There's a law in my country that specially prevents me to import used vehicles, I can only import new ones (which I don't care), GRRRRRRRRR!!!!. I hope someday I can find a way to buy one of these jeeps and drive it in my country. Ernesto. Could have come from a mid-60's J-truck, or maybe it was a military special... has a T-90... too bad they didn't come with overdrives back then. nice truck... it's basically the same box as on my '83 stepside, but with different fenders and fuel filler location... 7' long bed... interesting place for the spare tire... I was thinking on the Driver's side, but that makes more sense... john ----- - ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- -o|||||o- Linux: the choice of a GNU generation http://WAGONEERS.COM Snohomish, WA- where Jeeps don't rust, they mold ...shop AMSOIL directly at: http://AMSOIL.com/redirect.cgi?zo=283461 - ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- "A thorough knowledge of the Bible is worth more than a college education" Theodore Roosevelt (26th President (1901-09), 1858-1919) RTM: TRSTGZS - ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- On Wed, 4 Jul 2012, Jim Blair wrote: # <http://lasvegas.craigslist.org/cto/3111011351.html> # ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 4 Jul 2012 11:17:19 -0700 From: Joe Hughes <joe-at-j-hughes.com> Subject: Re: fsj: Classic 74 jeep 4x4 pickup That's too funny, I have a photo of that truck from September when we were in Vegas: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/5968550/JeepJ-Truck.JPG Joe Hughes On Wed, Jul 4, 2012 at 10:00 AM, Jim Blair <carnuck-at-hotmail.com> wrote: > <http://lasvegas.craigslist.**org/cto/3111011351.html<http://lasvegas.craigslist.org/cto/3111011351.html> > > > -- > Using Opera's revolutionary email client: http://www.opera.com/mail/ ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 4 Jul 2012 12:05:02 -0700 (PDT) From: john <john-at-wagoneers.com> Subject: Re: fsj: Classic 74 jeep 4x4 pickup cool... ----- - ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- -o|||||o- Linux: the choice of a GNU generation http://WAGONEERS.COM Snohomish, WA- where Jeeps don't rust, they mold ...shop AMSOIL directly at: http://AMSOIL.com/redirect.cgi?zo=283461 - ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- "A thorough knowledge of the Bible is worth more than a college education" Theodore Roosevelt (26th President (1901-09), 1858-1919) RTM: TRSTGZS - ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- On Wed, 4 Jul 2012, Joe Hughes wrote: # That's too funny, I have a photo of that truck from September when we were # in Vegas: # https://dl.dropbox.com/u/5968550/JeepJ-Truck.JPG # # Joe Hughes # # On Wed, Jul 4, 2012 at 10:00 AM, Jim Blair <carnuck-at-hotmail.com> wrote: # # > <http://lasvegas.craigslist.**org/cto/3111011351.html<http://lasvegas.craigslist.org/cto/3111011351.html> # > > # > -- # > Using Opera's revolutionary email client: http://www.opera.com/mail/ # ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 4 Jul 2012 20:19:23 +0000 From: john <fullsizejeeps-at-gmail.com> Subject: fsj: Re: [db] decision made... I've become careful about how I get in vehicles. You'll only need to whack your head once or so to realize that's not fun. Drove the J10 into town, just realized that it has a better ride than any of our recent and current vehicles. Quite sad when a 28 year old jeep pickup rides better than a benz, jetta or liberty. :) Otherwise, I'm happy with the current suite of wheels. - ------Original Message------ From: Chuck Goolsbee Sender: owner-diesel-benz-at-digest.net To: dbl Subject: Re: [db] decision made...
