What, from Iowa? I don't know. That was so long ago... On the way, I didn't go straight there; I stopped in south central Colorado for a few days. Probably 16-18hrs there, and then another four (?) to Ouray -- but not the most direct route from Iowa. I don't remember exactly on the way back -- I think I stopped on that trip, too, but in Denverland to see my brother and cousin. It's usually about 11hrs to Denverland. I think Ouray's about four hours beyond there with interstate and highway from Grand Junction, but ask the Colorado guys or Mapquest. - ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 'X' never, _ever_ marks the spot. -- Indiana Jones - -------------- Dan Black ------------------------- dan-at-black.org -------------- ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 16 Nov 2004 10:10:53 -0800 From: "Jim Blair" Subject: Re: fsj: RE: ebay Jerrari look-over It took me -at-20 hours to get there (with several breaks for misc repair items and an oil change, clutch fix) and it took a day to drive home direct (16 hours IIRC) For this summer, I will be catching a ride down so I'm not so burned out when I get there! john said: {- hey, speaking of highways... how long did it take you to get to Ouray? The exterior is white with silver anodized paneling. The interior is red with leather seating. The original engine has been pulled due to a busted rod. Has a TH400 tranny in good working condition. Was in the process of a restore but ran out of funding. I will be sad to see it go but I must move on! ------------------------------ End of fsj-digest V1 #2307 **************************
