I produce a list of all the RV Parks in the US and Canada that imports into most GPS models, so I own 17 different GPS' that I test with. Without a doubt, go with a Garmin. They hold more than 70% of the US market and are by far the best IMHO. Many of the Nuvi models will fit your criteria. It's just a matter of how many of your requirements you want balanced by what you want to pay. TigerGPS has a great selector tool at http://www.tigergps.net/ProductSelector/AutoGPSSelector.aspx. I don't necessarily endorse them one way or the other, nor is that an affiliate link. It's just a handy tool to get an idea of the models that will do what you want. I have a customer who uses an XJ Cherokee to pull a pop-up camper trailer. Haven't seen it attached, but the Customer says the Cherokee sags 3+ inches with the trailer attached, and the rear tires will actually rub against the truck at times, due to the load. I am suggesting we start with some new leaf springs, the existing springs are definitely too soft; but I am sure that won't be enough of a fix. Of course, I can get 2.5"+ Lift kit springs, but that is never really the right answer for a towing situation like this. (Lift kit springs are merely taller, not stronger.) The solutions are: Add a leaf onto the new leaf springs. Air bag assist; Firestone; Air Lift SuperSprings Helwig Assist Springs Timbren. (or a combination of the above.) I have never owned an XJ, nonetheless towed anything with one. I frankly think they just need a heavier, different vehicle, but they are dedicated to finding the best fix. I am familiar with all of the above products, just not being used on an XJ. Any insights or first hand experience to help these folks out would be appreciated.... ------------------------------ End of fsj-digest V1 #3561 **************************
