I don't see why they couldn't provide one that would work with a different flex plate to work with the AW4, they may not want to mess with the computer setup. All that's needed is a throtte position sensor, right? What other inputs into the AW4 computer? of course you could do the manual switch setup for the AW4. john On 12/11/2010 8:25 PM, Jim Blair wrote: > That adapter looks like it should work for an AW4 as well since the offsets > are the same. I still have that custom adapter to mate the AW4 to an SJ xfr case, and I think I have an AW4... so maybe I should look at a 4.0... of course I just recycled all of my xj wiring harnesses... :) john ----- - ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Snohomish, Washington -o|||||o- where Jeeps don't rust, they mold http://AMSOIL.com/redirect.cgi?zo=283461 si vis pacem, para bellum http://johnmeister.com http://wagoneers.com http://fotomeister.us - ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------ End of fsj-digest V1 #3661 **************************
