Hos 1:2 The beginning of the word of the LORD by Hosea. And the LORD said to Hosea, Go, take unto thee a wife of whoredoms and children of whoredoms: for the land hath committed great whoredom, departing from the LORD. (kjv) Hos 1:2 Da der HERR anfing zu reden durch Hos a, sprach er zu ihm: Gehe hin und nimm ein Hurenweib und Hurenkinder; denn das Land läuft vom HERRN der Hurerei nach. Hos 1:3 καὶ ἐπορεύθη καὶ ἔλαβεν τὴν Γομερ θυγατέρα Δεβηλαιμ καὶ συνέλαβεν καὶ ἔτεκεν αὐτῷ υἱόν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 1:4 And the Lord said to him, "Name him Jezreel; for yet a little while, and I will punish the house of Jehu for the bloodshed of Jezreel, and I will put an end to the kingdom of the house of Israel. Hos 1:4 And the LORD said unto him, Call his name Jezreel; for yet a little while, and I will avenge the blood of Jezreel upon the house of Jehu, and will cause to cease the kingdom of the house of Israel. (kjv) Hos 1:4 Und der HERR sprach zu ihm: Heiße ihn Jesreel; denn es ist noch um eine kleine Zeit, so will ich die Blutschulden in Jesreel heimsuchen über das Haus Jehu und will mit dem Königreich des Hauses Israel ein Ende machen. Hos 1:4 καὶ εἶπεν κύριος πρὸς αὐτόν κάλεσον τὸ ὄνομα αὐτοῦ Ιεζραελ διότι ἔτι μικρὸν καὶ ἐκδικήσω τὸ αἷμα τοῦ Ιεζραελ ἐπὶ τὸν οἶκον Ιου καὶ καταπαύσω βασιλείαν οἴκου Ισραηλ ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 1:5 On that day I will break the bow of Israel in the valley of Jezreel." Hos 1:5 καὶ ἔσται ἐν τῇ ἡμέρᾳ ἐκείνῃ συντρίψω τὸ τόξον τοῦ Ισραηλ ἐν τῇ κοιλάδι τοῦ Ιεζραελ ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 1:6 Then she conceived again and gave birth to a daughter. And the Lord said to him, "Name her Lo-ruhamah, for I will no longer have compassion on the house of Israel, that I would ever forgive them. Hos 1:6 And she conceived again, and bare a daughter. And God said unto him, Call her name Loruhamah: for I will no more have mercy upon the house of Israel; but I will utterly take them away. (kjv) Hos 1:6 Und sie ward abermals schwanger und gebar eine Tochter. Und er sprach zu ihm: Heiße sie Lo-Ruhama; denn ich will mich nicht mehr über das Haus Israel erbarmen, daß ich ihnen vergäbe. Hos 1:6 καὶ συνέλαβεν ἔτι καὶ ἔτεκεν θυγατέρα καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῷ κάλεσον τὸ ὄνομα αὐτῆς Οὐκ-ἠλεημένη διότι οὐ μὴ προσθήσω ἔτι ἐλεῆσαι τὸν οἶκον τοῦ Ισραηλ ἀλλ᾽ ἢ ἀντιτασσόμενος ἀντιτάξομαι αὐτοῖς ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 1:7 But I will have compassion on the house of Judah and deliver them by the Lord their God, and will not deliver them by bow, sword, battle, horses or horsemen." Hos 1:7 But I will have mercy upon the house of Judah, and will save them by the LORD their God, and will not save them by bow, nor by sword, nor by battle, by horses, nor by horsemen. (kjv) Hos 1:7 Doch will ich mich erbarmen über das Haus Juda und will ihnen helfen durch den HERRN, ihren Gott; ich will ihnen aber nicht helfen durch Bogen, Schwert, Streit, Rosse oder Reiter. Hos 1:7 τοὺς δὲ υἱοὺς Ιουδα ἐλεήσω καὶ σώσω αὐτοὺς ἐν κυρίῳ θεῷ αὐτῶν καὶ οὐ σώσω αὐτοὺς ἐν τόξῳ οὐδὲ ἐν ῥομφαίᾳ οὐδὲ ἐν πολέμῳ οὐδὲ ἐν ἅρμασιν οὐδὲ ἐν ἵπποις οὐδὲ ἐν ἱππεῦσιν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 1:8 When she had weaned Lo-ruhamah, she conceived and gave birth to a son. Hos 1:8 καὶ ἀπεγαλάκτισεν τὴν Οὐκ-ἠλεημένην καὶ συνέλαβεν ἔτι καὶ ἔτεκεν υἱόν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 1:9 And the Lord said, "Name him Lo-ammi, for you are not My people and I am not your God." Hos 1:9 Then said God, Call his name Loammi: for ye are not my people, and I will not be your God. (kjv) Hos 1:9 Und er sprach: Heiße ihn Lo-Ammi; denn ihr seid nicht mein Volk, so will ich auch nicht der Eure sein. Hos 1:9 καὶ εἶπεν κάλεσον τὸ ὄνομα αὐτοῦ Οὐ-λαόσ-μου διότι ὑμεῖς οὐ λαός μου καὶ ἐγὼ οὔκ εἰμι ὑμῶν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 1:10 Yet the number of the sons of Israel Will be like the sand of the sea, Which cannot be measured or numbered; And in the place Where it is said to them, "You are not My people," It will be said to them, "You are the sons of the living God." Hos 1:10 Yet the number of the children of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured nor numbered; and it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people, there it shall be said unto them, Ye are the sons of the living God. (kjv) Hos 1:10 Es wird aber die Zahl der Kinder in Israel sein wie der Sand am Meer, den man weder messen noch zählen kann. Und es soll geschehen an dem Ort, da man zu ihnen gesagt hat: "Ihr seid nicht mein Volk", wird man zu ihnen sagen: "O ihr Kinder des lebendigen Gottes!" Hos 1:10 καὶ ἦν ὁ ἀριθμὸς τῶν υἱῶν Ισραηλ ὡς ἡ ἄμμος τῆς θαλάσσης ἣ οὐκ ἐκμετρηθήσεται οὐδὲ ἐξαριθμηθήσεται καὶ ἔσται ἐν τῷ τόπῳ οὗ ἐρρέθη αὐτοῖς οὐ λαός μου ὑμεῖς ἐκεῖ κληθήσονται υἱοὶ θεοῦ ζῶντος ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 1:11 And the sons of Judah and the sons of Israel will be gathered together, And they will appoint for themselves one leader, And they will go up from the land, For great will be the day of Jezreel. Hos 1:11 Then shall the children of Judah and the children of Israel be gathered together, and appoint themselves one head, and they shall come up out of the land: for great shall be the day of Jezreel.(kjv) Hos 1:11 Denn es werden die Kinder Juda und die Kinder Israel zuhauf kommen und werden sich miteinander an ein Haupt halten und aus dem Lande heraufziehen; denn der Tag Jesreels wird ein großer Tag sein. Hos 1:11 καὶ συναχθήσονται οἱ υἱοὶ Ιουδα καὶ οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ ἐπὶ τὸ αὐτὸ καὶ θήσονται ἑαυτοῖς ἀρχὴν μίαν καὶ ἀναβήσονται ἐκ τῆς γῆς ὅτι μεγάλη ἡ ἡμέρα τοῦ Ιεζραελ ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 2:1 Say to your brothers," Ammi," and to your sisters," Ruhamah." Hos 2:1 Say ye unto your brethren, Ammi; and to your sisters, Ruhamah. (kjv) Hos 2:1 Sagt euren Brüdern, sie seien mein Volk, und zu eurer Schwester, sie sei in Gnaden. Hos 2:1 εἴπατε τῷ ἀδελφῷ ὑμῶν Λαόσ-μου καὶ τῇ ἀδελφῇ ὑμῶν Ἠλεημένη ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 2:2 "Contend with your mother, contend, For she is not my wife, and I am not her husband; And let her put away her harlotry from her face And her adultery from between her breasts, Hos 2:2 Plead with your mother, plead: for she is not my wife, neither am I her husband: let her therefore put away her whoredoms out of her sight, and her adulteries from between her breasts; (kjv) Hos 2:2 Sprecht das Urteil über eure Mutter-sie sei nicht mein Weib, und ich will sie nicht haben! -,heißt sie ihre Hurerei von ihrem Angesichte wegtun und ihre Ehebrecherei von ihren Brüsten, Hos 2:2 κρίθητε πρὸς τὴν μητέρα ὑμῶν κρίθητε ὅτι αὐτὴ οὐ γυνή μου καὶ ἐγὼ οὐκ ἀνὴρ αὐτῆς καὶ ἐξαρῶ τὴν πορνείαν αὐτῆς ἐκ προσώπου μου καὶ τὴν μοιχείαν αὐτῆς ἐκ μέσου μαστῶν αὐτῆς ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 2:3 Or I will strip her naked And expose her as on the day when she was born. I will also make her like a wilderness, Make her like desert land And slay her with thirst. Hos 2:3 Lest I strip her naked, and set her as in the day that she was born, and make her as a wilderness, and set her like a dry land, and slay her with thirst. (kjv) Hos 2:3 auf daß ich sie nicht nackt ausziehe und darstelle, wie sie war, da sie geboren ward, und ich sie nicht mache wie ein dürres Land, daß ich sie nicht Durstes sterben lasse Hos 2:3 ὅπως ἂν ἐκδύσω αὐτὴν γυμνὴν καὶ ἀποκαταστήσω αὐτὴν καθὼς ἡμέρᾳ γενέσεως αὐτῆς καὶ θήσομαι αὐτὴν ὡς ἔρημον καὶ τάξω αὐτὴν ὡς γῆν ἄνυδρον καὶ ἀποκτενῶ αὐτὴν ἐν δίψει ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 2:4 "Also, I will have no compassion on her children, Because they are children of harlotry. For she said, 'I will go after my lovers, Who give me my bread and my water, My wool and my flax, my oil and my drink.' Hos 2:5 For their mother hath played the harlot: she that conceived them hath done shamefully: for she said, I will go after my lovers, that give me my bread and my water, my wool and my flax, mine oil and my drink. (kjv) Hos 2:5 denn ihre Mutter ist eine Hure, und die sie getragen hat, hält sich schändlich und spricht: Ich will meinen Buhlen nachlaufen, die mir geben Brot, Wasser, Wolle, Flachs, Öl und Trinken. Hos 2:6 ὅτι ἐξεπόρνευσεν ἡ μήτηρ αὐτῶν κατῄσχυνεν ἡ τεκοῦσα αὐτά εἶπεν γάρ ἀκολουθήσω ὀπίσω τῶν ἐραστῶν μου τῶν διδόντων μοι τοὺς ἄρτους μου καὶ τὸ ὕδωρ μου καὶ τὰ ἱμάτιά μου καὶ τὰ ὀθόνιά μου καὶ τὸ ἔλαιόν μου καὶ πάντα ὅσα μοι καθήκει ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 2:6 "Therefore, behold, I will hedge up her way with thorns, And I will build a wall against her so that she cannot find her paths. (kjv) Hos 2:6 Darum siehe, ich will deinen Weg mit Dornen vermachen und eine Wand davorziehen, daß sie ihren Steig nicht finden soll; Hos 2:6 διὰ τοῦτο ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ φράσσω τὴν ὁδὸν αὐτῆς ἐν σκόλοψιν καὶ ἀνοικοδομήσω τὰς ὁδοὺς αὐτῆς καὶ τὴν τρίβον αὐτῆς οὐ μὴ εὕρῃ ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 2:7 "She will pursue her lovers, but she will not overtake them; And she will seek them, but will not find them. Then she will say, 'I will go back to my first husband, For it was better for me then than now!' Hos 2:7 And she shall follow after her lovers, but she shall not overtake them; and she shall seek them, but shall not find them: then shall she say, I will go and return to my first husband; for then was it better with me than now. (kjv) Hos 2:7 und wenn sie ihren Buhlen nachläuft, daß sie dich nicht ergreifen, und wenn sie dich sucht, sie nicht finden könne und sagen müsse: Ich will wiederum zu meinem vorigen Mann gehen, da mir besser war, denn mir jetzt ist. Hos 2:7 καὶ καταδιώξεται τοὺς ἐραστὰς αὐτῆς καὶ οὐ μὴ καταλάβῃ αὐτούς καὶ ζητήσει αὐτοὺς καὶ οὐ μὴ εὕρῃ αὐτούς καὶ ἐρεῖ πορεύσομαι καὶ ἐπιστρέψω πρὸς τὸν ἄνδρα μου τὸν πρότερον ὅτι καλῶς μοι ἦν τότε ἢ νῦν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 2:8 "For she does not know that it was I who gave her the grain, the new wine and the oil, And lavished on her silver and gold, Which they used for Baal. Hos 2:8 For she did not know that I gave her corn, and wine, and oil, and multiplied her silver and gold, which they prepared for Baal. (kjv) Hos 2:8 Denn sie will nicht wissen, daß ich es sei, der ihr gibt Korn, Most und Öl und ihr viel Silber und Gold gegeben hat, das sie haben Baal zu Ehren gebraucht. Hos 2:8 καὶ αὐτὴ οὐκ ἔγνω ὅτι ἐγὼ δέδωκα αὐτῇ τὸν σῖτον καὶ τὸν οἶνον καὶ τὸ ἔλαιον καὶ ἀργύριον ἐπλήθυνα αὐτῇ αὐτὴ δὲ ἀργυρᾶ καὶ χρυσᾶ ἐποίησεν τῇ Βααλ ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 2:9 "Therefore, I will take back My grain at harvest time And My new wine in its season. I will also take away My wool and My flax Given to cover her nakedness. Hos 2:9 Therefore will I return, and take away my corn in the time thereof, and my wine in the season thereof, and will recover my wool and my flax given to cover her nakedness. (kjv) Hos 2:9 Darum will ich mein Korn und meinen Most wieder nehmen zu seiner Zeit und ihr meine Wolle und meinen Flachs entziehen, damit sie ihre Blöße bedeckt. Hos 2:9 διὰ τοῦτο ἐπιστρέψω καὶ κομιοῦμαι τὸν σῖτόν μου καθ᾽ ὥραν αὐτοῦ καὶ τὸν οἶνόν μου ἐν καιρῷ αὐτοῦ καὶ ἀφελοῦμαι τὰ ἱμάτιά μου καὶ τὰ ὀθόνιά μου τοῦ μὴ καλύπτειν τὴν ἀσχημοσύνην αὐτῆς ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 2:10 "And then I will uncover her lewdness In the sight of her lovers, And no one will rescue her out of My hand. Hos 2:10 And now will I discover her lewdness in the sight of her lovers, and none shall deliver her out of mine hand. (kjv) Hos 2:10 Nun will ich ihre Schande aufdecken vor den Augen ihrer Buhlen, und niemand soll sie von meiner Hand erretten. Hos 2:10 καὶ νῦν ἀποκαλύψω τὴν ἀκαθαρσίαν αὐτῆς ἐνώπιον τῶν ἐραστῶν αὐτῆς καὶ οὐδεὶς οὐ μὴ ἐξέληται αὐτὴν ἐκ χειρός μου ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 2:11 "I will also put an end to all her gaiety, Her feasts, her new moons, her sabbaths And all her festal assemblies. Hos 2:11 I will also cause all her mirth to cease, her feast days, her new moons, and her sabbaths, and all her solemn feasts. (kjv) Hos 2:11 Und ich will ein Ende machen mit allen ihren Freuden, Festen, Neumonden, Sabbaten und allen ihren Feiertagen. Hos 2:11 καὶ ἀποστρέψω πάσας τὰς εὐφροσύνας αὐτῆς ἑορτὰς αὐτῆς καὶ τὰς νουμηνίας αὐτῆς καὶ τὰ σάββατα αὐτῆς καὶ πάσας τὰς πανηγύρεις αὐτῆς ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 2:12 "I will destroy her vines and fig trees, Of which she said, 'These are my wages Which my lovers have given me.'And I will make them a forest, And the beasts of the field will devour them. Hos 2:12 And I will destroy her vines and her fig trees, whereof she hath said, These are my rewards that my lovers have given me: and I will make them a forest, and the beasts of the field shall eat them. (kjv) Hos 2:12 Ich will ihre Weinstöcke und Feigenbäume wüst machen, weil sie sagt: "Das ist mein Lohn, den mir meine Buhlen gegeben." Ich will einen Wald daraus machen, daß es die wilden Tiere fressen sollen. Hos 2:12 καὶ ἀφανιῶ ἄμπελον αὐτῆς καὶ τὰς συκᾶς αὐτῆς ὅσα εἶπεν μισθώματά μου ταῦτά ἐστιν ἃ ἔδωκάν μοι οἱ ἐρασταί μου καὶ θήσομαι αὐτὰ εἰς μαρτύριον καὶ καταφάγεται αὐτὰ τὰ θηρία τοῦ ἀγροῦ καὶ τὰ πετεινὰ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ καὶ τὰ ἑρπετὰ τῆς γῆς ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 2:13 "I will punish her for the days of the Baals When she used to offer sacrifices to them And adorn herself with her earrings and jewelry, And follow her lovers, so that she forgot Me," declares the Lord. Hos 2:13 And I will visit upon her the days of Baalim, wherein she burned incense to them, and she decked herself with her earrings and her jewels, and she went after her lovers, and forgat me, saith the LORD. (kjv) Hos 2:13 Also will ich heimsuchen über sie die Tage der Baalim, denen sie Räuchopfer tut und schmückt sich mit Stirnspangen und Halsbändern und läuft ihren Buhlen nach und vergißt mein, spricht der HERR. Hos 2:13 καὶ ἐκδικήσω ἐπ᾽ αὐτὴν τὰς ἡμέρας τῶν Βααλιμ ἐν αἷς ἐπέθυεν αὐτοῖς καὶ περιετίθετο τὰ ἐνώτια αὐτῆς καὶ τὰ καθόρμια αὐτῆς καὶ ἐπορεύετο ὀπίσω τῶν ἐραστῶν αὐτῆς ἐμοῦ δὲ ἐπελάθετο λέγει κύριος ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 2:14 "Therefore, behold, I will allure her, Bring her into the wilderness And speak kindly to her. Hos 2:14 Therefore, behold, I will allure her, and bring her into the wilderness, and speak comfortably unto her. (kjv) Hos 2:14 Darum siehe, ich will sie locken und will sie in die Wüste führen und freundlich mit ihr reden. Hos 2:14 διὰ τοῦτο ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ πλανῶ αὐτὴν καὶ τάξω αὐτὴν εἰς ἔρημον καὶ λαλήσω ἐπὶ τὴν καρδίαν αὐτῆς ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 2:15 "Then I will give her her vineyards from there, And the valley of Achor as a door of hope. And she will sing there as in the days of her youth, As in the day when she came up from the land of Egypt. Hos 2:15 And I will give her her vineyards from thence, and the valley of Achor for a door of hope: and she shall sing there, as in the days of her youth, and as in the day when she came up out of the land of Egypt. (kjv) Hos 2:15 Da will ich ihr geben ihre Weinberge aus demselben Ort und das Tal Achor zum Tor der Hoffnung. Und daselbst wird sie singen wie zur Zeit ihrer Jugend, da sie aus Ägyptenland zog. Hos 2:15 καὶ δώσω αὐτῇ τὰ κτήματα αὐτῆς ἐκεῖθεν καὶ τὴν κοιλάδα Αχωρ διανοῖξαι σύνεσιν αὐτῆς καὶ ταπεινωθήσεται ἐκεῖ κατὰ τὰς ἡμέρας νηπιότητος αὐτῆς καὶ κατὰ τὰς ἡμέρας ἀναβάσεως αὐτῆς ἐκ γῆς Αἰγύπτου ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 2:16 "It will come about in that day," declares the Lord, "That you will call Me Ishi And will no longer call Me Baali. Hos 2:16 And it shall be at that day, saith the LORD, that thou shalt call me Ishi; and shalt call me no more Baali. (kjv) Hos 2:16 Alsdann spricht der HERR, wirst du mich heißen "mein Mann" und mich nicht mehr "mein Baal" heißen. Hos 2:16 καὶ ἔσται ἐν ἐκείνῃ τῇ ἡμέρᾳ λέγει κύριος καλέσει με ὁ ἀνήρ μου καὶ οὐ καλέσει με ἔτι Βααλιμ ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 2:17 "For I will remove the names of the Baals from her mouth, So that they will be mentioned by their names no more. Hos 2:17 For I will take away the names of Baalim out of her mouth, and they shall no more be remembered by their name. (kjv) Hos 2:17 Denn ich will die Namen der Baalim von ihrem Munde wegtun, daß man ihrer Namen nicht mehr gedenken soll. They employ violence, so that bloodshed follows bloodshed. Hos 4:2 By swearing, and lying, and killing, and stealing, and committing adultery, they break out, and blood toucheth blood. Hos 4:3 Therefore shall the land mourn, and every one that dwelleth therein shall languish, with the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of heaven; yea, the fishes of the sea also shall be taken away. (kjv) Hos 4:3 Darum wird das Land jämmerlich stehen, und allen Einwohnern wird's übel gehen; denn es werden auch die Tiere auf dem Felde und die Vögel unter dem Himmel und die Fische im Meer weggerafft werden. Hos 4:4 ὅπως μηδεὶς μήτε δικάζηται μήτε ἐλέγχῃ μηδείς ὁ δὲ λαός μου ὡς ἀντιλεγόμενος ἱερεύς ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 4:5 So you will stumble by day, And the prophet also will stumble with you by night; And I will destroy your mother. Hos 4:5 Therefore shalt thou fall in the day, and the prophet also shall fall with thee in the night, and I will destroy thy mother. Hos 4:5 καὶ ἀσθενήσεις ἡμέρας καὶ ἀσθενήσει καὶ προφήτης μετὰ σοῦ νυκτὶ ὡμοίωσα τὴν μητέρα σου ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being My priest. Since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children. Hos 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children. (kjv) Hos 4:6 Mein Volk ist dahin, darum daß es nicht lernen will. Denn du verwirfst Gottes Wort; darum will ich dich auch verwerfen, daß du nicht mein Priester sein sollst. Du vergißt das Gesetz deines Gottes; darum will ich auch deine Kinder vergessen. Hos 4:6 ὡμοιώθη ὁ λαός μου ὡς οὐκ ἔχων γνῶσιν ὅτι σὺ ἐπίγνωσιν ἀπώσω κἀγὼ ἀπώσομαι σὲ τοῦ μὴ ἱερατεύειν μοι καὶ ἐπελάθου νόμον θεοῦ σου κἀγὼ ἐπιλήσομαι τέκνων σου ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 4:7 The more they multiplied, the more they sinned against Me; I will change their glory into shame. Hos 4:7 As they were increased, so they sinned against me: therefore will I change their glory into shame. Hos 4:8 They eat up the sin of my people, and they set their heart on their iniquity. (kjv) Hos 4:8 Sie fressen die Sündopfer meines Volks und sind begierig nach ihren Sünden. Hos 4:8 ἁμαρτίας λαοῦ μου φάγονται καὶ ἐν ταῖς ἀδικίαις αὐτῶν λήμψονται τὰς ψυχὰς αὐτῶν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 4:9 And it will be, like people, like priest; So I will punish them for their ways And repay them for their deeds. Hos 4:9 And there shall be, like people, like priest: and I will punish them for their ways, and reward them their doings. Hos 4:10 For they shall eat, and not have enough: they shall commit whoredom, and shall not increase: because they have left off to take heed to the LORD. (kjv) Hos 4:10 daß sie werden essen, und nicht satt werden, Hurerei treiben und sich nicht ausbreiten, darum daß sie den HERRN verlassen haben und ihn nicht achten. Hos 4:10 καὶ φάγονται καὶ οὐ μὴ ἐμπλησθῶσιν ἐπόρνευσαν καὶ οὐ μὴ κατευθύνωσιν διότι τὸν κύριον ἐγκατέλιπον τοῦ φυλάξαι ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 4:11 Harlotry, wine and new wine take away the understanding. Hos 4:11 Whoredom and wine and new wine take away the heart. (kjv) Hos 4:11 Hurerei, Wein und Most machen toll. Hos 4:11 πορνείαν καὶ οἶνον καὶ μέθυσμα ἐδέξατο καρδία λαοῦ μου ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 4:12 My people consult their wooden idol, and their diviner's wand informs them; For a spirit of harlotry has led them astray, And they have played the harlot, departing from their God. Hos 4:12 My people ask counsel at their stocks, and their staff declareth unto them: for the spirit of whoredoms hath caused them to err, and they have gone a whoring from under their God. Hos 4:12 ἐν συμβόλοις ἐπηρώτων καὶ ἐν ῥάβδοις αὐτοῦ ἀπήγγελλον αὐτῷ πνεύματι πορνείας ἐπλανήθησαν καὶ ἐξεπόρνευσαν ἀπὸ τοῦ θεοῦ αὐτῶν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 4:13 They offer sacrifices on the tops of the mountains And burn incense on the hills, Under oak, poplar and terebinth, Because their shade is pleasant. Therefore your daughters play the harlot And your brides commit adultery. Hos 4:13 They sacrifice upon the tops of the mountains, and burn incense upon the hills, under oaks and poplars and elms, because the shadow thereof is good: therefore your daughters shall commit whoredom, and your spouses shall commit adultery. Darum werden eure Töchter auch zu Huren und eure Bräute zu Ehebrechrinnen werden. Hos 4:13 ἐπὶ τὰς κορυφὰς τῶν ὀρέων ἐθυσίαζον καὶ ἐπὶ τοὺς βουνοὺς ἔθυον ὑποκάτω δρυὸς καὶ λεύκης καὶ δένδρου συσκιάζοντος ὅτι καλὸν σκέπη διὰ τοῦτο ἐκπορνεύσουσιν αἱ θυγατέρες ὑμῶν καὶ αἱ νύμφαι ὑμῶν μοιχεύσουσιν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 4:14 I will not punish your daughters when they play the harlot Or your brides when they commit adultery, For the men themselves go apart with harlots And offer sacrifices with temple prostitutes; So the people without understanding are ruined. Hos 4:14 I will not punish your daughters when they commit whoredom, nor your spouses when they commit adultery: for themselves are separated with whores, and they sacrifice with harlots: therefore the people that doth not understand shall fall. (kjv) Hos 4:14 Und ich will's auch nicht wehren, wenn eure Töchter und Bräute geschändet werden, weil ihr einen andern Gottesdienst anrichtet mit den Huren und opfert mit den Bübinnen. Denn das törichte Volk will geschlagen sein. Hos 4:14 καὶ οὐ μὴ ἐπισκέψωμαι ἐπὶ τὰς θυγατέρας ὑμῶν ὅταν πορνεύωσιν καὶ ἐπὶ τὰς νύμφας ὑμῶν ὅταν μοιχεύωσιν διότι καὶ αὐτοὶ μετὰ τῶν πορνῶν συνεφύροντο καὶ μετὰ τῶν τετελεσμένων ἔθυον καὶ ὁ λαὸς ὁ συνίων συνεπλέκετο μετὰ πόρνης ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 4:15 Though you, Israel, play the harlot, Do not let Judah become guilty; Also do not go to Gilgal, Or go up to Beth-aven And take the oath: "As the Lord lives!" Hos 4:15 σὺ δέ Ισραηλ μὴ ἀγνόει καὶ Ιουδα μὴ εἰσπορεύεσθε εἰς Γαλγαλα καὶ μὴ ἀναβαίνετε εἰς τὸν οἶκον Ων καὶ μὴ ὀμνύετε ζῶντα κύριον ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 4:16 Since Israel is stubborn Like a stubborn heifer, Can the Lord now pasture them Like a lamb in a large field? Hos 4:16 For Israel slideth back as a backsliding heifer: now the LORD will feed them as a lamb in a large place. (kjv) Hos 4:18 Sie haben sich in die Schwelgerei und Hurerei gegeben; ihre Herren haben Lust dazu, daß sie Schande anrichten. Hos 4:18 ᾑρέτισεν Χαναναίους πορνεύοντες ἐξεπόρνευσαν ἠγάπησαν ἀτιμίαν ἐκ φρυάγματος αὐτῶν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 4:19 The wind wraps them in its wings, And they will be ashamed because of their sacrifices. Give heed, O house of Israel! Listen, O house of the king! For the judgment applies to you, For you have been a snare at Mizpah And a net spread out on Tabor. Hos 5:1 Hear ye this, O priests; and hearken, ye house of Israel; and give ye ear, O house of the king; for judgment is toward you, because ye have been a snare on Mizpah, and a net spread upon Tabor. Hos 5:1 ἀκούσατε ταῦτα οἱ ἱερεῖς καὶ προσέχετε οἶκος Ισραηλ καὶ ὁ οἶκος τοῦ βασιλέως ἐνωτίζεσθε διότι πρὸς ὑμᾶς ἐστιν τὸ κρίμα ὅτι παγὶς ἐγενήθητε τῇ σκοπιᾷ καὶ ὡς δίκτυον ἐκτεταμένον ἐπὶ τὸ ἰταβύριον ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 5:2 The revolters have gone deep in depravity, But I will chastise all of them. Hos 5:2 And the revolters are profound to make slaughter, though I have been a rebuker of them all. (kjv) Hos 5:2 Mit ihrem Schlachten vertiefen sie sich in ihrem Verlaufen; darum muß ich sie allesamt strafen. Hos 5:2 ὃ οἱ ἀγρεύοντες τὴν θήραν κατέπηξαν ἐγὼ δὲ παιδευτὴς ὑμῶν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 5:3 I know Ephraim, and Israel is not hidden from Me; For now, O Ephraim, you have played the harlot, Israel has defiled itself. Hos 5:3 I know Ephraim, and Israel is not hid from me: for now, O Ephraim, thou committest whoredom, and Israel is defiled. (kjv) Hos 5:3 Ich kenne Ephraim wohl, und Israel ist vor mir nicht verborgen, daß Ephraim nun eine Hure und Israel unrein ist. Hos 5:3 ἐγὼ ἔγνων τὸν Εφραιμ καὶ Ισραηλ οὐκ ἄπεστιν ἀπ᾽ ἐμοῦ διότι νῦν ἐξεπόρνευσεν Εφραιμ ἐμιάνθη Ισραηλ ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 5:4 Their deeds will not allow them To return to their God. For a spirit of harlotry is within them, And they do not know the Lord. Hos 5:4 They will not frame their doings to turn unto their God: for the spirit of whoredoms is in the midst of them, and they have not known the LORD. (kjv) Hos 5:4 Sie denken nicht daran, daß sie sich kehren zu ihrem Gott; denn sie haben einen Hurengeist in ihrem Herzen, und den HERRN kennen sie nicht. Hos 5:4 οὐκ ἔδωκαν τὰ διαβούλια αὐτῶν τοῦ ἐπιστρέψαι πρὸς τὸν θεὸν αὐτῶν ὅτι πνεῦμα πορνείας ἐν αὐτοῖς ἐστιν τὸν δὲ κύριον οὐκ ἐπέγνωσαν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 5:5 Moreover, the pride of Israel testifies against him, And Israel and Ephraim stumble in their iniquity; Judah also has stumbled with them. Hos 5:5 And the pride of Israel doth testify to his face: therefore shall Israel and Ephraim fall in their iniquity: Judah also shall fall with them. (kjv) Hos 5:5 Und die Hoffart Israels zeugt wider sie ins Angesicht. Darum sollen beide, Israel und Ephraim, fallen um ihrer Missetat willen; auch soll Juda samt ihnen fallen. Hos 5:5 καὶ ταπεινωθήσεται ἡ ὕβρις τοῦ Ισραηλ εἰς πρόσωπον αὐτοῦ καὶ Ισραηλ καὶ Εφραιμ ἀσθενήσουσιν ἐν ταῖς ἀδικίαις αὐτῶν καὶ ἀσθενήσει καὶ Ιουδας μετ᾽ αὐτῶν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 5:6 They will go with their flocks and herds To seek the Lord, but they will not find Him; He has withdrawn from them. Hos 5:6 They shall go with their flocks and with their herds to seek the LORD; but they shall not find him; he hath withdrawn himself from them. (kjv) Hos 5:6 Alsdann werden sie kommen mit ihren Schafen und Rindern, den HERRN zu suchen, aber ihn nicht finden; denn er hat sich von ihnen gewandt. Hos 5:6 μετὰ προβάτων καὶ μόσχων πορεύσονται τοῦ ἐκζητῆσαι τὸν κύριον καὶ οὐ μὴ εὕρωσιν αὐτόν ὅτι ἐξέκλινεν ἀπ᾽ αὐτῶν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 5:7 They have dealt treacherously against the Lord, For they have borne illegitimate children. Now the new moon will devour them with their land. Hos 5:7 They have dealt treacherously against the LORD: for they have begotten strange children: now shall a month devour them with their portions. (kjv) Hos 5:7 Sie verachten den HERRN und zeugen fremde Kinder; darum wird sie auch der Neumond fressen mit ihrem Erbteil. Hos 5:7 ὅτι τὸν κύριον ἐγκατέλιπον ὅτι τέκνα ἀλλότρια ἐγεννήθησαν αὐτοῖς νῦν καταφάγεται αὐτοὺς ἡ ἐρυσίβη καὶ τοὺς κλήρους αὐτῶν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 5:8 Blow the horn in Gibeah, The trumpet in Ramah. Sound an alarm at Beth-aven: "Behind you, Benjamin!" Hos 5:8 Blow ye the cornet in Gibeah, and the trumpet in Ramah: cry aloud at Bethaven, after thee, O Benjamin. (kjv) Hos 5:8 Ja, blaset Posaunen zu Gibea, ja, drommetet zu Rama, ja, ruft zu Beth-Aven: "Hinter dir, Benjamin!" Hos 5:8 σαλπίσατε σάλπιγγι ἐπὶ τοὺς βουνούς ἠχήσατε ἐπὶ τῶν ὑψηλῶν κηρύξατε ἐν τῷ οἴκῳ Ων ἐξέστη Βενιαμιν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 5:9 Ephraim will become a desolation in the day of rebuke; Among the tribes of Israel I declare what is sure. Hos 5:9 Ephraim shall be desolate in the day of rebuke: among the tribes of Israel have I made known that which shall surely be. (kjv) Hos 5:9 Denn Ephraim soll zur Wüste werden zu der Zeit, wann ich sie strafen werde. Davor habe ich die Stämme Israels treulich gewarnt. Hos 5:9 Εφραιμ εἰς ἀφανισμὸν ἐγένετο ἐν ἡμέραις ἐλέγχου ἐν ταῖς φυλαῖς τοῦ Ισραηλ ἔδειξα πιστά ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 5:10 The princes of Judah have become like those who move a boundary; On them I will pour out My wrath like water. Hos 5:10 The princes of Judah were like them that remove the bound: therefore I will pour out my wrath upon them like water. (kjv) Hos 5:10 Die Fürsten Juda's sind gleich denen, so die Grenze verrücken; darum will ich meinen Zorn über sie ausschütten wie Wasser. Hos 5:10 ἐγένοντο οἱ ἄρχοντες Ιουδα ὡς μετατιθέντες ὅρια ἐπ᾽ αὐτοὺς ἐκχεῶ ὡς ὕδωρ τὸ ὅρμημά μου ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 5:11 Ephraim is oppressed, crushed in judgment, Because he was determined to follow man's command. Hos 5:11 Ephraim is oppressed and broken in judgment, because he willingly walked after the commandment. Hos 5:11 κατεδυνάστευσεν Εφραιμ τὸν ἀντίδικον αὐτοῦ κατεπάτησεν κρίμα ὅτι ἤρξατο πορεύεσθαι ὀπίσω τῶν ματαίων ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 5:12 Therefore I am like a moth to Ephraim And like rottenness to the house of Judah. Hos 5:12 καὶ ἐγὼ ὡς ταραχὴ τῷ Εφραιμ καὶ ὡς κέντρον τῷ οἴκῳ Ιουδα ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 5:13 When Ephraim saw his sickness, And Judah his wound, Then Ephraim went to Assyria And sent to King Jareb. But he is unable to heal you, Or to cure you of your wound. Hos 5:13 When Ephraim saw his sickness, and Judah saw his wound, then went Ephraim to the Assyrian, and sent to king Jareb: yet could he not heal you, nor cure you of your wound. (kjv) Hos 5:13 Und da Ephraim seine Krankheit und Juda seine Wunde fühlte, zog Ephraim hin zu Assur und schickte den König Jareb; aber er kann euch nicht helfen noch eure Wunde heilen. Hos 5:13 καὶ εἶδεν Εφραιμ τὴν νόσον αὐτοῦ καὶ Ιουδας τὴν ὀδύνην αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐπορεύθη Εφραιμ πρὸς Ἀσσυρίους καὶ ἀπέστειλεν πρέσβεις πρὸς βασιλέα Ιαριμ καὶ αὐτὸς οὐκ ἠδυνάσθη ἰάσασθαι ὑμᾶς καὶ οὐ μὴ διαπαύσῃ ἐξ ὑμῶν ὀδύνη ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 5:14 For I will be like a lion to Ephraim And like a young lion to the house of Judah. I, even I, will tear to pieces and go away, I will carry away, and there will be none to deliver. Hos 5:14 For I will be unto Ephraim as a lion, and as a young lion to the house of Judah: I, even I, will tear and go away; I will take away, and none shall rescue him. (kjv) Hos 5:14 Denn ich bin dem Ephraim wie ein Löwe und dem Hause Juda wie ein junger Löwe. Ich, ich zerreiße sie und gehe davon; ich führe sie weg, und niemand kann sie retten. Hos 5:14 διότι ἐγώ εἰμι ὡς πανθὴρ τῷ Εφραιμ καὶ ὡς λέων τῷ οἴκῳ Ιουδα καὶ ἐγὼ ἁρπῶμαι καὶ πορεύσομαι καὶ λήμψομαι καὶ οὐκ ἔσται ὁ ἐξαιρούμενος ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 5:15 I will go away and return to My place Until they acknowledge their guilt and seek My face; In their affliction they will earnestly seek Me. Hos 5:15 I will go and return to my place, till they acknowledge their offence, and seek my face: in their affliction they will seek me early.(kjv) Hos 5:15 Ich will wiederum an meinen Ort gehen, bis sie ihre Schuld erkennen und mein Angesicht suchen; wenn's ihnen übel geht, so werden sie mich suchen und sagen: Hos 5:15 πορεύσομαι καὶ ἐπιστρέψω εἰς τὸν τόπον μου ἕως οὗ ἀφανισθῶσιν καὶ ἐπιζητήσουσιν τὸ πρόσωπόν μου ἐν θλίψει αὐτῶν ὀρθριοῦσι πρός με λέγοντες ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 6:1 "Come, let us return to the Lord. For He has torn us, but He will heal us; He has wounded us, but He will bandage us. Hos 6:1 Come, and let us return unto the LORD: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up. (kjv) Hos 6:1 Kommt, wir wollen wieder zum HERRN; denn er hat uns zerrissen, er wird uns auch heilen; er hat uns geschlagen, er wird uns auch verbinden. Hos 6:1 πορευθῶμεν καὶ ἐπιστρέψωμεν πρὸς κύριον τὸν θεὸν ἡμῶν ὅτι αὐτὸς ἥρπακεν καὶ ἰάσεται ἡμᾶς πατάξει καὶ μοτώσει ἡμᾶς ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 6:2 "He will revive us after two days; He will raise us up on the third day, That we may live before Him. Hos 6:2 After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight. (kjv) Hos 6:2 Er macht uns lebendig nach zwei Tagen; er wird uns am dritten Tag aufrichten, daß wir vor ihm leben werden. Hos 6:2 ὑγιάσει ἡμᾶς μετὰ δύο ἡμέρας ἐν τῇ ἡμέρᾳ τῇ τρίτῃ ἀναστησόμεθα καὶ ζησόμεθα ἐνώπιον αὐτοῦ ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 6:3 "So let us know, let us press on to know the Lord. His going forth is as certain as the dawn; And He will come to us like the rain, Like the spring rain watering the earth." Hos 6:3 Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth. (kjv) Hos 6:3 Dann werden wir acht darauf haben und fleißig sein, daß wir den HERRN erkennen. Denn er wird hervorbrechen wie die schöne Morgenröte und wird zu uns kommen wie ein Regen, wie ein Spätregen, der das Land feuchtet. Hos 6:3 καὶ γνωσόμεθα διώξομεν τοῦ γνῶναι τὸν κύριον ὡς ὄρθρον ἕτοιμον εὑρήσομεν αὐτόν καὶ ἥξει ὡς ὑετὸς ἡμῖν πρόιμος καὶ ὄψιμος τῇ γῇ ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 6:4 What shall I do with you, O Ephraim? What shall I do with you, O Judah? For your loyalty is like a morning cloud And like the dew which goes away early. Hos 6:4 O Ephraim, what shall I do unto thee? O Judah, what shall I do unto thee? for your goodness is as a morning cloud, and as the early dew it goeth away. (kjv) Hos 6:4 Was soll ich dir tun, Ephraim? was soll ich dir tun, Juda? Denn eure Liebe ist wie eine Morgenwolke und wie ein Tau, der frühmorgens vergeht. Hos 6:4 τί σοι ποιήσω Εφραιμ τί σοι ποιήσω Ιουδα τὸ δὲ ἔλεος ὑμῶν ὡς νεφέλη πρωινὴ καὶ ὡς δρόσος ὀρθρινὴ πορευομένη ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 6:5 Therefore I have hewn them in pieces by the prophets; I have slain them by the words of My mouth; And the judgments on you are like the light that goes forth. Hos 6:5 Therefore have I hewed them by the prophets; I have slain them by the words of my mouth: and thy judgments are as the light that goeth forth. (kjv) Hos 6:5 Darum schlage ich sie durch die Propheten und töte sie durch meines Mundes Rede, daß mein Recht wie das Licht hervorkomme. Hos 6:5 διὰ τοῦτο ἀπεθέρισα τοὺς προφήτας ὑμῶν ἀπέκτεινα αὐτοὺς ἐν ῥήμασιν στόματός μου καὶ τὸ κρίμα μου ὡς φῶς ἐξελεύσεται ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 6:6 For I delight in loyalty rather than sacrifice, And in the knowledge of God rather than burnt offerings. Hos 6:6 For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings. (kjv) Hos 6:6 Denn ich habe Lust an der Liebe, und nicht am Opfer, und an der Erkenntnis Gottes, und nicht am Brandopfer. Hos 6:6 διότι ἔλεος θέλω καὶ οὐ θυσίαν καὶ ἐπίγνωσιν θεοῦ ἢ ὁλοκαυτώματα ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 6:7 But like Adam they have transgressed the covenant; There they have dealt treacherously against Me. Hos 6:7 αὐτοὶ δέ εἰσιν ὡς ἄνθρωπος παραβαίνων διαθήκην ἐκεῖ κατεφρόνησέν μου ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 6:8 Gilead is a city of wrongdoers, Tracked with bloody footprints. Hos 6:8 Gilead is a city of them that work iniquity, and is polluted with blood. (kjv) Hos 6:8 Denn Gilead ist eine Stadt voll Abgötterei und Blutschulden. Hos 6:8 Γαλααδ πόλις ἐργαζομένη μάταια ταράσσουσα ὕδωρ ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 6:9 And as raiders wait for a man, So a band of priests murder on the way to Shechem; Surely they have committed crime. Hos 6:9 And as troops of robbers wait for a man, so the company of priests murder in the way by consent: for they commit lewdness. (kjv) Hos 6:9 Und die Priester samt ihrem Haufen sind wie die Räuber, so da lauern auf die Leute und würgen auf dem Wege, der gen Sichem geht; denn sie tun, was sie wollen. Hos 6:9 καὶ ἡ ἰσχύς σου ἀνδρὸς πειρατοῦ ἔκρυψαν ἱερεῖς ὁδὸν κυρίου ἐφόνευσαν Σικιμα ὅτι ἀνομίαν ἐποίησαν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 6:10 In the house of Israel I have seen a horrible thing; Ephraim's harlotry is there, Israel has defiled itself. Hos 6:10 I have seen an horrible thing in the house of Israel: there is the whoredom of Ephraim, Israel is defiled. (kjv) Hos 6:10 Ich sehe im Hause Israel, davor mir graut; denn da hurt Ephraim und verunreinigt sich Israel. Hos 6:10 ἐν τῷ οἴκῳ Ισραηλ εἶδον φρικώδη ἐκεῖ πορνείαν τοῦ Εφραιμ ἐμιάνθη Ισραηλ καὶ Ιουδα ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 6:11 Also, O Judah, there is a harvest appointed for you, When I restore the fortunes of My people. Hos 6:11 Also, O Judah, he hath set an harvest for thee, when I returned the captivity of my people.(kjv) Hos 6:11 Aber auch Juda wird noch eine Ernte vor sich haben, wenn ich meines Volks Gefängnis wenden werde. Hos 6:11 ἄρχου τρυγᾶν σεαυτῷ ἐν τῷ ἐπιστρέφειν με τὴν αἰχμαλωσίαν τοῦ λαοῦ μου ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 7:1 When I would heal Israel, The iniquity of Ephraim is uncovered, And the evil deeds of Samaria, For they deal falsely; The thief enters in, Bandits raid outside, Hos 7:1 When I would have healed Israel, then the iniquity of Ephraim was discovered, and the wickedness of Samaria: for they commit falsehood; and the thief cometh in, and the troop of robbers spoileth without. (kjv) Hos 7:1 Wenn ich Israel heilen will, so findet sich erst die Sünde Ephraims und die Bosheit Samarias, wie sie Lügen treiben und Diebe einsteigen und Räuber draußen plündern; Hos 7:1 ἐν τῷ ἰάσασθαί με τὸν Ισραηλ καὶ ἀποκαλυφθήσεται ἡ ἀδικία Εφραιμ καὶ ἡ κακία Σαμαρείας ὅτι ἠργάσαντο ψευδῆ καὶ κλέπτης πρὸς αὐτὸν εἰσελεύσεται ἐκδιδύσκων λῃστὴς ἐν τῇ ὁδῷ αὐτοῦ ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 7:2 And they do not consider in their hearts That I remember all their wickedness. Now their deeds are all around them; They are before My face. Hos 7:2 And they consider not in their hearts that I remember all their wickedness: now their own doings have beset them about; they are before my face. (kjv) Hos 7:2 dennoch wollen sie nicht merken, daß ich alle ihre Bosheit merke. Ich sehe aber ihr Wesen wohl, das sie allenthalben treiben. Hos 7:2 ὅπως συνᾴδωσιν ὡς συνᾴδοντες τῇ καρδίᾳ αὐτῶν πάσας τὰς κακίας αὐτῶν ἐμνήσθην νῦν ἐκύκλωσεν αὐτοὺς τὰ διαβούλια αὐτῶν ἀπέναντι τοῦ προσώπου μου ἐγένοντο ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 7:3 With their wickedness they make the king glad, And the princes with their lies. (kjv) Hos 7:3 Sie vertrösten den König durch ihre Bosheit und die Fürsten durch ihre Lügen; Hos 7:3 ἐν ταῖς κακίαις αὐτῶν εὔφραναν βασιλεῖς καὶ ἐν τοῖς ψεύδεσιν αὐτῶν ἄρχοντας ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 7:4 They are all adulterers, Like an oven heated by the baker Who ceases to stir up the fire From the kneading of the dough until it is leavened. (kjv) Hos 7:4 und sind allesamt Ehebrecher gleichwie ein Backofen, den der Bäcker heizt, wenn er hat ausgeknetet und läßt den Teig durchsäuern und aufgehen. Hos 7:4 πάντες μοιχεύοντες ὡς κλίβανος καιόμενος εἰς πέψιν κατακαύματος ἀπὸ τῆς φλογός ἀπὸ φυράσεως στέατος ἕως τοῦ ζυμωθῆναι αὐτό ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 7:5 On the day of our king, the princes became sick with the heat of wine; He stretched out his hand with scoffers, Hos 7:5 In the day of our king the princes have made him sick with bottles of wine; he stretched out his hand with scorners. (kjv) Hos 7:5 Heute ist unsers Königs Fest sprechen sie, da fangen die Fürsten an, vom Wein toll zu werden; so zieht er die Spötter zu sich. Hos 7:5 αἱ ἡμέραι τῶν βασιλέων ὑμῶν ἤρξαντο οἱ ἄρχοντες θυμοῦσθαι ἐξ οἴνου ἐξέτεινεν τὴν χεῖρα αὐτοῦ μετὰ λοιμῶν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 7:6 For their hearts are like an oven As they approach their plotting; Their anger smolders all night, In the morning it burns like a flaming fire. Hos 7:6 διότι ἀνεκαύθησαν ὡς κλίβανος αἱ καρδίαι αὐτῶν ἐν τῷ καταράσσειν αὐτούς ὅλην τὴν νύκτα ὕπνου Εφραιμ ἐνεπλήσθη πρωὶ ἐγενήθη ἀνεκαύθη ὡς πυρὸς φέγγος ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 7:7 All of them are hot like an oven, And they consume their rulers; All their kings have fallen. None of them calls on Me. Hos 7:7 They are all hot as an oven, and have devoured their judges; all their kings are fallen: there is none among them that calleth unto me. (kjv) Hos 7:7 Allesamt sind sie so heißer Andacht wie ein Backofen, also daß ihre Richter aufgefressen werden und alle ihre Könige fallen; und ist keiner unter ihnen, der mich anrufe. Hos 7:7 πάντες ἐθερμάνθησαν ὡς κλίβανος καὶ κατέφαγον τοὺς κριτὰς αὐτῶν πάντες οἱ βασιλεῖς αὐτῶν ἔπεσαν οὐκ ἦν ὁ ἐπικαλούμενος ἐν αὐτοῖς πρός με ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 7:8 Ephraim mixes himself with the nations; Ephraim has become a cake not turned. Hos 7:9 Strangers have devoured his strength, and he knoweth it not: yea, gray hairs are here and there upon him, yet he knoweth not. Hos 7:10 καὶ ταπεινωθήσεται ἡ ὕβρις Ισραηλ εἰς πρόσωπον αὐτοῦ καὶ οὐκ ἐπέστρεψαν πρὸς κύριον τὸν θεὸν αὐτῶν καὶ οὐκ ἐξεζήτησαν αὐτὸν ἐν πᾶσι τούτοις ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 7:11 So Ephraim has become like a silly dove, without sense; They call to Egypt, they go to Assyria. Jetzt rufen sie Ägypten an, dann laufen sie zu Assur. Hos 7:11 καὶ ἦν Εφραιμ ὡς περιστερὰ ἄνους οὐκ ἔχουσα καρδίαν Αἴγυπτον ἐπεκαλεῖτο καὶ εἰς Ἀσσυρίους ἐπορεύθησαν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 7:12 When they go, I will spread My net over them; I will bring them down like the birds of the sky. I will chastise them in accordance with the proclamation to their assembly. Hos 7:12 When they shall go, I will spread my net upon them; I will bring them down as the fowls of the heaven; I will chastise them, as their congregation hath heard. (kjv) Hos 7:12 Aber indem sie hin und her laufen, will ich mein Netz über sie werfen und sie herunterholen wie die Vögel unter dem Himmel; ich will sie strafen, wie man predigt in ihrer Versammlung. Hos 7:12 καθὼς ἂν πορεύωνται ἐπιβαλῶ ἐπ᾽ αὐτοὺς τὸ δίκτυόν μου καθὼς τὰ πετεινὰ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ κατάξω αὐτούς παιδεύσω αὐτοὺς ἐν τῇ ἀκοῇ τῆς θλίψεως αὐτῶν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 7:13 Woe to them, for they have strayed from Me! Destruction is theirs, for they have rebelled against Me! I would redeem them, but they speak lies against Me. Hos 7:13 Woe unto them! for they have fled from me: destruction unto them! because they have transgressed against me: though I have redeemed them, yet they have spoken lies against me. (kjv) Hos 7:13 Weh ihnen, daß sie von mir weichen! Sie müssen verstört werden; denn sie sind von mir abtrünnig geworden! Ich wollte sie wohl erlösen, wenn sie nicht wider mich Lügen lehrten. Hos 7:13 οὐαὶ αὐτοῖς ὅτι ἀπεπήδησαν ἀπ᾽ ἐμοῦ δείλαιοί εἰσιν ὅτι ἠσέβησαν εἰς ἐμέ ἐγὼ δὲ ἐλυτρωσάμην αὐτούς αὐτοὶ δὲ κατελάλησαν κατ᾽ ἐμοῦ ψεύδη ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 7:14 And they do not cry to Me from their heart When they wail on their beds; For the sake of grain and new wine they assemble themselves, They turn away from Me. Hos 7:14 And they have not cried unto me with their heart, when they howled upon their beds: they assemble themselves for corn and wine, and they rebel against me. (kjv) Hos 7:14 So rufen sie mich auch nicht an von Herzen, sondern Heulen auf ihren Lagern. Sie sammeln sich um Korn und Mosts willen und sind mir ungehorsam. Hos 7:14 καὶ οὐκ ἐβόησαν πρός με αἱ καρδίαι αὐτῶν ἀλλ᾽ ἢ ὠλόλυζον ἐν ταῖς κοίταις αὐτῶν ἐπὶ σίτῳ καὶ οἴνῳ κατετέμνοντο ἐπαιδεύθησαν ἐν ἐμοί ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 7:15 Although I trained and strengthened their arms, Yet they devise evil against Me. Hos 7:15 κἀγὼ κατίσχυσα τοὺς βραχίονας αὐτῶν καὶ εἰς ἐμὲ ἐλογίσαντο πονηρά ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 7:16 They turn, but not upward, They are like a deceitful bow; Their princes will fall by the sword Because of the insolence of their tongue. This will be their derision in the land of Egypt. Hos 7:16 They return, but not to the most High: they are like a deceitful bow: their princes shall fall by the sword for the rage of their tongue: this shall be their derision in the land of Egypt.(kjv) Hos 7:16 Sie bekehren sich, aber nicht recht, sondern sind wie ein falscher Bogen. Darum werden ihre Fürsten durchs Schwert fallen; ihr Drohen soll in Ägyptenland zum Spott werden. Like an eagle the enemy comes against the house of the Lord, Because they have transgressed My covenant And rebelled against My law. Hos 8:1 Set the trumpet to thy mouth. He shall come as an eagle against the house of the LORD, because they have transgressed my covenant, and trespassed against my law. (kjv) Hos 8:1 Rufe laut wie eine Posaune: Er kommt über das Haus des HERRN wie ein Adler, darum daß sie meinen Bund übertreten und von meinem Gesetz abtrünnig werden. Hos 8:1 εἰς κόλπον αὐτῶν ὡς γῆ ὡς ἀετὸς ἐπ᾽ οἶκον κυρίου ἀνθ᾽ ὧν παρέβησαν τὴν διαθήκην μου καὶ κατὰ τοῦ νόμου μου ἠσέβησαν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 8:2 They cry out to Me, "My God, we of Israel know You!" Hos 8:3 ὅτι Ισραηλ ἀπεστρέψατο ἀγαθά ἐχθρὸν κατεδίωξαν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 8:4 They have set up kings, but not by Me; They have appointed princes, but I did not know it. With their silver and gold they have made idols for themselves, That they might be cut off. (kjv) Hos 8:4 Sie machen Könige, aber ohne mich; sie setzen Fürsten, und ich darf es nicht wissen. Aus ihrem Silber und Gold machen sie Götzen, daß sie ja bald ausgerottet werden. Hos 8:4 ἑαυτοῖς ἐβασίλευσαν καὶ οὐ δι᾽ ἐμοῦ ἦρξαν καὶ οὐκ ἐγνώρισάν μοι τὸ ἀργύριον αὐτῶν καὶ τὸ χρυσίον αὐτῶν ἐποίησαν ἑαυτοῖς εἴδωλα ὅπως ἐξολεθρευθῶσιν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 8:5 He has rejected your calf, O Samaria, saying, "My anger burns against them!" How long will they be incapable of innocence? Hos 8:5 Thy calf, O Samaria, hath cast thee off; mine anger is kindled against them: how long will it be ere they attain to innocency? (kjv) Hos 8:5 Dein Kalb, Samaria, verwirft er; mein Zorn ist über sie ergrimmt. Es kann nicht lange anstehen, sie müssen gestraft werden. Hos 8:5 ἀπότριψαι τὸν μόσχον σου Σαμάρεια παρωξύνθη ὁ θυμός μου ἐπ᾽ αὐτούς ἕως τίνος οὐ μὴ δύνωνται καθαρισθῆναι ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 8:6 For from Israel is even this! A craftsman made it, so it is not God; Surely the calf of Samaria will be broken to pieces. Hos 8:6 For from Israel was it also: the workman made it; therefore it is not God: but the calf of Samaria shall be broken in pieces. (kjv) Hos 8:6 Denn das Kalb ist aus Israel hergekommen, und ein Werkmann hat's gemacht, und es kann ja kein Gott sein; darum soll das Kalb Samarias zerpulvert werden. Hos 8:6 ἐν τῷ Ισραηλ καὶ αὐτὸ τέκτων ἐποίησεν καὶ οὐ θεός ἐστιν διότι πλανῶν ἦν ὁ μόσχος σου Σαμάρεια ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 8:7 For they sow the wind And they reap the whirlwind. The standing grain has no heads; It yields no grain. Should it yield, strangers would swallow it up. Hos 8:7 For they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind: it hath no stalk; the bud shall yield no meal: if so be it yield, the strangers shall swallow it up. (kjv) Hos 8:7 Denn sie säen Wind und werden Ungewitter einernten; ihre Saat soll nicht aufkommen und ihr Gewächs kein Mehl geben; und ob's geben würde, sollen's doch Fremde fressen. Hos 8:7 ὅτι ἀνεμόφθορα ἔσπειραν καὶ ἡ καταστροφὴ αὐτῶν ἐκδέξεται αὐτά δράγμα οὐκ ἔχον ἰσχὺν τοῦ ποιῆσαι ἄλευρον ἐὰν δὲ καὶ ποιήσῃ ἀλλότριοι καταφάγονται αὐτό ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 8:8 Israel is swallowed up; They are now among the nations Like a vessel in which no one delights. Hos 8:8 Israel is swallowed up: now shall they be among the Gentiles as a vessel wherein is no pleasure. (kjv) Hos 8:8 Israel wird aufgefressen; die Heiden gehen mit ihnen um wie mit einem unwerten Gefäß, Hos 8:8 κατεπόθη Ισραηλ νῦν ἐγένετο ἐν τοῖς ἔθνεσιν ὡς σκεῦος ἄχρηστον ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 8:9 For they have gone up to Assyria, Like a wild donkey all alone; Ephraim has hired lovers. Hos 8:9 For they are gone up to Assyria, a wild ass alone by himself: Ephraim hath hired lovers. (kjv) Hos 8:9 darum daß sie hinauf zum Assur laufen wie ein Wild in der Irre. Ephraim schenkt den Buhlern und gibt den Heiden Tribut. Hos 8:9 ὅτι αὐτοὶ ἀνέβησαν εἰς Ἀσσυρίους ἀνέθαλεν καθ᾽ ἑαυτὸν Εφραιμ δῶρα ἠγάπησαν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 8:10 Even though they hire allies among the nations, Now I will gather them up; And they will begin to diminish Because of the burden of the king of princes. Hos 8:10 Yea, though they have hired among the nations, now will I gather them, and they shall sorrow a little for the burden of the king of princes. (kjv) Hos 8:10 Dieselben Heiden will ich nun über sie sammeln; sie sollen der Last des Königs der Fürsten bald müde werden. Hos 8:10 διὰ τοῦτο παραδοθήσονται ἐν τοῖς ἔθνεσιν νῦν εἰσδέξομαι αὐτούς καὶ κοπάσουσιν μικρὸν τοῦ χρίειν βασιλέα καὶ ἄρχοντας ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 8:11 Since Ephraim has multiplied altars for sin, They have become altars of sinning for him. Hos 8:11 ὅτι ἐπλήθυνεν Εφραιμ θυσιαστήρια εἰς ἁμαρτίας ἐγένοντο αὐτῷ θυσιαστήρια ἠγαπημένα ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 8:12 Though I wrote for him ten thousand precepts of My law, They are regarded as a strange thing. Hos 8:12 I have written to him the great things of my law, but they were counted as a strange thing. Hos 8:12 καταγράψω αὐτῷ πλῆθος καὶ τὰ νόμιμα αὐτοῦ εἰς ἀλλότρια ἐλογίσθησαν θυσιαστήρια τὰ ἠγαπημένα ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 8:13 As for My sacrificial gifts, They sacrifice the flesh and eat it, But the Lord has taken no delight in them. Now He will remember their iniquity, And punish them for their sins; They will return to Egypt. Hos 8:13 They sacrifice flesh for the sacrifices of mine offerings, and eat it; but the LORD accepteth them not; now will he remember their iniquity, and visit their sins: they shall return to Egypt. (kjv) Hos 8:13 Ob sie schon viel opfern und Fleisch herbringen und essen's, so hat doch der HERR kein Gefallen an ihnen; sondern er will ihrer Missetat gedenken und ihre Sünden heimsuchen; sie sollen wieder nach Ägypten kommen! Hos 8:13 διότι ἐὰν θύσωσιν θυσίαν καὶ φάγωσιν κρέα κύριος οὐ προσδέξεται αὐτά νῦν μνησθήσεται τὰς ἀδικίας αὐτῶν καὶ ἐκδικήσει τὰς ἁμαρτίας αὐτῶν αὐτοὶ εἰς Αἴγυπτον ἀπέστρεψαν καὶ ἐν Ἀσσυρίοις ἀκάθαρτα φάγονται ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 8:14 For Israel has forgotten his Maker and built palaces; And Judah has multiplied fortified cities, But I will send a fire on its cities that it may consume its palatial dwellings. Hos 8:14 For Israel hath forgotten his Maker, and buildeth temples; and Judah hath multiplied fenced cities: but I will send a fire upon his cities, and it shall devour the palaces thereof.(kjv) Hos 8:14 Israel vergißt seines Schöpfers und baut Paläste; so macht Juda viel feste Städte; aber ich will Feuer in seine Städte schicken, welches soll seine Häuser verzehren. Hos 8:14 καὶ ἐπελάθετο Ισραηλ τοῦ ποιήσαντος αὐτὸν καὶ ᾠκοδόμησαν τεμένη καὶ Ιουδας ἐπλήθυνεν πόλεις τετειχισμένας καὶ ἐξαποστελῶ πῦρ εἰς τὰς πόλεις αὐτοῦ καὶ καταφάγεται τὰ θεμέλια αὐτῶν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 9:1 Do not rejoice, O Israel, with exultation like the nations! For you have played the harlot, forsaking your God. You have loved harlots' earnings on every threshing floor. Hos 9:1 Rejoice not, O Israel, for joy, as other people: for thou hast gone a whoring from thy God, thou hast loved a reward upon every cornfloor. (kjv) Hos 9:1 Du darfst dich nicht freuen, Israel, noch rühmen wie die Völker; denn du hurst wider deinen Gott und suchst damit Hurenlohn, daß alle Tennen voll Getreide werden. Hos 9:1 μὴ χαῖρε Ισραηλ μηδὲ εὐφραίνου καθὼς οἱ λαοί διότι ἐπόρνευσας ἀπὸ τοῦ θεοῦ σου ἠγάπησας δόματα ἐπὶ πάντα ἅλωνα σίτου ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 9:2 Threshing floor and wine press will not feed them, And the new wine will fail them. Hos 9:2 The floor and the winepress shall not feed them, and the new wine shall fail in her. (kjv) Hos 9:2 Darum sollen dich Tenne und Kelter nicht nähren, und der Most soll dir fehlen. Hos 9:2 ἅλων καὶ ληνὸς οὐκ ἔγνω αὐτούς καὶ ὁ οἶνος ἐψεύσατο αὐτούς ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 9:3 They will not remain in the Lord's land, But Ephraim will return to Egypt, And in Assyria they will eat unclean food. Hos 9:3 They shall not dwell in the LORD's land; but Ephraim shall return to Egypt, and they shall eat unclean things in Assyria. (kjv) Hos 9:3 Sie sollen nicht bleiben im Lande des HERRN, sondern Ephraim muß wieder nach Ägypten und muß in Assyrien Unreines essen, Hos 9:3 οὐ κατῴκησαν ἐν τῇ γῇ τοῦ κυρίου κατῴκησεν Εφραιμ εἰς Αἴγυπτον καὶ ἐν Ἀσσυρίοις ἀκάθαρτα φάγονται ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 9:4 They will not pour out drink offerings of wine to the Lord, Their sacrifices will not please Him. Their bread will be like mourners' bread; All who eat of it will be defiled, For their bread will be for themselves alone; It will not enter the house of the Lord. Hos 9:4 They shall not offer wine offerings to the LORD, neither shall they be pleasing unto him: their sacrifices shall be unto them as the bread of mourners; all that eat thereof shall be polluted: for their bread for their soul shall not come into the house of the LORD. (kjv) Hos 9:4 wo sie dem HERRN kein Trankopfer vom Wein noch etwas zu Gefallen tun können. Ihr Opfer soll sein wie der Betrübten Brot, an welchem unrein werden alle, die davon essen; denn ihr Brot müssen sie für sich selbst essen, und es soll nicht in des HERRN Haus gebracht werden. Hos 9:4 οὐκ ἔσπεισαν τῷ κυρίῳ οἶνον καὶ οὐχ ἥδυναν αὐτῷ αἱ θυσίαι αὐτῶν ὡς ἄρτος πένθους αὐτοῖς πάντες οἱ ἔσθοντες αὐτὰ μιανθήσονται διότι οἱ ἄρτοι αὐτῶν ταῖς ψυχαῖς αὐτῶν οὐκ εἰσελεύσονται εἰς τὸν οἶκον κυρίου ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 9:5 What will you do on the day of the appointed festival And on the day of the feast of the Lord? Hos 9:5 τί ποιήσετε ἐν ἡμέρᾳ πανηγύρεως καὶ ἐν ἡμέρᾳ ἑορτῆς τοῦ κυρίου ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 9:6 For behold, they will go because of destruction; Egypt will gather them up, Memphis will bury them. Weeds will take over their treasures of silver; Thorns will be in their tents. Hos 9:6 For, lo, they are gone because of destruction: Egypt shall gather them up, Memphis shall bury them: the pleasant places for their silver, nettles shall possess them: thorns shall be in their tabernacles. (kjv) Hos 9:6 Siehe, sie müssen weg vor dem Verstörer. Ägypten wird sie sammeln, und Moph wird sie begraben. Nesseln werden wachsen, da jetzt ihr liebes Götzensilber steht, und Dornen in ihren Hütten. Hos 9:6 διὰ τοῦτο ἰδοὺ πορεύσονται ἐκ ταλαιπωρίας Αἰγύπτου καὶ ἐκδέξεται αὐτοὺς Μέμφις καὶ θάψει αὐτοὺς Μαχμας τὸ ἀργύριον αὐτῶν ὄλεθρος κληρονομήσει ἄκανθαι ἐν τοῖς σκηνώμασιν αὐτῶν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 9:7 The days of punishment have come, The days of retribution have come; Let Israel know this! The prophet is a fool, The inspired man is demented, Because of the grossness of your iniquity, And because your hostility is so great. Hos 9:7 The days of visitation are come, the days of recompence are come; Israel shall know it: the prophet is a fool, the spiritual man is mad, for the multitude of thine iniquity, and the great hatred. (kjv) Hos 9:7 Die Zeit der Heimsuchung ist gekommen, die Zeit der Vergeltung; des wird Israel innewerden. Die Propheten sind Narren, und die Rottengeister sind wahnsinnig um deiner großen Missetat und um der großen feindseligen Abgötterei willen. Hos 9:7 ἥκασιν αἱ ἡμέραι τῆς ἐκδικήσεως ἥκασιν αἱ ἡμέραι τῆς ἀνταποδόσεώς σου καὶ κακωθήσεται Ισραηλ ὥσπερ ὁ προφήτης ὁ παρεξεστηκώς ἄνθρωπος ὁ πνευματοφόρος ὑπὸ τοῦ πλήθους τῶν ἀδικιῶν σου ἐπληθύνθη μανία σου ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 9:8 Ephraim was a watchman with my God, a prophet; Yet the snare of a bird catcher is in all his ways, And there is only hostility in the house of his God. Hos 9:8 The watchman of Ephraim was with my God: but the prophet is a snare of a fowler in all his ways, and hatred in the house of his God. (kjv) Hos 9:8 Die Wächter in Ephraim hielten sich vormals an meinen Gott; aber nun sind sie Propheten, die Stricke legen auf allen ihren Wegen durch die feindselige Abgötterei im Hause ihres Gottes. Hos 9:8 σκοπὸς Εφραιμ μετὰ θεοῦ προφήτης παγὶς σκολιὰ ἐπὶ πάσας τὰς ὁδοὺς αὐτοῦ μανίαν ἐν οἴκῳ κυρίου κατέπηξαν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 9:9 They have gone deep in depravity As in the days of Gibeah; He will remember their iniquity, He will punish their sins. Hos 9:9 They have deeply corrupted themselves, as in the days of Gibeah: therefore he will remember their iniquity, he will visit their sins. (kjv) Hos 9:9 Sie verderben's zu tief wie zur Zeit Gibeas; darum wird er ihrer Missetat gedenken und ihre Sünden heimsuchen. Hos 9:9 ἐφθάρησαν κατὰ τὰς ἡμέρας τοῦ βουνοῦ μνησθήσεται ἀδικίας αὐτοῦ ἐκδικήσει ἁμαρτίας αὐτοῦ ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 9:10 I found Israel like grapes in the wilderness; I saw your forefathers as the earliest fruit on the fig tree in its first season. But they came to Baal-peor and devoted themselves to shame, And they became as detestable as that which they loved. Hos 9:10 I found Israel like grapes in the wilderness; I saw your fathers as the firstripe in the fig tree at her first time: but they went to Baalpeor, and separated themselves unto that shame; and their abominations were according as they loved. (kjv) Hos 9:10 Ich fand Israel in der Wüste wie Trauben und sah eure Väter wie die ersten Feigen am Feigenbaum; aber hernach gingen sie zu Baal-Peor und gelobten sich dem schändlichen Abgott und wurden ja so greulich wie ihre Buhlen. Yes, woe to them indeed when I depart from them! (kjv) Hos 9:12 Und ob sie ihre Kinder gleich erzögen, will ich sie doch ohne Kinder machen, daß keine Leute mehr sein sollen. Auch weh ihnen, wenn ich von ihnen gewichen bin! Hos 9:12 διότι καὶ ἐὰν ἐκθρέψωσιν τὰ τέκνα αὐτῶν ἀτεκνωθήσονται ἐξ ἀνθρώπων διότι καὶ οὐαὶ αὐτοῖς ἐστιν σάρξ μου ἐξ αὐτῶν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 9:13 Ephraim, as I have seen, Is planted in a pleasant meadow like Tyre; But Ephraim will bring out his children for slaughter. Hos 9:13 Ephraim, as I saw Tyrus, is planted in a pleasant place: but Ephraim shall bring forth his children to the murderer. Because of the wickedness of their deeds I will drive them out of My house! I will love them no more; All their princes are rebels. Hos 9:15 All their wickedness is in Gilgal: for there I hated them: for the wickedness of their doings I will drive them out of mine house, I will love them no more: all their princes are revolters. Hos 9:15 πᾶσαι αἱ κακίαι αὐτῶν εἰς Γαλγαλ ὅτι ἐκεῖ αὐτοὺς ἐμίσησα διὰ τὰς κακίας τῶν ἐπιτηδευμάτων αὐτῶν ἐκ τοῦ οἴκου μου ἐκβαλῶ αὐτούς οὐ μὴ προσθήσω τοῦ ἀγαπῆσαι αὐτούς πάντες οἱ ἄρχοντες αὐτῶν ἀπειθοῦντες ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 9:16 Ephraim is stricken, their root is dried up, They will bear no fruit. Even though they bear children, I will slay the precious ones of their womb. Hos 9:16 Ephraim is smitten, their root is dried up, they shall bear no fruit: yea, though they bring forth, yet will I slay even the beloved fruit of their womb. (kjv) Hos 9:16 Ephraim ist geschlagen; ihre Wurzel ist verdorrt, daß sie keine Frucht mehr bringen können. Und ob sie gebären würden, will ich doch die liebe Frucht ihres Leibes töten. Hos 9:17 ἀπώσεται αὐτοὺς ὁ θεός ὅτι οὐκ εἰσήκουσαν αὐτοῦ καὶ ἔσονται πλανῆται ἐν τοῖς ἔθνεσιν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 10:1 Israel is a luxuriant vine; He produces fruit for himself. The more his fruit, The more altars he made; The richer his land, The better he made the sacred pillars. Hos 10:1 Israel is an empty vine, he bringeth forth fruit unto himself: according to the multitude of his fruit he hath increased the altars; according to the goodness of his land they have made goodly images. (kjv) Hos 10:1 Israel ist ein ausgebreiteter Weinstock, der seine Frucht trägt. Aber soviel Früchte er hatte, so viel Altäre hatte er gemacht; wo das Land am besten war, da stifteten sie die schönsten Bildsäulen. Hos 10:1 ἄμπελος εὐκληματοῦσα Ισραηλ ὁ καρπὸς αὐτῆς εὐθηνῶν κατὰ τὸ πλῆθος τῶν καρπῶν αὐτοῦ ἐπλήθυνεν τὰ θυσιαστήρια κατὰ τὰ ἀγαθὰ τῆς γῆς αὐτοῦ ᾠκοδόμησεν στήλας ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 10:2 Their heart is faithless; Now they must bear their guilt. The Lord will break down their altars And destroy their sacred pillars. Hos 10:2 Their heart is divided; now shall they be found faulty: he shall break down their altars, he shall spoil their images. (kjv) Hos 10:2 Ihr Herz ist zertrennt; nun wird sie ihre Schuld finden. Ihre Altäre sollen zerbrochen und ihre Bildsäulen sollen zerstört werden. Hos 10:2 ἐμέρισαν καρδίας αὐτῶν νῦν ἀφανισθήσονται αὐτὸς κατασκάψει τὰ θυσιαστήρια αὐτῶν ταλαιπωρήσουσιν αἱ στῆλαι αὐτῶν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 10:3 Surely now they will say, "We have no king, For we do not revere the Lord. As for the king, what can he do for us?" Hos 10:3 For now they shall say, We have no king, because we feared not the LORD; what then should a king do to us? (kjv) Hos 10:3 Alsdann müssen sie sagen: Wir haben keinen König, denn wir fürchteten den HERRN nicht; was kann uns der König nun helfen? Hos 10:3 διότι νῦν ἐροῦσιν οὐκ ἔστιν βασιλεὺς ἡμῖν ὅτι οὐκ ἐφοβήθημεν τὸν κύριον ὁ δὲ βασιλεὺς τί ποιήσει ἡμῖν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 10:4 They speak mere words, With worthless oaths they make covenants; And judgment sprouts like poisonous weeds in the furrows of the field. Hos 10:4 They have spoken words, swearing falsely in making a covenant: thus judgment springeth up as hemlock in the furrows of the field. (kjv) Hos 10:4 Sie reden und schwören vergeblich und machen einen Bund, und solcher Rat grünt auf allen Furchen im Felde wie giftiges Kraut. Hos 10:4 λαλῶν ῥήματα προφάσεις ψευδεῖς διαθήσεται διαθήκην ἀνατελεῖ ὡς ἄγρωστις κρίμα ἐπὶ χέρσον ἀγροῦ ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 10:5 The inhabitants of Samaria will fear For the calf of Beth-aven. Indeed, its people will mourn for it, And its idolatrous priests will cry out over it, Over its glory, since it has departed from it. Hos 10:5 The inhabitants of Samaria shall fear because of the calves of Bethaven: for the people thereof shall mourn over it, and the priests thereof that rejoiced on it, for the glory thereof, because it is departed from it. (kjv) Hos 10:5 Die Einwohner zu Samaria sorgen um das Kalb zu Beth-Aven; denn sein Volk trauert darum, und seine Götzenpfaffen zittern seiner Herrlichkeit halben; denn sie wird von ihnen weggeführt. Hos 10:5 τῷ μόσχῳ τοῦ οἴκου Ων παροικήσουσιν οἱ κατοικοῦντες Σαμάρειαν ὅτι ἐπένθησεν ὁ λαὸς αὐτοῦ ἐπ᾽ αὐτόν καὶ καθὼς παρεπίκραναν αὐτόν ἐπιχαροῦνται ἐπὶ τὴν δόξαν αὐτοῦ ὅτι μετῳκίσθη ἀπ᾽ αὐτοῦ ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 10:6 The thing itself will be carried to Assyria As tribute to King Jareb; Ephraim will be seized with shame And Israel will be ashamed of its own counsel. Hos 10:6 It shall be also carried unto Assyria for a present to king Jareb: Ephraim shall receive shame, and Israel shall be ashamed of his own counsel. (kjv) Hos 10:6 Ja, das Kalb wird nach Assyrien gebracht zum Geschenke dem König Jareb. Also muß Ephraim mit Schanden stehen und Israel schändlich gehen mit seinen Vornehmen. Hos 10:6 καὶ αὐτὸν εἰς Ἀσσυρίους δήσαντες ἀπήνεγκαν ξένια τῷ βασιλεῖ Ιαριμ ἐν δόματι Εφραιμ δέξεται καὶ αἰσχυνθήσεται Ισραηλ ἐν τῇ βουλῇ αὐτοῦ ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 10:7 Samaria will be cut off with her king Like a stick on the surface of the water. Hos 10:7 As for Samaria, her king is cut off as the foam upon the water. (kjv) Hos 10:7 Denn der König zu Samaria ist dahin wie ein Schaum auf dem Wasser. Hos 10:7 ἀπέρριψεν Σαμάρεια βασιλέα αὐτῆς ὡς φρύγανον ἐπὶ προσώπου ὕδατος ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 10:8 Also the high places of Aven, the sin of Israel, will be destroyed; Thorn and thistle will grow on their altars; Then they will say to the mountains, "Cover us!" And to the hills, "Fall on us!" Hos 10:8 The high places also of Aven, the sin of Israel, shall be destroyed: the thorn and the thistle shall come up on their altars; and they shall say to the mountains, Cover us; and to the hills, Fall on us. (kjv) Hos 10:8 Die Höhen zu Aven sind vertilgt, durch die sich Israel versündigte; Disteln und Dornen wachsen auf ihren Altären. Und sie werden sagen: Ihr Berge bedeckt uns! und: Ihr Hügel, fallt über uns! Hos 10:8 καὶ ἐξαρθήσονται βωμοὶ Ων ἁμαρτήματα τοῦ Ισραηλ ἄκανθαι καὶ τρίβολοι ἀναβήσονται ἐπὶ τὰ θυσιαστήρια αὐτῶν καὶ ἐροῦσιν τοῖς ὄρεσιν καλύψατε ἡμᾶς καὶ τοῖς βουνοῖς πέσατε ἐφ᾽ ἡμᾶς ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 10:9 From the days of Gibeah you have sinned, O Israel; There they stand! Will not the battle against the sons of iniquity overtake them in Gibeah? Hos 10:9 O Israel, thou hast sinned from the days of Gibeah: there they stood: the battle in Gibeah against the children of iniquity did not overtake them. Aber es soll sie ein Streit, nicht gleich dem zu Gibea, ergreifen, so wider die bösen Leute geschah; Hos 10:9 ἀφ᾽ οὗ οἱ βουνοί ἥμαρτεν Ισραηλ ἐκεῖ ἔστησαν οὐ μὴ καταλάβῃ αὐτοὺς ἐν τῷ βουνῷ πόλεμος ἐπὶ τὰ τέκνα ἀδικίας ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 10:10 When it is My desire, I will chastise them; And the peoples will be gathered against them When they are bound for their double guilt. Hos 10:10 It is in my desire that I should chastise them; and the people shall be gathered against them, when they shall bind themselves in their two furrows. (kjv) Hos 10:10 sondern ich will sie züchtigen nach meinem Wunsch, daß alle Völker sollen über sie versammelt kommen, wenn ich sie werde strafen um ihre zwei Sünden. Hos 10:10 ἦλθεν παιδεῦσαι αὐτούς καὶ συναχθήσονται ἐπ᾽ αὐτοὺς λαοὶ ἐν τῷ παιδεύεσθαι αὐτοὺς ἐν ταῖς δυσὶν ἀδικίαις αὐτῶν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 10:11 Ephraim is a trained heifer that loves to thresh, But I will come over her fair neck with a yoke; I will harness Ephraim, Judah will plow, Jacob will harrow for himself. Hos 10:11 And Ephraim is as an heifer that is taught, and loveth to tread out the corn; but I passed over upon her fair neck: I will make Ephraim to ride; Judah shall plow, and Jacob shall break his clods. (kjv) Hos 10:11 Ephraim ist ein Kalb, gewöhnt, daß man es gern drischt. Ich will ihm über seinen schönen Hals fahren; ich will Ephraim retten, Juda soll pflügen und Jakob eggen. Hos 10:11 Εφραιμ δάμαλις δεδιδαγμένη ἀγαπᾶν νεῖκος ἐγὼ δὲ ἐπελεύσομαι ἐπὶ τὸ κάλλιστον τοῦ τραχήλου αὐτῆς ἐπιβιβῶ Εφραιμ καὶ παρασιωπήσομαι Ιουδαν ἐνισχύσει αὐτῷ Ιακωβ ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 10:12 Sow with a view to righteousness, Reap in accordance with kindness; Break up your fallow ground, For it is time to seek the Lord Until He comes to rain righteousness on you. Hos 10:12 Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the LORD, till he come and rain righteousness upon you. (kjv) Hos 10:12 Darum säet euch Gerechtigkeit und erntet Liebe; pflüget ein Neues, weil es Zeit ist, den HERRN zu suchen, bis daß er komme und lasse regnen über euch Gerechtigkeit. Hos 10:12 σπείρατε ἑαυτοῖς εἰς δικαιοσύνην τρυγήσατε εἰς καρπὸν ζωῆς φωτίσατε ἑαυτοῖς φῶς γνώσεως ἐκζητήσατε τὸν κύριον ἕως τοῦ ἐλθεῖν γενήματα δικαιοσύνης ὑμῖν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 10:13 You have plowed wickedness, you have reaped injustice, You have eaten the fruit of lies. Because you have trusted in your way, in your numerous warriors, Hos 10:13 Ye have plowed wickedness, ye have reaped iniquity; ye have eaten the fruit of lies: because thou didst trust in thy way, in the multitude of thy mighty men. Hos 10:13 ἵνα τί παρεσιωπήσατε ἀσέβειαν καὶ τὰς ἀδικίας αὐτῆς ἐτρυγήσατε ἐφάγετε καρπὸν ψευδῆ ὅτι ἤλπισας ἐν τοῖς ἅρμασίν σου ἐν πλήθει δυνάμεώς σου ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 10:14 Therefore a tumult will arise among your people, And all your fortresses will be destroyed, As Shalman destroyed Beth-arbel on the day of battle, When mothers were dashed in pieces with their children. Hos 10:14 Therefore shall a tumult arise among thy people, and all thy fortresses shall be spoiled, as Shalman spoiled Betharbel in the day of battle: the mother was dashed in pieces upon her children. (kjv) Hos 10:14 Weil du dich denn verläßt auf dein Wesen und auf die Menge deiner Helden, so soll sich ein Getümmel erheben in deinem Volk, daß alle deine Festen verstört werden, gleichwie Salman verstörte das Haus Arbeels zur Zeit des Streits, da die Mutter samt den Kindern zu Trümmern ging. Hos 10:14 καὶ ἐξαναστήσεται ἀπώλεια ἐν τῷ λαῷ σου καὶ πάντα τὰ περιτετειχισμένα σου οἰχήσεται ὡς ἄρχων Σαλαμαν ἐκ τοῦ οἴκου Ιεροβααλ ἐν ἡμέραις πολέμου μητέρα ἐπὶ τέκνοις ἠδάφισαν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 10:15 Thus it will be done to you at Bethel because of your great wickedness. At dawn the king of Israel will be completely cut off. Hos 10:15 So shall Bethel do unto you because of your great wickedness: in a morning shall the king of Israel utterly be cut off.(kjv) Hos 10:15 Ebenso soll's euch zu Beth-El auch gehen um eurer großen Bosheit willen, daß der König Israels frühmorgens untergehe. Hos 10:15 οὕτως ποιήσω ὑμῖν οἶκος τοῦ Ισραηλ ἀπὸ προσώπου κακιῶν ὑμῶν ὄρθρου ἀπερρίφησαν ἀπερρίφη βασιλεὺς Ισραηλ ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 11:1 When Israel was a youth I loved him, And out of Egypt I called My son. Hos 11:1 When Israel was a child, then I loved him, and called my son out of Egypt. (kjv) Hos 11:1 Da Israel jung war, hatte ich ihn lieb und rief ihn, meinen Sohn, aus Ägypten. Hos 11:1 διότι νήπιος Ισραηλ καὶ ἐγὼ ἠγάπησα αὐτὸν καὶ ἐξ Αἰγύπτου μετεκάλεσα τὰ τέκνα αὐτοῦ ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 11:2 The more they called them, The more they went from them; They kept sacrificing to the Baals And burning incense to idols. Hos 11:2 As they called them, so they went from them: they sacrificed unto Baalim, and burned incense to graven images. (kjv) Hos 11:2 Aber wenn man sie jetzt ruft, so wenden sie sich davon und opfern den Baalim und räuchern den Bildern. Hos 11:2 καθὼς μετεκάλεσα αὐτούς οὕτως ἀπῴχοντο ἐκ προσώπου μου αὐτοὶ τοῖς Βααλιμ ἔθυον καὶ τοῖς γλυπτοῖς ἐθυμίων ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 11:3 Yet it is I who taught Ephraim to walk, I took them in My arms; But they did not know that I healed them. Hos 11:3 I taught Ephraim also to go, taking them by their arms; but they knew not that I healed them. (kjv) Hos 11:3 Ich nahm Ephraim bei seinen Armen und leitete ihn; aber sie merkten es nicht, wie ich ihnen half. Hos 11:3 καὶ ἐγὼ συνεπόδισα τὸν Εφραιμ ἀνέλαβον αὐτὸν ἐπὶ τὸν βραχίονά μου καὶ οὐκ ἔγνωσαν ὅτι ἴαμαι αὐτούς ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 11:4 I led them with cords of a man, with bonds of love, And I became to them as one who lifts the yoke from their jaws; And I bent down and fed them. Hos 11:4 I drew them with cords of a man, with bands of love: and I was to them as they that take off the yoke on their jaws, and I laid meat unto them. (kjv) Hos 11:4 Ich ließ sie ein menschlich Joch ziehen und in Seilen der Liebe gehen und half ihnen das Joch an ihrem Hals tragen und gab ihnen Futter. Hos 11:4 ἐν διαφθορᾷ ἀνθρώπων ἐξέτεινα αὐτοὺς ἐν δεσμοῖς ἀγαπήσεώς μου καὶ ἔσομαι αὐτοῖς ὡς ῥαπίζων ἄνθρωπος ἐπὶ τὰς σιαγόνας αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐπιβλέψομαι πρὸς αὐτόν δυνήσομαι αὐτῷ ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 11:5 They will not return to the land of Egypt; But Assyria--he will be their king Because they refused to return to Me. Hos 11:5 He shall not return into the land of Egypt, and the Assyrian shall be his king, because they refused to return. (kjv) Hos 11:5 Sie sollen nicht wieder nach Ägyptenland kommen, sondern Assur soll nun ihr König sein; denn sie wollen sich nicht bekehren. Hos 11:5 κατῴκησεν Εφραιμ ἐν Αἰγύπτῳ καὶ Ασσουρ αὐτὸς βασιλεὺς αὐτοῦ ὅτι οὐκ ἠθέλησεν ἐπιστρέψαι ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 11:6 The sword will whirl against their cities, And will demolish their gate bars And consume them because of their counsels. Hos 11:6 And the sword shall abide on his cities, and shall consume his branches, and devour them, because of their own counsels. Hos 11:6 καὶ ἠσθένησεν ῥομφαία ἐν ταῖς πόλεσιν αὐτοῦ καὶ κατέπαυσεν ἐν ταῖς χερσὶν αὐτοῦ καὶ φάγονται ἐκ τῶν διαβουλίων αὐτῶν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 11:7 So My people are bent on turning from Me. Though they call them to the One on high, None at all exalts Him. Hos 11:7 And my people are bent to backsliding from me: though they called them to the most High, none at all would exalt him. (kjv) Hos 11:7 Mein Volk ist müde, sich zu mir zu kehren; und wenn man ihnen predigt, so richtet sich keiner auf. Hos 11:7 καὶ ὁ λαὸς αὐτοῦ ἐπικρεμάμενος ἐκ τῆς κατοικίας αὐτοῦ καὶ ὁ θεὸς ἐπὶ τὰ τίμια αὐτοῦ θυμωθήσεται καὶ οὐ μὴ ὑψώσῃ αὐτόν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 11:8 How can I give you up, O Ephraim? How can I surrender you, O Israel? How can I make you like Admah? How can I treat you like Zeboiim? My heart is turned over within Me, All My compassions are kindled. Hos 11:8 How shall I give thee up, Ephraim? how shall I deliver thee, Israel? how shall I make thee as Admah? how shall I set thee as Zeboim? mine heart is turned within me, my repentings are kindled together. Aber auch Juda hält nicht fest an Gott und an dem Heiligen, der treu ist. Moreover, he makes a covenant with Assyria, And oil is carried to Egypt. Hos 12:1 Ephraim feedeth on wind, and followeth after the east wind: he daily increaseth lies and desolation; and they do make a covenant with the Assyrians, and oil is carried into Egypt. He found Him at Bethel And there He spoke with us, Hos 12:4 Yea, he had power over the angel, and prevailed: he wept, and made supplication unto him: he found him in Bethel, and there he spake with us; (kjv) Hos 12:4 Er kämpfte mit dem Engel und siegte, denn er weinte und bat ihn; auch hat er ihn ja zu Beth-El gefunden, und daselbst hat er mit uns geredet. (kjv) Hos 12:6 So bekehre dich nun zu deinem Gott, und halte Barmherzigkeit und Recht und hoffe stets auf deinen Gott. Hos 12:7 Χανααν ἐν χειρὶ αὐτοῦ ζυγὸς ἀδικίας καταδυναστεύειν ἠγάπησε ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 12:8 And Ephraim said, "Surely I have become rich, I have found wealth for myself; In all my labors they will find in me No iniquity, which would be sin." Hos 12:8 And Ephraim said, Yet I am become rich, I have found me out substance: in all my labours they shall find none iniquity in me that were sin. Hos 12:14 Ephraim provoked him to anger most bitterly: therefore shall he leave his blood upon him, and his reproach shall his LORD return unto him.(kjv) Hos 12:14 Nun aber erzürnt ihn Ephraim durch seine Götzen; darum wird ihr Blut über sie kommen, und ihr HERR wird ihnen vergelten ihre Schmach, die sie ihm antun. They say of them, "Let the men who sacrifice kiss the calves!" Hos 13:2 And now they sin more and more, and have made them molten images of their silver, and idols according to their own understanding, all of it the work of the craftsmen: they say of them, Let the men that sacrifice kiss the calves. (kjv) Hos 13:2 Aber nun machen sie der Sünden viel mehr und aus ihrem Silber Bilder, wie sie es erdenken können, nämlich Götzen, welche doch eitel Schmiedewerk sind. Dennoch predigen sie von denselben: Wer die Kälber küssen will, der soll Menschen opfern. Hos 13:2 καὶ προσέθετο τοῦ ἁμαρτάνειν ἔτι καὶ ἐποίησαν ἑαυτοῖς χώνευμα ἐκ τοῦ ἀργυρίου αὐτῶν κατ᾽ εἰκόνα εἰδώλων ἔργα τεκτόνων συντετελεσμένα αὐτοῖς αὐτοὶ λέγουσιν θύσατε ἀνθρώπους μόσχοι γὰρ ἐκλελοίπασιν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 13:3 Therefore they will be like the morning cloud And like dew which soon disappears, Like chaff which is blown away from the threshing floor And like smoke from a chimney. Hos 13:3 Therefore they shall be as the morning cloud and as the early dew that passeth away, as the chaff that is driven with the whirlwind out of the floor, and as the smoke out of the chimney. Hos 13:6 According to their pasture, so were they filled; they were filled, and their heart was exalted; therefore have they forgotten me. (kjv) Hos 13:6 Aber weil sie geweidet sind, daß sie satt geworden sind und genug haben, erhebt sich ihr Herz; darum vergessen sie mein. Hos 13:8 I will meet them as a bear that is bereaved of her whelps, and will rend the caul of their heart, and there will I devour them like a lion: the wild beast shall tear them. Hos 13:8 ἀπαντήσομαι αὐτοῖς ὡς ἄρκος ἀπορουμένη καὶ διαρρήξω συγκλεισμὸν καρδίας αὐτῶν καὶ καταφάγονται αὐτοὺς ἐκεῖ σκύμνοι δρυμοῦ θηρία ἀγροῦ διασπάσει αὐτούς ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 13:9 It is your destruction, O Israel, That you are against Me, against your help. Hos 13:10 ποῦ ὁ βασιλεύς σου οὗτος καὶ διασωσάτω σε ἐν πάσαις ταῖς πόλεσίν σου κρινάτω σε ὃν εἶπας δός μοι βασιλέα καὶ ἄρχοντα ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 13:11 I gave you a king in My anger And took him away in My wrath. Hos 13:13 The sorrows of a travailing woman shall come upon him: he is an unwise son; for he should not stay long in the place of the breaking forth of children. (kjv) Hos 13:13 Denn es soll ihm wehe werden wie einer Gebärerin. Er ist ein unverständig Kind; denn wenn die Zeit gekommen ist, so will er die Mutter nicht brechen. Hos 13:13 ὠδῖνες ὡς τικτούσης ἥξουσιν αὐτῷ οὗτος ὁ υἱός σου οὐ φρόνιμος διότι οὐ μὴ ὑποστῇ ἐν συντριβῇ τέκνων ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 13:14 Shall I ransom them from the power of Sheol? Shall I redeem them from death? O Death, where are your thorns? O Sheol, where is your sting? Compassion will be hidden from My sight. Hos 13:14 I will ransom them from the power of the grave; I will redeem them from death: O death, I will be thy plagues; O grave, I will be thy destruction: repentance shall be hid from mine eyes. (kjv) Hos 13:14 Aber ich will sie erlösen aus der Hölle und vom Tod erretten. Tod, ich will dir ein Gift sein; Hölle ich will dir eine Pestilenz sein. Doch ist der Trost vor meinen Augen verborgen. Hos 13:14 ἐκ χειρὸς ᾅδου ῥύσομαι αὐτοὺς καὶ ἐκ θανάτου λυτρώσομαι αὐτούς ποῦ ἡ δίκη σου θάνατε ποῦ τὸ κέντρον σου ᾅδη παράκλησις κέκρυπται ἀπὸ ὀφθαλμῶν μου ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 13:15 Though he flourishes among the reeds, An east wind will come, The wind of the Lord coming up from the wilderness; And his fountain will become dry And his spring will be dried up; It will plunder his treasury of every precious article. Hos 13:15 Though he be fruitful among his brethren, an east wind shall come, the wind of the LORD shall come up from the wilderness, and his spring shall become dry, and his fountain shall be dried up: he shall spoil the treasure of all pleasant vessels. (kjv) Hos 13:15 Denn wenn er auch zwischen Brüdern Frucht bringt, so wird doch ein Ostwind des HERRN aus der Wüste herauffahren, daß sein Brunnen vertrocknet und seine Quelle versiegt; und er wird rauben den Schatz alles köstlichen Gerätes. Say to Him, "Take away all iniquity And receive us graciously, That we may present the fruit of our lips. (kjv) Hos 14:2 Nehmt diese Worte mit euch und bekehrt euch zum HERRN und sprecht zu ihm: Vergib uns alle Sünde und tue uns wohl; so wollen wir opfern die Farren unsrer Lippen. (kjv) Hos 14:3 Assur soll uns nicht helfen; wir wollen nicht mehr auf Rossen reiten, auch nicht mehr sagen zu den Werken unsrer Hände: "Ihr seid unser Gott"; sondern laß die Waisen bei dir Gnade finden. Hos 14:3 Ασσουρ οὐ μὴ σώσῃ ἡμᾶς ἐφ᾽ ἵππον οὐκ ἀναβησόμεθα οὐκέτι μὴ εἴπωμεν θεοὶ ἡμῶν τοῖς ἔργοις τῶν χειρῶν ἡμῶν ὁ ἐν σοὶ ἐλεήσει ὀρφανόν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 14:4 I will heal their apostasy, I will love them freely, For My anger has turned away from them. Hos 14:4 ἰάσομαι τὰς κατοικίας αὐτῶν ἀγαπήσω αὐτοὺς ὁμολόγως ὅτι ἀπέστρεψεν ἡ ὀργή μου ἀπ᾽ αὐτῶν ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 14:5 I will be like the dew to Israel; He will blossom like the lily, And he will take root like the cedars of Lebanon. (kjv) Hos 14:5 Ich will Israel wie ein Tau sein, daß er soll blühen wie eine Rose, und seine Wurzeln sollen ausschlagen wie der Libanon Hos 14:5 ἔσομαι ὡς δρόσος τῷ Ισραηλ ἀνθήσει ὡς κρίνον καὶ βαλεῖ τὰς ῥίζας αὐτοῦ ὡς ὁ Λίβανος ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 14:6 His shoots will sprout, And his beauty will be like the olive tree And his fragrance like the cedars of Lebanon. Hos 14:6 His branches shall spread, and his beauty shall be as the olive tree, and his smell as Lebanon. (kjv) Hos 14:6 und seine Zweige sich ausbreiten, daß er sei schön wie ein Ölbaum, und soll so guten Geruch geben wie der Libanon. Hos 14:6 πορεύσονται οἱ κλάδοι αὐτοῦ καὶ ἔσται ὡς ἐλαία κατάκαρπος καὶ ἡ ὀσφρασία αὐτοῦ ὡς Λιβάνου ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 14:7 Those who live in his shadow Will again raise grain, And they will blossom like the vine. His renown will be like the wine of Lebanon. Hos 14:7 They that dwell under his shadow shall return; they shall revive as the corn, and grow as the vine: the scent thereof shall be as the wine of Lebanon. (kjv) Hos 14:7 Und sie sollen wieder unter einem Schatten sitzen; von Korn sollen sie sich nähren und blühen wie der Weinstock; sein Gedächtnis soll sein wie der Wein am Libanon. Hos 14:7 ἐπιστρέψουσιν καὶ καθιοῦνται ὑπὸ τὴν σκέπην αὐτοῦ ζήσονται καὶ μεθυσθήσονται σίτῳ καὶ ἐξανθήσει ὡς ἄμπελος τὸ μνημόσυνον αὐτοῦ ὡς οἶνος Λιβάνου ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 14:8 O Ephraim, what more have I to do with idols? It is I who answer and look after you. I am like a luxuriant cypress; From Me comes your fruit. Hos 14:8 Ephraim shall say, What have I to do any more with idols? I have heard him, and observed him: I am like a green fir tree. From me is thy fruit found. (kjv) Hos 14:8 Ephraim, was sollen mir weiter die Götzen? Ich will ihn erhören und führen; ich will sein wie eine grünende Tanne; an mir soll man deine Frucht finden. Hos 14:8 τῷ Εφραιμ τί αὐτῷ ἔτι καὶ εἰδώλοις ἐγὼ ἐταπείνωσα αὐτόν καὶ ἐγὼ κατισχύσω αὐτόν ἐγὼ ὡς ἄρκευθος πυκάζουσα ἐξ ἐμοῦ ὁ καρπός σου εὕρηται ------------------------------------------------------ Hos 14:9 Whoever is wise, let him understand these things; Whoever is discerning, let him know them. For the ways of the Lord are right, And the righteous will walk in them, But transgressors will stumble in them. Hos 14:9 Who is wise, and he shall understand these things? prudent, and he shall know them? for the ways of the LORD are right, and the just shall walk in them: but the transgressors shall fall therein.(kjv) Hos 14:9 Wer ist weise, der dies verstehe, und klug, der dies merke? Denn die Wege des HERRN sind richtig, und die Gerechten wandeln darin; aber die Übertreter fallen darin. Hos 14:9 τίς σοφὸς καὶ συνήσει ταῦτα ἢ συνετὸς καὶ ἐπιγνώσεται αὐτά διότι εὐθεῖαι αἱ ὁδοὶ τοῦ κυρίου καὶ δίκαιοι πορεύσονται ἐν αὐταῖς οἱ δὲ ἀσεβεῖς ἀσθενήσουσιν ἐν αὐταῖς ------------------------------------------------------
