The attached file shows a WJ with front ARB
bumper/winch mount, rear Custom4x4fabrication.com rear
bumper tire carrier, lift, etc.  Not too many options
for front and rear bumpers.  The ARB is not listed for
a 99 model due to cooling problems.  However, I have
read you can fit one and upgrade the 99's fan to
improve cooling.  The OME lifts give you a super ride
and increased wheel travel.  I you do not have the
stock skid plates, they can be purchased inexpensively
from mopar.com.  The transfer case and gas tank plates
are pretty good.  The small front plate
is...well...better than the plastic splash shield. 
You probably want some side rocker guards too.  I have
seen some but can't remember the site. 
Custom4x4fabrication.com may have them.
