2Ti 3:1 τοῦτο δὲ γίνωσκε, ὅτι ἐν ἐσχάταις ἡμέραις ἐνστήσονται καιροὶ χαλεποί· ------------------------------------------------------ 2Ti 3:2 For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, 2Ti 3:2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, (kjv) 2Ti 3:2 Denn es werden Menschen sein, die viel von sich halten, geizig, ruhmredig, hoffärtig, Lästerer, den Eltern ungehorsam, undankbar, ungeistlich, 2Ti 3:2 ἔσονται γὰρ οἱ ἄνθρωποι φίλαυτοι, φιλάργυροι, ἀλαζόνες, ὑπερήφανοι, βλάσφημοι, γονεῦσιν ἀπειθεῖς, ἀχάριστοι, ἀνόσιοι, ------------------------------------------------------ 2Ti 3:3 unloving, irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, haters of good, 2Ti 3:3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, (kjv) 2Ti 3:3 lieblos, unversöhnlich, Verleumder, unkeusch, wild, ungütig, 2Ti 3:3 ἄστοργοι, ἄσπονδοι, διάβολοι, ἀκρατεῖς, ἀνήμεροι, ἀφιλάγαθοι, ------------------------------------------------------ 2Ti 3:4 treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 2Ti 3:4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; (kjv) 2Ti 3:4 Verräter, Frevler, aufgeblasen, die mehr lieben Wollust denn Gott, 2Ti 3:4 προδόται, προπετεῖς, τετυφωμένοι, φιλήδονοι μᾶλλον ἢ φιλόθεοι, ------------------------------------------------------ 2Ti 3:5 holding to a form of godliness, although they have denied its power; Avoid such men as these. 2Ti 3:5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. ------------------------------------------------------ 2Ti 3:6 For among them are those who enter into households and captivate weak women weighed down with sins, led on by various impulses, 2Ti 3:6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, (kjv) 2Ti 3:6 Aus denselben sind, die hin und her in die Häuser schleichen und führen die Weiblein gefangen, die mit Sünden beladen sind und von mancherlei Lüsten umgetrieben, 2Ti 3:6 ἐκ τούτων γάρ εἰσιν οἱ ἐνδύνοντες εἰς τὰς οἰκίας καὶ αἰχμαλωτίζοντες γυναικάρια σεσωρευμένα ἁμαρτίαις, ἀγόμενα ἐπιθυμίαις ποικίλαις, ------------------------------------------------------ 2Ti 3:7 always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. 2Ti 3:7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. 2Ti 3:8 ὃν τρόπον δὲ ἰάννης καὶ ἰαμβρῆς ἀντέστησαν μωϊσεῖ, οὕτως καὶ οὖτοι ἀνθίστανται τῇ ἀληθείᾳ, ἄνθρωποι κατεφθαρμένοι τὸν νοῦν, ἀδόκιμοι περὶ τὴν πίστιν· ------------------------------------------------------ 2Ti 3:9 But they will not make further progress; for their folly will be obvious to all, just as Jannes's and Jambres's folly was also. 2Ti 3:9 But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as their's also was. ------------------------------------------------------ 2Ti 3:10 Now you followed my teaching, conduct, purpose, faith, patience, love, perseverance, 2Ti 3:10 But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience, (kjv) 2Ti 3:10 Du aber bist nachgefolgt meiner Lehre, meiner Weise, meiner Meinung, meinem Glauben, meiner Langmut, meiner Liebe, meiner Geduld, 2Ti 3:10 σὺ δὲ παρηκολούθησάς μου τῇ διδασκαλίᾳ, τῇ ἀγωγῇ, τῇ προθέσει, τῇ πίστει, τῇ μακροθυμίᾳ, τῇ ἀγάπῃ, τῇ ὑπομονῇ, ------------------------------------------------------ 2Ti 3:11 persecutions, and sufferings, such as happened to me at Antioch, at Iconium and at Lystra; what persecutions I endured, and out of them all the Lord rescued me! 2Ti 3:11 Persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: but out of them all the Lord delivered me. 2Ti 3:12 καὶ πάντες δὲ οἱ θέλοντες εὐσεβῶς ζῆν ἐν χριστῶ ἰησοῦ διωχθήσονται· ------------------------------------------------------ 2Ti 3:13 But evil men and impostors will proceed from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived. 2Ti 3:13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. ------------------------------------------------------ 2Ti 3:14 You, however, continue in the things you have learned and become convinced of, knowing from whom you have learned them, 2Ti 3:14 But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; (kjv) 2Ti 3:14 Du aber bleibe in dem, was du gelernt hast und dir vertrauet ist, sintemal du weißt, von wem du gelernt hast. 2Ti 3:14 σὺ δὲ μένε ἐν οἷς ἔμαθες καὶ ἐπιστώθης, εἰδὼς παρὰ τίνων ἔμαθες, ------------------------------------------------------ 2Ti 3:15 and that from childhood you have known the sacred writings which are able to give you the wisdom that leads to salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 2Ti 3:15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. ------------------------------------------------------ 2Ti 3:16 All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; 2Ti 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: (kjv) 2Ti 3:16 Denn alle Schrift, von Gott eingegeben, ist nütze zur Lehre, zur Strafe, zur Besserung, zur Züchtigung in der Gerechtigkeit, 2Ti 3:16 πᾶσα γραφὴ θεόπνευστος καὶ ὠφέλιμος πρὸς διδασκαλίαν, πρὸς ἐλεγμόν, πρὸς ἐπανόρθωσιν, πρὸς παιδείαν τὴν ἐν δικαιοσύνῃ, ------------------------------------------------------ 2Ti 3:17 so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work. 2Ti 3:17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.(kjv) 2Ti 3:17 daß ein Mensch Gottes sei vollkommen, zu allem guten Werk geschickt. ------------------------------------------------------ 2Ti 4:1 I solemnly charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by His appearing and His kingdom: 2Ti 4:1 I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; (kjv) 2Ti 4:1 So bezeuge ich nun vor Gott und dem HERRN Jesus Christus, der da zukünftig ist, zu richten die Lebendigen und die Toten mit seiner Erscheinung und mit seinem Reich: 2Ti 4:1 διαμαρτύρομαι ἐνώπιον τοῦ θεοῦ καὶ χριστοῦ ἰησοῦ, τοῦ μέλλοντος κρίνειν ζῶντας καὶ νεκρούς, καὶ τὴν ἐπιφάνειαν αὐτοῦ καὶ τὴν βασιλείαν αὐτοῦ· ------------------------------------------------------ 2Ti 4:2 preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with great patience and instruction. 2Ti 4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. ------------------------------------------------------ 2Ti 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires, 2Ti 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; (kjv) 2Ti 4:3 Denn es wird eine Zeit sein, da sie die heilsame Lehre nicht leiden werden; sondern nach ihren eigenen Lüsten werden sie sich selbst Lehrer aufladen, nach dem ihnen die Ohren jucken, 2Ti 4:3 ἔσται γὰρ καιρὸς ὅτε τῆς ὑγιαινούσης διδασκαλίας οὐκ ἀνέξονται, ἀλλὰ κατὰ τὰς ἰδίας ἐπιθυμίας ἑαυτοῖς ἐπισωρεύσουσιν διδασκάλους κνηθόμενοι τὴν ἀκοήν, ------------------------------------------------------ 2Ti 4:4 and will turn away their ears from the truth and will turn aside to myths. 2Ti 4:4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. ------------------------------------------------------ 2Ti 4:18 The Lord will rescue me from every evil deed, and will bring me safely to His heavenly kingdom; to Him be the glory forever and ever.
