I have them temporarily stored on someone elses property. I need to get rid of them ASAP. One is a 78 and one is a 81. Both good projects or parts. The 78 runs but has a knock. I was told the 81 runs but I have not had time to mess with it. Both have straight bodies with very little rust. Both are 360 with auto transmission. $500 each obo.. Email me for more information. Email for pictures. would sell both for $800. Jamie Smith Spokane, WA _________________________________________________________________ Climb to the top of the charts! Parts Sorry to hear your health hasn't improved much (mine has it's ups and downs too) I haven't given up on getting mine done. It's still getting put off due to lack of a place to work in inclement weather, but I hope that changes very soon! Passing this on to the other lists. (I had to b!tch out Hotmail to get my BCC line back) 84 & 86 Wagoneers + Misc. Parts Posted by: "lpduncan" lpduncan-at-yahoo.com lpduncan Date: Fri Oct 12, 2007 6:23 am ((PDT)) Hello Jim & All, Due to health and time constraints, I am giving up on proposed future major Wagoneer project/s. I have a 1986 Wagoneer with bad engine and transmission, minor surface rust, and has been stored inside for the last five years. Front clip has been removed; all parts for front clip are available. Also, have 84 Wagoneer with supposedly rebuilt engine that I bought after owner refused to pay mechanic for rebuild. From what I gather, it ran, but the flex plate cracked, and the owner would not pay for it to be repaired. The 84 Wagoneer is in rough shape, as has been stored outside. Both have inoperative rear windows. Both vehicles for $350.....must pick them up. Both Jeeps are located in south central Upper Peninsula of Michigan (Gladstone), just four blocks off US2 & M35. Pictures will be made available upon request. Get a week off between Christmas and New Year and have at least a couple of weeks of vacation saved up too... anyway, two ideas have come forth: 1) drive to Tucson to spend Christmas with our son 2) fly to Hawaii.... TWO groups of questions come forth: 1) which vehicle to take? will the '91 GW be ready and working with the Diesel? Or do we take the '99 WJ? Or, save fuel and take the '91 300D? We plan to go down by way of Boise, SLC, then down through northern AZ, then back up via I-10 to LA and up I-5 to Seattle... Question is what kind of snow could be expected???? Would the '91 300D be ok for a trip through the mountains in December? Biggest issue there is the seats... could our backs survive six or seven days in the benz seats???? 2) If Hawaii which island? and where to get the tickets/package: expedia, travelocity, cheaptickets, or costco? :) Talked to curtis this morning, Omega ('91 Grand Wagoneer) might be done this week... talking about coming up next Saturday... Still need to change the chain in the WJs xfr case.... The benz got a new voltage regulator and seems to be doing better, no dead battery so far... So, a six day road trip, or six days on a beach? We're leaning toward the road trip... first choice is the Grand Wagoneer with the 6.2L Diesel... the benz with mid 30's mpg is coming in a very close second... :) we'll see... john ----- - ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Snohomish, Washington -o|||||o- where Jeeps don't rust, they mold http://freegift.com ** http://wagoneers.com ** - ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------ End of fsj-digest V1 #2935 **************************
