch hin gehen; wo du bleibst, da bleibe ich auch. Dein Volk ist mein Volk, und dein Gott ist mein Gott. Rut 1:16 εἶπεν δὲ Ρουθ μὴ ἀπαντήσαι ἐμοὶ τοῦ καταλιπεῖν σε ἢ ἀποστρέψαι ὄπισθέν σου ὅτι σὺ ὅπου ἐὰν πορευθῇς πορεύσομαι καὶ οὗ ἐὰν αὐλισθῇς αὐλισθήσομαι ὁ λαός σου λαός μου καὶ ὁ θεός σου θεός μου ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 1:17 Where you die, I will die, and there I will be buried. Thus may the Lord do to me, and worse, if anything but death parts you and me." Rut 1:17 Where thou diest, will I die, and there will I be buried: the LORD do so to me, and more also, if ought but death part thee and me. (kjv) Rut 1:17 Wo du stirbst, da sterbe ich auch, da will ich auch begraben werden. Der HERR tue mir dies und das, der Tod muß mich und dich scheiden. Rut 1:17 καὶ οὗ ἐὰν ἀποθάνῃς ἀποθανοῦμαι κἀκεῖ ταφήσομαι τάδε ποιήσαι μοι κύριος καὶ τάδε προσθείη ὅτι θάνατος διαστελεῖ ἀνὰ μέσον ἐμοῦ καὶ σοῦ ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 1:18 When she saw that she was determined to go with her, she said no more to her. Rut 1:18 When she saw that she was stedfastly minded to go with her, then she left speaking unto her. (kjv) Rut 1:18 Als sie nun sah, daß sie fest im Sinn war, mit ihr zu gehen, ließ sie ab, mit ihr davon zu reden. Rut 1:18 ἰδοῦσα δὲ Νωεμιν ὅτι κραταιοῦται αὐτὴ τοῦ πορεύεσθαι μετ᾽ αὐτῆς ἐκόπασεν τοῦ λαλῆσαι πρὸς αὐτὴν ἔτι ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 1:19 So they both went until they came to Bethlehem. And when they had come to Bethlehem, all the city was stirred because of them, and the women said, "Is this Naomi?" Rut 1:19 So they two went until they came to Bethlehem. And it came to pass, when they were come to Bethlehem, that all the city was moved about them, and they said, Is this Naomi? (kjv) Rut 1:19 Also gingen die beiden miteinander, bis sie gen Bethlehem kamen. Und da sie nach Bethlehem hineinkamen, regte sich die ganze Stadt über ihnen und sprach: Ist das die Naemi? Rut 1:19 ἐπορεύθησαν δὲ ἀμφότεραι ἕως τοῦ παραγενέσθαι αὐτὰς εἰς Βαιθλεεμ καὶ ἤχησεν πᾶσα ἡ πόλις ἐπ᾽ αὐταῖς καὶ εἶπον αὕτη ἐστὶν Νωεμιν ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 1:20 She said to them, "Do not call me Naomi; call me Mara, for the Almighty has dealt very bitterly with me. Rut 1:20 And she said unto them, Call me not Naomi, call me Mara: for the Almighty hath dealt very bitterly with me. (kjv) Rut 1:20 Sie aber sprach: Heißt mich nicht Naemi, sondern Mara; denn der Allmächtige hat mich sehr betrübt. Rut 1:20 καὶ εἶπεν πρὸς αὐτάς μὴ δὴ καλεῖτέ με Νωεμιν καλέσατέ με Πικράν ὅτι ἐπικράνθη ἐν ἐμοὶ ὁ ἱκανὸς σφόδρα ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 1:21 I went out full, but the Lord has brought me back empty. Why do you call me Naomi, since the Lord has witnessed against me and the Almighty has afflicted me?" Rut 1:21 I went out full and the LORD hath brought me home again empty: why then call ye me Naomi, seeing the LORD hath testified against me, and the Almighty hath afflicted me? (kjv) Rut 1:21 Voll zog ich aus, aber leer hat mich der HERR wieder heimgebracht. Warum heißt ihr mich denn Naemi, so mich doch der HERR gedemütigt und der Allmächtige betrübt hat? Rut 1:21 ἐγὼ πλήρης ἐπορεύθην καὶ κενὴν ἀπέστρεψέν με ὁ κύριος καὶ ἵνα τί καλεῖτέ με Νωεμιν καὶ κύριος ἐταπείνωσέν με καὶ ὁ ἱκανὸς ἐκάκωσέν με ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 1:22 So Naomi returned, and with her Rut the Moabitess, her daughter-in-law, who returned from the land of Moab. And they came to Bethlehem at the beginning of barley harvest. Rut 1:22 So Naomi returned, and Rut the Moabitess, her daughter in law, with her, which returned out of the country of Moab: and they came to Bethlehem in the beginning of barley harvest.(kjv) Rut 1:22 Es war aber um die Zeit, daß die Gerstenernte anging, da Naemi mit ihrer Schwiegertochter Rut der Moabitin, wiederkam vom Moabiterlande gen Bethlehem. Rut 1:22 καὶ ἐπέστρεψεν Νωεμιν καὶ Ρουθ ἡ Μωαβῖτις ἡ νύμφη αὐτῆς ἐπιστρέφουσα ἐξ ἀγροῦ Μωαβ αὐταὶ δὲ παρεγενήθησαν εἰς Βαιθλεεμ ἐν ἀρχῇ θερισμοῦ κριθῶν ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 2:1 Now Naomi had a kinsman of her husband, a man of great wealth, of the family of Elimelech, whose name was Boaz. Rut 2:1 And Naomi had a kinsman of her husband's, a mighty man of wealth, of the family of Elimelech; and his name was Boaz. (kjv) Rut 2:1 Es war auch ein Mann, ein Verwandter des Mannes der Naemi, von dem Geschlecht Elimelechs, mit Namen Boas; der war ein wohlhabender Mann. Rut 2:1 καὶ τῇ Νωεμιν ἀνὴρ γνώριμος τῷ ἀνδρὶ αὐτῆς ὁ δὲ ἀνὴρ δυνατὸς ἰσχύι ἐκ τῆς συγγενείας Αβιμελεχ καὶ ὄνομα αὐτῷ Βοος ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 2:2 And Rut the Moabitess said to Naomi, "Please let me go to the field and glean among the ears of grain after one in whose sight I may find favor." And she said to her, "Go, my daughter." Rut 2:2 And Rut the Moabitess said unto Naomi, Let me now go to the field, and glean ears of corn after him in whose sight I shall find grace. And she said unto her, Go, my daughter. (kjv) Rut 2:2 Und Rut die Moabitin, sprach zu Naemi: Laß mich aufs Feld gehen und Ähren auflesen dem nach, vor dem ich Gnade finde. Sie aber sprach zu ihr: Gehe hin, meine Tochter. Rut 2:2 καὶ εἶπεν Ρουθ ἡ Μωαβῖτις πρὸς Νωεμιν πορευθῶ δὴ εἰς ἀγρὸν καὶ συνάξω ἐν τοῖς στάχυσιν κατόπισθεν οὗ ἐὰν εὕρω χάριν ἐν ὀφθαλμοῖς αὐτοῦ εἶπεν δὲ αὐτῇ πορεύου θύγατερ ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 2:3 So she departed and went and gleaned in the field after the reapers; and she happened to come to the portion of the field belonging to Boaz, who was of the family of Elimelech. Rut 2:3 And she went, and came, and gleaned in the field after the reapers: and her hap was to light on a part of the field belonging unto Boaz, who was of the kindred of Elimelech. (kjv) Rut 2:3 Sie ging hin, kam und las auf, den Schnittern nach, auf dem Felde. Und es begab sich eben, daß dasselbe Feld war des Boas, der von dem Geschlecht Elimelechs war. Rut 2:3 καὶ ἐπορεύθη καὶ συνέλεξεν ἐν τῷ ἀγρῷ κατόπισθεν τῶν θεριζόντων καὶ περιέπεσεν περιπτώματι τῇ μερίδι τοῦ ἀγροῦ Βοος τοῦ ἐκ συγγενείας Αβιμελεχ ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 2:4 Now behold, Boaz came from Bethlehem and said to the reapers, "May the Lord be with you." And they said to him, "May the Lord bless you." Rut 2:4 And, behold, Boaz came from Bethlehem, and said unto the reapers, The LORD be with you. And they answered him, The LORD bless thee. (kjv) Rut 2:4 Und siehe, Boas kam eben von Bethlehem und sprach zu den Schnittern: Der HERR mit euch! Sie antworteten: Der HERR segne dich! Rut 2:4 καὶ ἰδοὺ Βοος ἦλθεν ἐκ Βαιθλεεμ καὶ εἶπεν τοῖς θερίζουσιν κύριος μεθ᾽ ὑμῶν καὶ εἶπον αὐτῷ εὐλογήσαι σε κύριος ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 2:5 Then Boaz said to his servant who was in charge of the reapers, "Whose young woman is this?" Rut 2:5 Then said Boaz unto his servant that was set over the reapers, Whose damsel is this? (kjv) Rut 2:5 Und Boas sprach zu seinem Knechte, der über die Schnitter gestellt war: Wes ist die Dirne? Rut 2:5 καὶ εἶπεν Βοος τῷ παιδαρίῳ αὐτοῦ τῷ ἐφεστῶτι ἐπὶ τοὺς θερίζοντας τίνος ἡ νεᾶνις αὕτη ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 2:6 The servant in charge of the reapers replied, "She is the young Moabite woman who returned with Naomi from the land of Moab. Rut 2:6 And the servant that was set over the reapers answered and said, It is the Moabitish damsel that came back with Naomi out of the country of Moab: (kjv) Rut 2:6 Der Knecht, der über die Schnitter gestellt war, antwortete und sprach: Es ist die Dirne, die Moabitin, die mit Naemi wiedergekommen ist von der Moabiter Lande. Rut 2:6 καὶ ἀπεκρίθη τὸ παιδάριον τὸ ἐφεστὸς ἐπὶ τοὺς θερίζοντας καὶ εἶπεν ἡ παῖς ἡ Μωαβῖτίς ἐστιν ἡ ἀποστραφεῖσα μετὰ Νωεμιν ἐξ ἀγροῦ Μωαβ ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 2:7 And she said, 'Please let me glean and gather after the reapers among the sheaves.' Thus she came and has remained from the morning until now; she has been sitting in the house for a little while." Rut 2:7 And she said, I pray you, let me glean and gather after the reapers among the sheaves: so she came, and hath continued even from the morning until now, that she tarried a little in the house. (kjv) Rut 2:7 Denn sie sprach: Laßt mich doch auflesen und sammeln unter den Garben, den Schnittern nach; und ist also gekommen und dagestanden vom Morgen an bis her und bleibt wenig daheim. Rut 2:7 καὶ εἶπεν συλλέξω δὴ καὶ συνάξω ἐν τοῖς δράγμασιν ὄπισθεν τῶν θεριζόντων καὶ ἦλθεν καὶ ἔστη ἀπὸ πρωίθεν καὶ ἕως ἑσπέρας οὐ κατέπαυσεν ἐν τῷ ἀγρῷ μικρόν ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 2:8 Then Boaz said to Rut "Listen carefully, my daughter. Do not go to glean in another field; furthermore, do not go on from this one, but stay here with my maids. Rut 2:8 Then said Boaz unto Rut Hearest thou not, my daughter? Go not to glean in another field, neither go from hence, but abide here fast by my maidens: (kjv) Rut 2:8 Da sprach Boas zu Rut Hörst du es, meine Tochter? Du sollst nicht gehen auf einen andern Acker, aufzulesen, und gehe auch nicht von hinnen, sondern halte dich zu meinen Dirnen. Rut 2:8 καὶ εἶπεν Βοος πρὸς Ρουθ οὐκ ἤκουσας θύγατερ μὴ πορευθῇς ἐν ἀγρῷ συλλέξαι ἑτέρῳ καὶ σὺ οὐ πορεύσῃ ἐντεῦθεν ὧδε κολλήθητι μετὰ τῶν κορασίων μου ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 2:9 Let your eyes be on the field which they reap, and go after them. Indeed, I have commanded the servants not to touch you. When you are thirsty, go to the water jars and drink from what the servants draw." Rut 2:9 Let thine eyes be on the field that they do reap, and go thou after them: have I not charged the young men that they shall not touch thee? and when thou art athirst, go unto the vessels, and drink of that which the young men have drawn. (kjv) Rut 2:9 Und siehe, wo sie schneiden im Felde, da gehe ihnen nach. Ich habe meinen Knechten geboten, daß dich niemand antaste. Und so dich dürstet, so gehe hin zu dem Gefäß und trinke von dem, was meine Knechte schöpfen. Rut 2:9 οἱ ὀφθαλμοί σου εἰς τὸν ἀγρόν οὗ ἐὰν θερίζωσιν καὶ πορεύσῃ κατόπισθεν αὐτῶν ἰδοὺ ἐνετειλάμην τοῖς παιδαρίοις τοῦ μὴ ἅψασθαί σου καὶ ὅ τι διψήσεις καὶ πορευθήσῃ εἰς τὰ σκεύη καὶ πίεσαι ὅθεν ἂν ὑδρεύωνται τὰ παιδάρια ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 2:10 Then she fell on her face, bowing to the ground and said to him, "Why have I found favor in your sight that you should take notice of me, since I am a foreigner?" Rut 2:10 Then she fell on her face, and bowed herself to the ground, and said unto him, Why have I found grace in thine eyes, that thou shouldest take knowledge of me, seeing I am a stranger? (kjv) Rut 2:10 Da fiel sie auf ihr Angesicht und beugte sich nieder zur Erde und sprach zu ihm: Womit habe ich die Gnade gefunden vor deinen Augen, daß du mich ansiehst, die ich doch fremd bin? Rut 2:10 καὶ ἔπεσεν ἐπὶ πρόσωπον αὐτῆς καὶ προσεκύνησεν ἐπὶ τὴν γῆν καὶ εἶπεν πρὸς αὐτόν τί ὅτι εὗρον χάριν ἐν ὀφθαλμοῖς σου τοῦ ἐπιγνῶναί με καὶ ἐγώ εἰμι ξένη ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 2:11 Boaz replied to her, "All that you have done for your mother-in-law after the death of your husband has been fully reported to me, and how you left your father and your mother and the land of your birth, and came to a people that you did not previously know. Rut 2:11 And Boaz answered and said unto her, It hath fully been shewed me, all that thou hast done unto thy mother in law since the death of thine husband: and how thou hast left thy father and thy mother, and the land of thy nativity, and art come unto a people which thou knewest not heretofore. (kjv) Rut 2:11 Boas antwortete und sprach zu ihr: Es ist mir angesagt alles, was du hast getan an deiner Schwiegermutter nach deines Mannes Tod: daß du verlassen hast deinen Vater und deine Mutter und dein Vaterland und bist zu meinem Volk gezogen, das du zuvor nicht kanntest. Rut 2:11 καὶ ἀπεκρίθη Βοος καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῇ ἀπαγγελίᾳ ἀπηγγέλη μοι ὅσα πεποίηκας μετὰ τῆς πενθερᾶς σου μετὰ τὸ ἀποθανεῖν τὸν ἄνδρα σου καὶ πῶς κατέλιπες τὸν πατέρα σου καὶ τὴν μητέρα σου καὶ τὴν γῆν γενέσεώς σου καὶ ἐπορεύθης πρὸς λαὸν ὃν οὐκ ᾔδεις ἐχθὲς καὶ τρίτης ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 2:12 May the Lord reward your work, and your wages be full from the Lord, the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come to seek refuge." Rut 2:12 The LORD recompense thy work, and a full reward be given thee of the LORD God of Israel, under whose wings thou art come to trust. (kjv) Rut 2:12 Der HERR vergelte dir deine Tat, und dein Lohn müsse vollkommen sein bei dem HERRN, dem Gott Israels, zu welchem du gekommen bist, daß du unter seinen Flügeln Zuversicht hättest. Rut 2:12 ἀποτείσαι κύριος τὴν ἐργασίαν σου καὶ γένοιτο ὁ μισθός σου πλήρης παρὰ κυρίου θεοῦ Ισραηλ πρὸς ὃν ἦλθες πεποιθέναι ὑπὸ τὰς πτέρυγας αὐτοῦ ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 2:13 Then she said, "I have found favor in your sight, my lord, for you have comforted me and indeed have spoken kindly to your maidservant, though I am not like one of your maidservants." Rut 2:13 Then she said, Let me find favour in thy sight, my lord; for that thou hast comforted me, and for that thou hast spoken friendly unto thine handmaid, though I be not like unto one of thine handmaidens. (kjv) Rut 2:13 Sie sprach: Laß mich Gnade vor deinen Augen finden, mein Herr; denn du hast mich getröstet und deine Magd freundlich angesprochen, so ich doch nicht bin wie deiner Mägde eine. Rut 2:13 ἡ δὲ εἶπεν εὕροιμι χάριν ἐν ὀφθαλμοῖς σου κύριε ὅτι παρεκάλεσάς με καὶ ὅτι ἐλάλησας ἐπὶ καρδίαν τῆς δούλης σου καὶ ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ἔσομαι ὡς μία τῶν παιδισκῶν σου ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 2:14 At mealtime Boaz said to her, "Come here, that you may eat of the bread and dip your piece of bread in the vinegar." So she sat beside the reapers; and he served her roasted grain, and she ate and was satisfied and had some left. Rut 2:14 And Boaz said unto her, At mealtime come thou hither, and eat of the bread, and dip thy morsel in the vinegar. And she sat beside the reapers: and he reached her parched corn, and she did eat, and was sufficed, and left. (kjv) Rut 2:14 Boas sprach zu ihr, da Essenszeit war: Mache dich hier herzu und iß vom Brot und tauche deinen Bissen in den Essig. Und sie setzte sich zur Seite der Schnitter. Er aber legte ihr geröstete Körner vor, und sie aß und ward satt und ließ übrig. Rut 2:14 καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῇ Βοος ἤδη ὥρᾳ τοῦ φαγεῖν πρόσελθε ὧδε καὶ φάγεσαι τῶν ἄρτων καὶ βάψεις τὸν ψωμόν σου ἐν τῷ ὄξει καὶ ἐκάθισεν Ρουθ ἐκ πλαγίων τῶν θεριζόντων καὶ ἐβούνισεν αὐτῇ Βοος ἄλφιτον καὶ ἔφαγεν καὶ ἐνεπλήσθη καὶ κατέλιπεν ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 2:15 When she rose to glean, Boaz commanded his servants, saying, "Let her glean even among the sheaves, and do not insult her. Rut 2:15 And when she was risen up to glean, Boaz commanded his young men, saying, Let her glean even among the sheaves, and reproach her not: (kjv) Rut 2:15 Und da sie sich aufmachte, zu lesen, gebot Boas seinen Knechten und sprach: Laßt sie auch zwischen den Garben lesen und beschämt sie nicht; Rut 2:15 καὶ ἀνέστη τοῦ συλλέγειν καὶ ἐνετείλατο Βοος τοῖς παιδαρίοις αὐτοῦ λέγων καί γε ἀνὰ μέσον τῶν δραγμάτων συλλεγέτω καὶ μὴ καταισχύνητε αὐτήν ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 2:16 Also you shall purposely pull out for her some grain from the bundles and leave it that she may glean, and do not rebuke her." Rut 2:16 And let fall also some of the handfuls of purpose for her, and leave them, that she may glean them, and rebuke her not. (kjv) Rut 2:16 Auch von den Haufen laßt übrigbleiben und laßt liegen, daß sie es auflese, und niemand schelte sie darum. Then she beat out what she had gleaned, and it was about an ephah of barley. Rut 2:17 So she gleaned in the field until even, and beat out that she had gleaned: and it was about an ephah of barley. Rut 2:17 καὶ συνέλεξεν ἐν τῷ ἀγρῷ ἕως ἑσπέρας καὶ ἐρράβδισεν ἃ συνέλεξεν καὶ ἐγενήθη ὡς οιφι κριθῶν ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 2:18 She took it up and went into the city, and her mother-in-law saw what she had gleaned. She also took it out and gave Naomi what she had left after she was satisfied. Rut 2:18 And she took it up, and went into the city: and her mother in law saw what she had gleaned: and she brought forth, and gave to her that she had reserved after she was sufficed. (kjv) Rut 2:18 Und sie hob's auf und kam in die Stadt; und ihre Schwiegermutter sah es, was sie gelesen hatte. Da zog sie hervor und gab ihr, was übriggeblieben war, davon sie satt war geworden. Rut 2:18 καὶ ἦρεν καὶ εἰσῆλθεν εἰς τὴν πόλιν καὶ εἶδεν ἡ πενθερὰ αὐτῆς ἃ συνέλεξεν καὶ ἐξενέγκασα Ρουθ ἔδωκεν αὐτῇ ἃ κατέλιπεν ἐξ ὧν ἐνεπλήσθη ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 2:19 Her mother-in-law then said to her, "Where did you glean today and where did you work? May he who took notice of you be blessed." So she told her mother-in-law with whom she had worked and said, "The name of the man with whom I worked today is Boaz." Rut 2:19 And her mother in law said unto her, Where hast thou gleaned to day? and where wroughtest thou? blessed be he that did take knowledge of thee. And she shewed her mother in law with whom she had wrought, and said, The man's name with whom I wrought to day is Boaz. (kjv) Rut 2:19 Da sprach ihre Schwiegermutter zu ihr: Wo hast du heute gelesen, und wo hast du gearbeitet? Gesegnet sei, der dich angesehen hat! Sie aber sagte es ihrer Schwiegermutter, bei wem sie gearbeitet hätte, und sprach: Der Mann, bei dem ich heute gearbeitet habe, heißt Boas. Rut 2:19 καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῇ ἡ πενθερὰ αὐτῆς ποῦ συνέλεξας σήμερον καὶ ποῦ ἐποίησας εἴη ὁ ἐπιγνούς σε εὐλογημένος καὶ ἀπήγγειλεν Ρουθ τῇ πενθερᾷ αὐτῆς ποῦ ἐποίησεν καὶ εἶπεν τὸ ὄνομα τοῦ ἀνδρός μεθ᾽ οὗ ἐποίησα σήμερον Βοος ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 2:20 Naomi said to her daughter-in-law, "May he be blessed of the Lord who has not withdrawn his kindness to the living and to the dead." Again Naomi said to her, "The man is our relative, he is one of our closest relatives." Rut 2:20 And Naomi said unto her daughter in law, Blessed be he of the LORD, who hath not left off his kindness to the living and to the dead. And Naomi said unto her, The man is near of kin unto us, one of our next kinsmen. (kjv) Rut 2:20 Naemi aber sprach zu ihrer Schwiegertochter: Gesegnet sei er dem HERRN! denn er hat seine Barmherzigkeit nicht gelassen an den Lebendigen und an den Toten. Und Naemi sprach zu ihr: Der Mann gehört zu uns und ist unser Erbe. Rut 2:20 καὶ εἶπεν Νωεμιν τῇ νύμφῃ αὐτῆς εὐλογητός ἐστιν τῷ κυρίῳ ὅτι οὐκ ἐγκατέλιπεν τὸ ἔλεος αὐτοῦ μετὰ τῶν ζώντων καὶ μετὰ τῶν τεθνηκότων καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῇ Νωεμιν ἐγγίζει ἡμῖν ὁ ἀνὴρ ἐκ τῶν ἀγχιστευόντων ἡμᾶς ἐστιν ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 2:21 Then Rut the Moabitess said, "Furthermore, he said to me, 'You should stay close to my servants until they have finished all my harvest.'" Rut 2:21 And Rut the Moabitess said, He said unto me also, Thou shalt keep fast by my young men, until they have ended all my harvest. (kjv) Rut 2:21 Rut die Moabitin, sprach: Er sprach auch das zu mir: Du sollst dich zu meinen Leuten halten, bis sie mir alles eingeerntet haben. Rut 2:21 καὶ εἶπεν Ρουθ πρὸς τὴν πενθερὰν αὐτῆς καί γε ὅτι εἶπεν πρός με μετὰ τῶν παιδαρίων μου προσκολλήθητι ἕως ἂν τελέσωσιν ὅλον τὸν ἀμητόν ὃς ὑπάρχει μοι ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 2:22 Naomi said to Rut her daughter-in-law, "It is good, my daughter, that you go out with his maids, so that others do not fall upon you in another field." Rut 2:22 And Naomi said unto Rut her daughter in law, It is good, my daughter, that thou go out with his maidens, that they meet thee not in any other field. (kjv) Rut 2:22 Naemi sprach zu Rut ihrer Schwiegertochter: Es ist gut, meine Tochter, daß du mit seinen Dirnen ausgehst, auf daß nicht jemand dir dreinrede auf einem andern Acker. Rut 2:22 καὶ εἶπεν Νωεμιν πρὸς Ρουθ τὴν νύμφην αὐτῆς ἀγαθόν θύγατερ ὅτι ἐπορεύθης μετὰ τῶν κορασίων αὐτοῦ καὶ οὐκ ἀπαντήσονταί σοι ἐν ἀγρῷ ἑτέρῳ ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 2:23 So she stayed close by the maids of Boaz in order to glean until the end of the barley harvest and the wheat harvest. And she lived with her mother-in-law. Rut 2:23 So she kept fast by the maidens of Boaz to glean unto the end of barley harvest and of wheat harvest; and dwelt with her mother in law.(kjv) Rut 2:23 Also hielt sie sich zu den Dirnen des Boas, daß sie las, bis daß die Gerstenernte und Weizenernte aus war; und kam wieder zu ihrer Schwiegermutter. Rut 2:23 καὶ προσεκολλήθη Ρουθ τοῖς κορασίοις Βοος συλλέγειν ἕως οὗ συνετέλεσεν τὸν θερισμὸν τῶν κριθῶν καὶ τῶν πυρῶν καὶ ἐκάθισεν μετὰ τῆς πενθερᾶς αὐτῆς ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 3:1 Then Naomi her mother-in-law said to her, "My daughter, shall I not seek security for you, that it may be well with you? Rut 3:1 Then Naomi her mother in law said unto her, My daughter, shall I not seek rest for thee, that it may be well with thee? (kjv) Rut 3:1 Und Naemi, ihre Schwiegermutter, sprach zu ihr: Meine Tochter, ich will dir Ruhe schaffen, daß dir's wohl gehe. Rut 3:1 εἶπεν δὲ αὐτῇ Νωεμιν ἡ πενθερὰ αὐτῆς θύγατερ οὐ μὴ ζητήσω σοι ἀνάπαυσιν ἵνα εὖ γένηταί σοι ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 3:2 Now is not Boaz our kinsman, with whose maids you were? Behold, he winnows barley at the threshing floor tonight. Rut 3:2 And now is not Boaz of our kindred, with whose maidens thou wast? Behold, he winnoweth barley to night in the threshingfloor. (kjv) Rut 3:2 Nun, der Boas, unser Verwandter, bei des Dirnen du gewesen bist, worfelt diese Nacht Gerste auf seiner Tenne. Rut 3:2 καὶ νῦν οὐχὶ Βοος γνώριμος ἡμῶν οὗ ἦς μετὰ τῶν κορασίων αὐτοῦ ἰδοὺ αὐτὸς λικμᾷ τὸν ἅλωνα τῶν κριθῶν ταύτῃ τῇ νυκτί ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 3:3 Wash yourself therefore, and anoint yourself and put on your best clothes, and go down to the threshing floor; but do not make yourself known to the man until he has finished eating and drinking. Rut 3:3 Wash thyself therefore, and anoint thee, and put thy raiment upon thee, and get thee down to the floor: but make not thyself known unto the man, until he shall have done eating and drinking. (kjv) Rut 3:3 So bade dich und salbe dich und lege dein Kleid an und gehe hinab auf die Tenne; gib dich dem Manne nicht zu erkennen, bis er ganz gegessen und getrunken hat. Rut 3:3 σὺ δὲ λούσῃ καὶ ἀλείψῃ καὶ περιθήσεις τὸν ἱματισμόν σου ἐπὶ σεαυτῇ καὶ ἀναβήσῃ ἐπὶ τὸν ἅλω μὴ γνωρισθῇς τῷ ἀνδρὶ ἕως οὗ συντελέσαι αὐτὸν πιεῖν καὶ φαγεῖν ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 3:4 It shall be when he lies down, that you shall notice the place where he lies, and you shall go and uncover his feet and lie down; then he will tell you what you shall do." Rut 3:4 And it shall be, when he lieth down, that thou shalt mark the place where he shall lie, and thou shalt go in, and uncover his feet, and lay thee down; and he will tell thee what thou shalt do. (kjv) Rut 3:4 Wenn er sich dann legt, so merke den Ort, da er sich hin legt, und komm und decke auf zu seinen Füßen und lege dich, so wird er dir wohl sagen, was du tun sollst. Rut 3:4 καὶ ἔσται ἐν τῷ κοιμηθῆναι αὐτόν καὶ γνώσῃ τὸν τόπον ὅπου κοιμᾶται ἐκεῖ καὶ ἐλεύσῃ καὶ ἀποκαλύψεις τὰ πρὸς ποδῶν αὐτοῦ καὶ κοιμηθήσῃ καὶ αὐτὸς ἀπαγγελεῖ σοι ἃ ποιήσεις ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 3:5 She said to her, "All that you say I will do." Rut 3:5 And she said unto her, All that thou sayest unto me I will do. (kjv) Rut 3:5 Sie sprach zu ihr: Alles, was du mir sagst, will ich tun. Rut 3:6 And she went down unto the floor, and did according to all that her mother in law bade her. (kjv) Rut 3:6 Sie ging hinab zur Tenne und tat alles, wie ihre Schwiegermutter geboten hatte. Rut 3:6 καὶ κατέβη εἰς τὸν ἅλω καὶ ἐποίησεν κατὰ πάντα ὅσα ἐνετείλατο αὐτῇ ἡ πενθερὰ αὐτῆς ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 3:7 When Boaz had eaten and drunk and his heart was merry, he went to lie down at the end of the heap of grain; and she came secretly, and uncovered his feet and lay down. Rut 3:7 And when Boaz had eaten and drunk, and his heart was merry, he went to lie down at the end of the heap of corn: and she came softly, and uncovered his feet, and laid her down. (kjv) Rut 3:7 Und da Boas gegessen und getrunken hatte, ward sein Herz guter Dinge, und er kam und legte sich hinter einen Kornhaufen; und sie kam leise und deckte auf zu seinen Füßen und legte sich. Rut 3:7 καὶ ἔφαγεν Βοος καὶ ἠγαθύνθη ἡ καρδία αὐτοῦ καὶ ἦλθεν κοιμηθῆναι ἐν μερίδι τῆς στοιβῆς ἡ δὲ ἦλθεν κρυφῇ καὶ ἀπεκάλυψεν τὰ πρὸς ποδῶν αὐτοῦ ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 3:8 It happened in the middle of the night that the man was startled and bent forward; and behold, a woman was lying at his feet. Rut 3:8 And it came to pass at midnight, that the man was afraid, and turned himself: and, behold, a woman lay at his feet. (kjv) Rut 3:8 Da es nun Mitternacht ward, erschrak der Mann und beugte sich vor; und siehe, ein Weib lag zu seinen Füßen. Rut 3:8 ἐγένετο δὲ ἐν τῷ μεσονυκτίῳ καὶ ἐξέστη ὁ ἀνὴρ καὶ ἐταράχθη καὶ ἰδοὺ γυνὴ κοιμᾶται πρὸς ποδῶν αὐτοῦ ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 3:9 He said, "Who are you?" And she answered, "I am Rut your maid. So spread your covering over your maid, for you are a close relative." Rut 3:9 And he said, Who art thou? And she answered, I am Rut thine handmaid: spread therefore thy skirt over thine handmaid; for thou art a near kinsman. (kjv) Rut 3:9 Und er sprach: Wer bist du? Sie antwortete: Ich bin Rut deine Magd. Breite deine Decke über deine Magd; denn du bist der Erbe. Rut 3:9 εἶπεν δέ τίς εἶ σύ ἡ δὲ εἶπεν ἐγώ εἰμι Ρουθ ἡ δούλη σου καὶ περιβαλεῖς τὸ πτερύγιόν σου ἐπὶ τὴν δούλην σου ὅτι ἀγχιστεὺς εἶ σύ ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 3:10 Then he said, "May you be blessed of the Lord, my daughter. You have shown your last kindness to be better than the first by not going after young men, whether poor or rich. Rut 3:10 And he said, Blessed be thou of the LORD, my daughter: for thou hast shewed more kindness in the latter end than at the beginning, inasmuch as thou followedst not young men, whether poor or rich. (kjv) Rut 3:10 Er aber sprach: Gesegnet seist du dem HERRN, meine Tochter! Du hast deine Liebe hernach besser gezeigt den zuvor, daß du bist nicht den Jünglingen nachgegangen, weder reich noch arm. Rut 3:10 καὶ εἶπεν Βοος εὐλογημένη σὺ τῷ κυρίῳ θεῷ θύγατερ ὅτι ἠγάθυνας τὸ ἔλεός σου τὸ ἔσχατον ὑπὲρ τὸ πρῶτον τὸ μὴ πορευθῆναί σε ὀπίσω νεανιῶν εἴτοι πτωχὸς εἴτοι πλούσιος ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 3:11 Now, my daughter, do not fear. I will do for you whatever you ask, for all my people in the city know that you are a woman of excellence. Rut 3:11 And now, my daughter, fear not; I will do to thee all that thou requirest: for all the city of my people doth know that thou art a virtuous woman. (kjv) Rut 3:11 Nun, meine Tochter, fürchte dich nicht. Alles was du sagst, will ich dir tun; denn die ganze Stadt meines Volkes weiß, daß du ein tugendsam Weib bist. Rut 3:11 καὶ νῦν θύγατερ μὴ φοβοῦ πάντα ὅσα ἐὰν εἴπῃς ποιήσω σοι οἶδεν γὰρ πᾶσα φυλὴ λαοῦ μου ὅτι γυνὴ δυνάμεως εἶ σύ ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 3:12 Now it is true I am a close relative; however, there is a relative closer than I. Rut 3:12 And now it is true that I am thy near kinsman: howbeit there is a kinsman nearer than I. (kjv) Rut 3:12 Nun, es ist wahr, daß ich der Erbe bin; aber es ist einer näher denn ich. Rut 3:12 καὶ ὅτι ἀληθῶς ἀγχιστεὺς ἐγώ εἰμι καί γε ἔστιν ἀγχιστεὺς ἐγγίων ὑπὲρ ἐμέ ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 3:13 Remain this night, and when morning comes, if he will redeem you, good; let him redeem you. But if he does not wish to redeem you, then I will redeem you, as the Lord lives. Lie down until morning." Rut 3:13 Tarry this night, and it shall be in the morning, that if he will perform unto thee the part of a kinsman, well; let him do the kinsman's part: but if he will not do the part of a kinsman to thee, then will I do the part of a kinsman to thee, as the LORD liveth: lie down until the morning. (kjv) Rut 3:13 Bleibe über Nacht. Morgen, so er dich nimmt, wohl; gelüstet's ihn aber nicht, dich zu nehmen, so will ich dich nehmen, so wahr der HERR lebt. Schlaf bis zum Morgen. Rut 3:13 αὐλίσθητι τὴν νύκτα καὶ ἔσται τὸ πρωί ἐὰν ἀγχιστεύσῃ σε ἀγαθόν ἀγχιστευέτω ἐὰν δὲ μὴ βούληται ἀγχιστεῦσαί σε ἀγχιστεύσω σε ἐγώ ζῇ κύριος κοιμήθητι ἕως πρωί ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 3:14 So she lay at his feet until morning and rose before one could recognize another; and he said, "Let it not be known that the woman came to the threshing floor." Rut 3:14 And she lay at his feet until the morning: and she rose up before one could know another. And he said, Let it not be known that a woman came into the floor. (kjv) Rut 3:14 Und sie schlief bis zum Morgen zu seinen Füßen. Und sie stand auf, ehe denn einer den andern erkennen konnte; und er gedachte, daß nur niemand innewerde, daß das Weib in die Tenne gekommen sei. Rut 3:14 καὶ ἐκοιμήθη πρὸς ποδῶν αὐτοῦ ἕως πρωί ἡ δὲ ἀνέστη πρὸ τοῦ ἐπιγνῶναι ἄνδρα τὸν πλησίον αὐτοῦ καὶ εἶπεν Βοος μὴ γνωσθήτω ὅτι ἦλθεν γυνὴ εἰς τὸν ἅλωνα ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 3:15 Again he said, "Give me the cloak that is on you and hold it." So she held it, and he measured six measures of barley and laid it on her. Then she went into the city. Rut 3:15 Also he said, Bring the vail that thou hast upon thee, and hold it. Und sie hielt ihn. Und er maß sechs Maß Gerste und legte es auf sie. Und er kam in die Stadt. Rut 3:15 καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῇ φέρε τὸ περίζωμα τὸ ἐπάνω σου καὶ ἐκράτησεν αὐτό καὶ ἐμέτρησεν ἓξ κριθῶν καὶ ἐπέθηκεν ἐπ᾽ αὐτήν καὶ εἰσῆλθεν εἰς τὴν πόλιν ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 3:16 When she came to her mother-in-law, she said, "How did it go, my daughter?" And she told her all that the man had done for her. Rut 3:16 And when she came to her mother in law, she said, Who art thou, my daughter? And she told her all that the man had done to her. Rut 3:17 And she said, These six measures of barley gave he me; for he said to me, Go not empty unto thy mother in law. (kjv) Rut 3:17 und sprach: Diese sechs Maß Gerste gab er mir; denn er sprach: Du sollst nicht leer zu deiner Schwiegermutter kommen. Rut 3:17 καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῇ τὰ ἓξ τῶν κριθῶν ταῦτα ἔδωκέν μοι ὅτι εἶπεν πρός με μὴ εἰσέλθῃς κενὴ πρὸς τὴν πενθεράν σου ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 3:18 Then she said, "Wait, my daughter, until you know how the matter turns out; for the man will not rest until he has settled it today." Rut 3:18 Then said she, Sit still, my daughter, until thou know how the matter will fall: for the man will not be in rest, until he have finished the thing this day.(kjv) Rut 3:18 Sie aber sprach: Sei still, meine Tochter, bis du erfährst, wo es hinaus will; denn der Mann wird nicht ruhen, er bringe es denn heute zu Ende. And he turned aside and sat down. Rut 4:1 Then went Boaz up to the gate, and sat him down there: and, behold, the kinsman of whom Boaz spake came by; unto whom he said, Ho, such a one! turn aside, sit down here. And he turned aside, and sat down. (kjv) Rut 4:1 Boas ging hinauf ins Tor und setzte sich daselbst. Und siehe, da der Erbe vorüberging, von welchem er geredet hatte, sprach Boas: Komm und setze dich hierher! Und er kam und setzte sich. Rut 4:1 καὶ Βοος ἀνέβη ἐπὶ τὴν πύλην καὶ ἐκάθισεν ἐκεῖ καὶ ἰδοὺ ὁ ἀγχιστευτὴς παρεπορεύετο ὃν εἶπεν Βοος καὶ εἶπεν πρὸς αὐτὸν Βοος ἐκκλίνας κάθισον ὧδε κρύφιε καὶ ἐξέκλινεν καὶ ἐκάθισεν ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 4:2 He took ten men of the elders of the city and said, "Sit down here." So they sat down. Rut 4:2 And he took ten men of the elders of the city, and said, Sit ye down here. And they sat down. (kjv) Rut 4:2 Und er nahm zehn Männer von den Ältesten der Stadt und sprach: Setzt euch her! Und sie setzten sich. Rut 4:2 καὶ ἔλαβεν Βοος δέκα ἄνδρας ἀπὸ τῶν πρεσβυτέρων τῆς πόλεως καὶ εἶπεν καθίσατε ὧδε καὶ ἐκάθισαν ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 4:3 Then he said to the closest relative, "Naomi, who has come back from the land of Moab, has to sell the piece of land which belonged to our brother Elimelech. Rut 4:3 And he said unto the kinsman, Naomi, that is come again out of the country of Moab, selleth a parcel of land, which was our brother Elimelech's: (kjv) Rut 4:3 Da sprach er zu dem Erben: Naemi, die vom Lande der Moabiter wiedergekommen ist, bietet feil das Stück Feld, das unsers Bruders war, Elimelechs. Rut 4:3 καὶ εἶπεν Βοος τῷ ἀγχιστεῖ τὴν μερίδα τοῦ ἀγροῦ ἥ ἐστιν τοῦ ἀδελφοῦ ἡμῶν τοῦ Αβιμελεχ ἣ δέδοται Νωεμιν τῇ ἐπιστρεφούσῃ ἐξ ἀγροῦ Μωαβ ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 4:4 So I thought to inform you, saying, 'Buy it before those who are sitting here, and before the elders of my people. If you will redeem it, redeem it; but if not, tell me that I may know; for there is no one but you to redeem it, and I am after you.'" And he said, "I will redeem it." Rut 4:4 And I thought to advertise thee, saying, Buy it before the inhabitants, and before the elders of my people. If thou wilt redeem it, redeem it: but if thou wilt not redeem it, then tell me, that I may know: for there is none to redeem it beside thee; and I am after thee. And he said, I will redeem it. (kjv) Rut 4:4 Darum gedachte ich's vor deine Ohren zu bringen und zu sagen: Willst du es beerben, so kaufe es vor den Bürgern und vor den Ältesten meines Volkes; willst du es aber nicht beerben, so sage mir's, daß ich's wisse. Denn es ist kein Erbe außer dir und ich nach dir. Er sprach: Ich will's beerben. Rut 4:4 κἀγὼ εἶπα ἀποκαλύψω τὸ οὖς σου λέγων κτῆσαι ἐναντίον τῶν καθημένων καὶ ἐναντίον τῶν πρεσβυτέρων τοῦ λαοῦ μου εἰ ἀγχιστεύεις ἀγχίστευε εἰ δὲ μὴ ἀγχιστεύεις ἀνάγγειλόν μοι καὶ γνώσομαι ὅτι οὐκ ἔστιν πάρεξ σοῦ τοῦ ἀγχιστεῦσαι κἀγώ εἰμι μετὰ σέ ὁ δὲ εἶπεν ἐγώ εἰμι ἀγχιστεύσω ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 4:5 Then Boaz said, "On the day you buy the field from the hand of Naomi, you must also acquire Rut the Moabitess, the widow of the deceased, in order to raise up the name of the deceased on his inheritance." Rut 4:5 Then said Boaz, What day thou buyest the field of the hand of Naomi, thou must buy it also of Rut the Moabitess, the wife of the dead, to raise up the name of the dead upon his inheritance. (kjv) Rut 4:5 Boas sprach: Welches Tages du das Feld kaufst von der Hand Naemis, so mußt du auch Rut die Moabitin, des Verstorbenen Weib, nehmen, daß du dem Verstorbenen einen Namen erweckst auf seinem Erbteil. Rut 4:5 καὶ εἶπεν Βοος ἐν ἡμέρᾳ τοῦ κτήσασθαί σε τὸν ἀγρὸν ἐκ χειρὸς Νωεμιν καὶ παρὰ Ρουθ τῆς Μωαβίτιδος γυναικὸς τοῦ τεθνηκότος καὶ αὐτὴν κτήσασθαί σε δεῖ ὥστε ἀναστῆσαι τὸ ὄνομα τοῦ τεθνηκότος ἐπὶ τῆς κληρονομίας αὐτοῦ ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 4:6 The closest relative said, "I cannot redeem it for myself, because I would jeopardize my own inheritance. Redeem it for yourself; you may have my right of redemption, for I cannot redeem it." Rut 4:6 And the kinsman said, I cannot redeem it for myself, lest I mar mine own inheritance: redeem thou my right to thyself; for I cannot redeem it. (kjv) Rut 4:6 Da sprach er: Ich vermag es nicht zu beerben, daß ich nicht vielleicht mein Erbteil verderbe. Beerbe du, was ich beerben soll; denn ich vermag es nicht zu beerben. Rut 4:6 καὶ εἶπεν ὁ ἀγχιστεύς οὐ δυνήσομαι ἀγχιστεῦσαι ἐμαυτῷ μήποτε διαφθείρω τὴν κληρονομίαν μου ἀγχίστευσον σεαυτῷ τὴν ἀγχιστείαν μου ὅτι οὐ δυνήσομαι ἀγχιστεῦσαι ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 4:7 Now this was the custom in former times in Israel concerning the redemption and the exchange of land to confirm any matter: a man removed his sandal and gave it to another; and this was the manner of attestation in Israel. Rut 4:7 Now this was the manner in former time in Israel concerning redeeming and concerning changing, for to confirm all things; a man plucked off his shoe, and gave it to his neighbour: and this was a testimony in Israel. (kjv) Rut 4:7 Und es war von alters her eine solche Gewohnheit in Israel: wenn einer ein Gut nicht beerben noch erkaufen wollte, auf daß eine Sache bestätigt würde, so zog er seinen Schuh aus und gab ihn dem andern; das war das Zeugnis in Israel. Rut 4:7 καὶ τοῦτο τὸ δικαίωμα ἔμπροσθεν ἐν τῷ Ισραηλ ἐπὶ τὴν ἀγχιστείαν καὶ ἐπὶ τὸ ἀντάλλαγμα τοῦ στῆσαι πᾶν λόγον καὶ ὑπελύετο ὁ ἀνὴρ τὸ ὑπόδημα αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐδίδου τῷ πλησίον αὐτοῦ τῷ ἀγχιστεύοντι τὴν ἀγχιστείαν αὐτοῦ καὶ τοῦτο ἦν μαρτύριον ἐν Ισραηλ ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 4:8 So the closest relative said to Boaz, "Buy it for yourself." And he removed his sandal. Rut 4:8 Therefore the kinsman said unto Boaz, Buy it for thee. So he drew off his shoe. (kjv) Rut 4:8 Und der Erbe sprach zu Boas: Kaufe du es! und zog seinen Schuh aus. Rut 4:8 καὶ εἶπεν ὁ ἀγχιστεὺς τῷ Βοος κτῆσαι σεαυτῷ τὴν ἀγχιστείαν μου καὶ ὑπελύσατο τὸ ὑπόδημα αὐτοῦ καὶ ἔδωκεν αὐτῷ ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 4:9 Then Boaz said to the elders and all the people, "You are witnesses today that I have bought from the hand of Naomi all that belonged to Elimelech and all that belonged to Chilion and Mahlon. Rut 4:9 And Boaz said unto the elders, and unto all the people, Ye are witnesses this day, that I have bought all that was Elimelech's, and all that was Chilion's and Mahlon's, of the hand of Naomi. (kjv) Rut 4:9 Und Boas sprach zu den Ältesten und zu allem Volk: Ihr seid heute Zeugen, daß ich alles gekauft habe, was dem Elimelech, und alles, was Chiljon und Mahlon gehört hat, von der Hand Naemis; Rut 4:9 καὶ εἶπεν Βοος τοῖς πρεσβυτέροις καὶ παντὶ τῷ λαῷ μάρτυρες ὑμεῖς σήμερον ὅτι κέκτημαι πάντα τὰ τοῦ Αβιμελεχ καὶ πάντα ὅσα ὑπάρχει τῷ Χελαιων καὶ τῷ Μααλων ἐκ χειρὸς Νωεμιν ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 4:10 Moreover, I have acquired Rut the Moabitess, the widow of Mahlon, to be my wife in order to raise up the name of the deceased on his inheritance, so that the name of the deceased will not be cut off from his brothers or from the court of his birth place; you are witnesses today." Rut 4:10 Moreover Rut the Moabitess, the wife of Mahlon, have I purchased to be my wife, to raise up the name of the dead upon his inheritance, that the name of the dead be not cut off from among his brethren, and from the gate of his place: ye are witnesses this day. (kjv) Rut 4:10 dazu auch Rut die Moabitin, Mahlons Weib, habe ich mir erworben zum Weibe, daß ich dem Verstorbenen einen Namen erwecke auf sein Erbteil und sein Name nicht ausgerottet werde unter seinen Brüdern und aus dem Tor seines Orts; Zeugen seid ihr des heute. Rut 4:10 καί γε Ρουθ τὴν Μωαβῖτιν τὴν γυναῖκα Μααλων κέκτημαι ἐμαυτῷ εἰς γυναῖκα τοῦ ἀναστῆσαι τὸ ὄνομα τοῦ τεθνηκότος ἐπὶ τῆς κληρονομίας αὐτοῦ καὶ οὐκ ἐξολεθρευθήσεται τὸ ὄνομα τοῦ τεθνηκότος ἐκ τῶν ἀδελφῶν αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐκ τῆς φυλῆς λαοῦ αὐτοῦ μάρτυρες ὑμεῖς σήμερον ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 4:11 All the people who were in the court, and the elders, said, "We are witnesses. May the Lord make the woman who is coming into your home like Rachel and Leah, both of whom built the house of Israel; and may you achieve wealth in Ephrathah and become famous in Bethlehem. Rut 4:11 And all the people that were in the gate, and the elders, said, We are witnesses. The LORD make the woman that is come into thine house like Rachel and like Leah, which two did build the house of Israel: and do thou worthily in Ephratah, and be famous in Bethlehem: (kjv) Rut 4:11 Und alles Volk, das im Tor war, samt den Ältesten sprachen: Wir sind Zeugen. Der HERR mache das Weib, das in dein Haus kommt, wie Rahel und Leah, die beide das Haus Israels gebaut haben; und wachse sehr in Ephratha und werde gepriesen zu Bethlehem. Rut 4:11 καὶ εἴποσαν πᾶς ὁ λαὸς οἱ ἐν τῇ πύλῃ μάρτυρες καὶ οἱ πρεσβύτεροι εἴποσαν δῴη κύριος τὴν γυναῖκά σου τὴν εἰσπορευομένην εἰς τὸν οἶκόν σου ὡς Ραχηλ καὶ ὡς Λειαν αἳ ᾠκοδόμησαν ἀμφότεραι τὸν οἶκον Ισραηλ καὶ ἐποίησαν δύναμιν ἐν Εφραθα καὶ ἔσται ὄνομα ἐν Βαιθλεεμ ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 4:12 Moreover, may your house be like the house of Perez whom Tamar bore to Judah, through the offspring which the Lord will give you by this young woman." Rut 4:12 And let thy house be like the house of Pharez, whom Tamar bare unto Judah, of the seed which the LORD shall give thee of this young woman. (kjv) Rut 4:12 Und dein Haus werde wie das Haus des Perez, den Thamar dem Juda gebar, von dem Samen, den dir der HERR geben wird von dieser Dirne. Rut 4:12 καὶ γένοιτο ὁ οἶκός σου ὡς ὁ οἶκος Φαρες ὃν ἔτεκεν Θαμαρ τῷ Ιουδα ἐκ τοῦ σπέρματος οὗ δώσει κύριός σοι ἐκ τῆς παιδίσκης ταύτης ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 4:13 So Boaz took Rut and she became his wife, and he went in to her. And the Lord enabled her to conceive, and she gave birth to a son. Rut 4:13 So Boaz took Rut and she was his wife: and when he went in unto her, the LORD gave her conception, and she bare a son. (kjv) Rut 4:13 Also nahm Boas die Rut daß sie sein Weib ward. Und da er zu ihr einging, gab ihr der HERR, daß sie schwanger ward und gebar einen Sohn. Rut 4:13 καὶ ἔλαβεν Βοος τὴν Ρουθ καὶ ἐγενήθη αὐτῷ εἰς γυναῖκα καὶ εἰσῆλθεν πρὸς αὐτήν καὶ ἔδωκεν αὐτῇ κύριος κύησιν καὶ ἔτεκεν υἱόν ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 4:14 Then the women said to Naomi, "Blessed is the Lord who has not left you without a redeemer today, and may his name become famous in Israel. Rut 4:14 And the women said unto Naomi, Blessed be the LORD, which hath not left thee this day without a kinsman, that his name may be famous in Israel. (kjv) Rut 4:14 Da sprachen die Weiber zu Naemi: Gelobt sei der HERR, der dir nicht hat lassen abgehen einen Erben zu dieser Zeit, daß sein Name in Israel bliebe. Rut 4:14 καὶ εἶπαν αἱ γυναῖκες πρὸς Νωεμιν εὐλογητὸς κύριος ὃς οὐ κατέλυσέ σοι σήμερον τὸν ἀγχιστέα καὶ καλέσαι τὸ ὄνομά σου ἐν Ισραηλ ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 4:15 May he also be to you a restorer of life and a sustainer of your old age; for your daughter-in-law, who loves you and is better to you than seven sons, has given birth to him." Rut 4:15 And he shall be unto thee a restorer of thy life, and a nourisher of thine old age: for thy daughter in law, which loveth thee, which is better to thee than seven sons, hath born him. (kjv) Rut 4:15 Der wir dich erquicken und dein Alter versorgen. Denn deine Schwiegertochter, die dich geliebt hat, hat ihn geboren, welche dir besser ist als sieben Söhne. Rut 4:15 καὶ ἔσται σοι εἰς ἐπιστρέφοντα ψυχὴν καὶ τοῦ διαθρέψαι τὴν πολιάν σου ὅτι ἡ νύμφη σου ἡ ἀγαπήσασά σε ἔτεκεν αὐτόν ἥ ἐστιν ἀγαθή σοι ὑπὲρ ἑπτὰ υἱούς ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 4:16 Then Naomi took the child and laid him in her lap, and became his nurse. Rut 4:16 And Naomi took the child, and laid it in her bosom, and became nurse unto it. (kjv) Rut 4:16 Und Naemi nahm das Kind und legte es auf ihren Schoß und ward seine Wärterin. Rut 4:16 καὶ ἔλαβεν Νωεμιν τὸ παιδίον καὶ ἔθηκεν εἰς τὸν κόλπον αὐτῆς καὶ ἐγενήθη αὐτῷ εἰς τιθηνόν ------------------------------------------------------ Rut 4:17 The neighbor women gave him a name, saying, "A son has been born to Naomi!" So they named him Obed. He is the father of Jesse, the father of David. Rut 4:17 And the women her neighbours gave it a name, saying, There is a son born to Naomi; and they called his name Obed: he is the father of Jesse, the father of David. (kjv) Rut 4:17 Und ihre Nachbarinnen gaben ihm einen Namen und sprachen: Naemi ist ein Kind geboren; und hießen ihn Obed. Der ist der Vater Isais, welcher ist Davids Vater.
