On the Jeep DVD, I have the following: "Trucks!": "Bargain Beater", episodes 1 + 2, separate and together "Jeep Auto Showcase": the 2005 Jeep models, including the tests of the Grand Cherokee against a few cars with really cheesy editing "Test Drive": 2006 Commander I also have a more generic Trucks DVD (not to be confused with the "Trucks!"-named TV episodes from the Jeep DVD) with the following: "Modern Marvels": "4x4" (2003) - history of four-wheel-drive "Modern Marvels": "Pickup Trucks" (2002) - ditto for pickups "Full Throttle": "Ford F100 Truck" -- two teams compete to soup up a couple old F100s "Modern Marvels": "World's Biggest Machines 3" -- just the clip (about 10min) of the world's largest Diesel engine (it's in a ship -- I know, that's not a truck) Screen shots of the menu screen for each DVD are at: http://dsblack.public.iastate.edu/Trucks!/Jeep.png http://dsblack.public.iastate.edu/Trucks!/Trucks.png So, if you want a copy... Cost in the continental U.S. is $2.00 for one DVD, $2.50 for both. (If you want multiple copies, just add another $0.50 for each physical DVD.) This is just what it costs me -- $0.60 for shipping, $0.85 for the packaging. (Sorry I have to charge, but if a dozen or more people want it, it starts adding up quickly.) If you're outside the continental U.S., go to usps.com , go to "Calculate Postage" in the red bar at the top, choose international (or domestic for HI/AK), choose "Envelope", 0 pounds 2 ounces, from ZIP 50010. (Looks like it's only $0.85 to Canada.) Take that postage, add $0.85 for the packaging materials, and $0.50 for each DVD. Of course, the payment should be in U.S. dollars, but PayPal makes that easy, too. For payment, I strongly prefer PayPal. If you absolutely can't do PayPal (and can't pay a friend who can do it for you), I can do money orders or cashier's checks, but those take time since I have to mail them to my bank, so you're looking at at least a week's delay _after_ I receive the check. Absolutely no personal checks -- sorry, I've gone that route in the past, and they can be a major pain. My PayPal account is dan-at-black.org . Might put in the notes section which DVD(s) you want. If the address on the PayPal account you're using is not the shipping address, include that address in the notes or email me and tell me what account the PayPal payment is coming from and what shipping address it should go to. Easiest to keep all that stuff in the PayPal notes so I can keep it together easily. I'll probably send out confirmation emails first, but if everything looks straightforward, I might go ahead and ship it without waiting for a response. (At most I'd wait a day or two.) - ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Never eat more than you can lift. -- Miss Piggy - -------------- Dan Black ------------------------- dan-at-black.org -------------- ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 22 Sep 2005 23:58:11 -0500 From: JeepNut Subject: fsj: tires vs ratios OK now I need to clue in on the tires vs. ratio thing.
