The ARB is not listed for a 99 model due to cooling problems. However, I have read you can fit one and upgrade the 99's fan to improve cooling. The OME lifts give you a super ride and increased wheel travel. I you do not have the stock skid plates, they can be purchased inexpensively from mopar.com. The transfer case and gas tank plates are pretty good. The small front plate is...well...better than the plastic splash shield. You probably want some side rocker guards too.
