It does have the center differential... make me an offer... it's heavy... I decided to go with the NP219 because I've had good luck with them before, it's simple, and I had one. Picked this one up in Ouray. I'm not sure, but I think that the Jeep got quieter and smoother... I took a drive up the highway... It could be that the worn xfr case was making noise and I didn't realize it... Little improvements... I'll take 'em. :) The only problem after the swap and test drive was the clinch pin holding the shift lever fell out... so I put in a cotter pin. Emergency drive is all the way down and lights up the green 4wd light.
