I am still getting a lot of "rusty" colored water after 5 drain and refill.... Astonishingly, it is now barely running in the green at idle for 20min.... like it was 20 years ago. I will try now the continous flushing kit (garden hose connector near the heater core and overflow connector over the radiator tank) to run water in the system and overflow the waste in a big bucket while the engine is running. What coolant do you recommend, the same of green prestone or the long life zerex g05 which is supposedly a mercedes copy that has been recommended on other sites -not FSJ- Otherwise any rust inhibitor for the short term use until winter?
