Kills in town mileage and power. Going back to stock od will help. Not rubbing, j10s can take big tires w/o lifts. If anything I may go -size. (And I don't know it well enough to look it up and figure it out right now.) But I know your "28.88 inches" doesn't need to be that precise, because different brands/models of tires that claim to be exactly the same size will actually have diameters that can vary easily an inch, maybe even two. Not as precise as you might expect.
